The kid who sold it to us was nice but he said it was more medium and this thing is plush! And I admit I did try it, but when you're laying on dozens of mattress in one day, it becomes difficult to accurately gauge everything. Here's the real problem.... they try to sell you a mattress protector that costs hundreds of dollars. I don't remember the kid saying this (he probably didn't), but if you don't spend that extra money, you can't return it. So even though we bought our own reputable mattress protector for a fraction of the price online, they simply won't accept it. It's a really lousy way to do business. My back is destroyed. I'm gonna try to make it a year and then put this bed in the guest room. Shame on this place, just go somewhere else without these dumb caveats. There's a million mattress stores in Fort Collins

But, selection on the floor is very limited, as they offer catalogs to browse through (which is a tough way to buy expensive furniture). And, most importantly, even if you see something you like in the showroom or catalog, you can't take it with you, everything has to be ordered from the factory. So, again, all beautiful stuff, but they don't make it easy to buy what you want and take it home at the high prices they're asking.
