At a kitchen/bath store? So we zipped up the stroller so Cooper was not exposed at all, but got stopped as soon as we entered. Is that a dog? I explained that I didn't have my cane, and they said if he barks you have to leave. He didn't. Do you have a reservation? No. They reluctantly let us in. We looked around, no prices on anything. We had questions, but no one would help us. We left. A couple weeks later we went back - without Cooper. Still no reservation. Thank God I heard about Dahl Showroom! I spent time getting educated by Peggy Johnson, who was friendly, patient and informative! A few days later we both went back and with Peggy's help we ordered everything we needed for a great new master bath! At Dahl's we felt like valued customers, even before we knew for sure that we would be ordering there! At Fergusons, we were made to feel like low-lives who didn't deserve to shop there!

We were NOT aware that we had to pay for the replacement of our defective shower head. So here we are - months later after the expensive master bath remodel and spending thousands on the Brizo line. Terrible customer service. They told us Brizo prefers to do the exchanges this way. I mean really how hard is it to ship a replacement head to the store and just have the person bring the old one in when the item is ready and do the exchange given the fact the product is crap and not working properly. I even asked if the local rep could come to our home to look at how crappy this shower head is and trouble shoot the issue because we were unhappy with the product. Instead Rampart said we had to have the plumber come look at it who did the remodel and at that point - the plumber really did not care - its not like he sells the product line.

We are now ready for the install (Feb 2022) and they called to say the stove and beverage refrigerator are on back order....how is that possible when they were already in and paid for more than a year ago??? She then tried to tell me that they didn't have enough warehouse space so instead of calling us to ask us to pick it up they sell it to someone else.....oh, and keep our money (~$50k). My builder informed me of this and I call them and they said they were able to get the stove from another order...like that was a favor for me. However, the beverage refrigerator is not on back order, it has been discontinued. So we already have custom cabinets that have been built and installed for this size refrigerator....which they are now trying to figure out. I don't write reviews very often, but this is just outright fraud. They take my money, order and receive my equipment, then sell it to someone else without me knowing or refunding my money. Sadly we have to now resort to more formal remediation options which aren't good for either party. Obviously I don't recommend this company!

Do not use this company. They will not stand behind their product and warranty. They installed…read morecabinets that were damaged. The installer nor did Christine at JM Kitchen and Bath tell us that the cabinets were damaged. I found the damage once I did an inspection. I texted Christine photos of the damage about a week after they were installed in June 2025. I had to text her several more times before they sent a repair man to our house in May 2026. Ten months after they were installed. The cabinets had chunks missing and a screw popping through. The repair man said he could only paint them. I asked if JM Kitchen and Bath had provided him with the color and he said no. All he did was spray paint our cabinets the closest color he had. So, our cabinets are still damaged, and the damaged cabinets are the wrong color. We also had cabinets in which the paint comes off when we clean it with warm water and a microfiber cloth, which is what the manufacturer suggests. I have provided JM Kitchen and Bath with photos and videos showing the paint coming off when we clean the cabinets. After months of Christine coming up with every excuse in the book as to why it was happening, they finally came out and sent a cabinet face to the manufacturer. The manufacturer actually said there was no issue. JM Kitchen and Bath dropped the cabinet face off to our house. I took a video of myself removing the cabinet face from the box, cleaning it with warm water and a microfiber cloth. The cloth clearly showed the paint coming off when we cleaned it. There is absolutely no doubt that paint is coming off when we clean it. I emailed photos and videos to Christine, but she did not even bother responding. This company will not honor their warranty. Neither will the manufacturer Chrystal Cabinet Works. I have text messages, emails, photos and videos that prove everything I have said is 100% accurate.

We went with Omega cabinets and it turned out much better than i expected. Our kitchen had a couple of odd angles in it and they were able to mask those with the cabinets by building them around the corner. I would have never thought about this on my own.
