The only sitting area around (aside from the pumpkin garden that had no seats available) was a small secluded room next to the wine section. There were no customers there. So I made my way to a stool, took out my nursing poncho (I'm European so for me breastfeeding is completely natural, nonetheless I understand and respect the fact that other people might get distracted by it so I still wear a poncho to cover myself in public) and was about to take my baby out of his stroller when a lady working in the counter asked me what was I looking for. I replied "nothing thanks I just have to nurse him". She then stopped in complete shock, looked at me in disgust and said "You CANNOT DO THAT HERE". I think I was just as in shock upon hearing this in the 21st century, in a so-called "family-friendly" place. I quickly got up, turned away, and had to go all the way back to my car with my crying baby to be able to feed him. Of course as soon as I finished breastfeeding him in my car, I drove off, and I will for sure never drive into this place again. Nor will I recommend it to any other moms. Really sucky experience for a postpartum woman, who just moved into town, and was very excited to take her baby to the farm. I had booked my tickets a couple days ago and what I expected to be a fun farm day turned out to be an experience where I felt judged and discriminated for having to do something as physiological as feeding my baby. I understand a room next to a wine-selling section might not be an ideal place to nurse, trust me, it wasn't for me either. But the lady could have been a LOT nicer, much less judgy, and be polite enough to guide me into a better place to feed my baby rather than making me go away as if I was gross. I think if you work in a customer-facing role in a family farm, being this rude to a family should be a deal breaker and managing these situations with kindness should be non-negotiable. And if you're a place that "welcomes" families with kids of all ages, you should also expect some breastfeeding moms might have to feed their children.. The men, however, were mostly on their phones, and the reason it bothered me was because the place was nearly empty and the bathroom clearly needed attention. One of them even heard me mention it on the way out and still didn't bother to check it. If my toddler had been potty trained, I honestly would've left to take her somewhere else to use the bathroom. I was really disappointed because when you're serving children, cleanliness should be a priority throughout the entire establishment. I recently hosted my child's birthday party here, and while the facility itself has some strengths, the overall party-hosting experience fell well short of what was advertised. Pros     *    The facility is generally in good condition.     *    It is noticeably less crowded than some other trampoline parks, according to several of our guests.     *    The staff members we interacted with were friendly and courteous in general. Cons     *    Communication between the corporate booking system and local management appears poorly coordinated.     *    Reaching the local facility was frustrating. Their voicemail was frequently full, preventing messages from being left. Once, I was able to leave a voicemail, no one returned the call.     *    Even during posted business hours, calls often routed to a recording instructing customers to call back during business hours.     *    Management seemed reactive rather than proactive and showed little attention to detail throughout the planning process.     *    Cleanliness could be improved. For example, there was no floor mat beneath the urinals, leaving the restroom floor wet and resulting in guests running back throughout the facility. Why This Earned a 3-Star Rating? Because Sky Zone operates as a franchise, much of the customer experience depends on local management. The booking process itself is handled through the corporate website, where customers select party packages, food, beverages, and event timing. After the reservation is made, customers are directed to work with the local facility for all event-specific details. In theory, this should be straightforward. In practice, it was not. Our assigned party host never appeared for the entire event. A replacement host was assigned only shortly before the party began, leaving little opportunity to discuss details or confirm expectations. My child specifically wanted extended jump time (90 minutes rather than the standard 60 minutes), and although this was discussed beforehand, several aspects of our plans ultimately defaulted back to standard procedures without much consideration for our requests. The experience wasn't a disaster, and my child had fun.  Now that I understand how this location operates, I would be better prepared if I returned. However, the promise of being able to "Party Like a Boss" feels more like marketing than reality. As matter of fact, mentioning about the missing host, the management never talked to us.  If you're looking for a simple, less-crowded trampoline park, this location may be fine. If you're hoping for a well-organized, stress-free birthday party where the staff handles the details so you can relax and enjoy the celebration, you may find the experience falls short of expectations.

All the coaches here are very good with kids of all ages and they are extremely experienced with a great reputation in the fencing community. My children initially tried all 3 weapons and picked sabre since it's fast paced and more dynamic/fun (each bout/tournament also takes a lot less time than Epee or Foil which is a big advantage for parents!). During high school junior year my child is already recruited to fence as NCAA athlete at a great college and the MFC club/coaches have been providing the best training and extremely encouraging and supportive throughout the process. I also like the fact that Manhattan has multiple locations including Manhattan (b/w 5th and 6th Ave and 37th street with easy access via public transportation) since there are so many nationally/internationally rated/ranked fencers to fence with which is a true advantage and not many clubs provide this opportunity. This Waldwick location is very well maintained and programs are well organized and you can choose lessons from well known, experienced coaches who are very good with kids, I strongly recommend parents especially with young children have their kids try since Sabre fencing is a fantastic way to be physically fit and an excellent extracurricular (EC) activity down the road. There are many age groups and class offerings between Waldwick and Englewood in Bergen County with an option to fence in Manhattan as well on Fridays and Saturdays. This Waldwick location is also well maintained with a great area where parents can watch their kids training and there is a space where kids can do homework etc while waiting for their classes. This is such a caring, supportive community with a good team/club spirit. Kids love to fence and hang out with their club friends! I highly recommend!

I registered and paid for the clinic immediately. When I showed up for the first day, they first told me we were late and that I had the wrong time. When I showed them my invoice and their website they then said I couldn't have registered for that clinic because it doesn't exist. It is STILL on the website. They are refusing to refund me. They refuse to admit their mistake. They never informed me of any potential changes or that what I had paid for would not be offered. They took my money and did not provide the service that I paid for. Everyone should avoid this place for their shady business practices.

The coaches seem well schooled in fundamentals and my 8 year old is well challenged in his 2 - one hour weekly sessions. This is not club soccer for sure - more like winter training to build foot skills and confidence - but for the price ($100 for each 8 week session) and given about 10 kids per class, it suits us. Our youngster has already improved in a short few weeks. If your kid is the star of his club team, this may seem elementary. But if he or she is like the vast majority of youngsters who play rec soccer in nj, this program is a nice way to reinforce the skills they learned in summer and fall. We chose an Avengers theme, and I was really impressed with how everything came together. The themed setup was colorful, detailed, and looked great in photos. The Avengers cake was especially cute and much more elaborate than I expected, with different superhero details incorporated throughout. Our son was so excited when he saw everything. The entire planning process was incredibly easy. Communication leading up to the party was organized, with clear deadlines for confirming our headcount, theme, cake, catering, and other details. We made a few changes along the way, and as long as we communicated them within a reasonable amount of time before the party, the staff was very accommodating and made the adjustments without making the process stressful. One of the best parts for us as parents was how little we actually had to do. Xtreme Energy coordinated the decorations, cake, activities, food, and overall flow of the party, which allowed us to actually enjoy our son's birthday rather than spending the entire time setting up, serving food, organizing the kids, and cleaning up. A special shoutout to our party host, Pookie, who was AMAZING! She did such a great job keeping the party organized and moving smoothly. She guided the kids from activity to activity, had everyone wash their hands before eating, organized them for pictures, and managed all of the transitions throughout the party. Having someone handle those little details made such a difference and was one of the reasons the party felt so effortless for us. We also ordered catering for the adults. The catering is pricey, but the food was overall good quality and having everything provided onsite was very convenient. I also loved that coffee for the adults was included with our party package--a small detail, but one that was definitely appreciated by the parents! Something important to know when budgeting is that outside food is not permitted, so if you want additional food for the adults, you need to order catering through Xtreme Energy. You can bring your own additional cake or cupcakes, but they must be nut-free. A few other things that are helpful for parents to know before booking: grip socks are required for the kids, so I recommend bringing extras for anyone who forgets theirs. Otherwise, they are $3 per pair onsite. Parents are not permitted inside the actual play area, although parents are still responsible for supervising their own children. The zip line also has a height requirement, so depending on the ages and heights of your guests, not every child may be able to participate in every activity. The kids had SO much fun, and there was plenty to keep them entertained throughout the party. Seeing how excited our son and his friends were made the experience especially memorable for his 4th birthday. Another thoughtful touch was that they gave our son two passes to come back for future visits as a birthday gift, which we really appreciated. This is certainly a splurge for a children's birthday party, especially once you add additional guests and adult catering, but after experiencing it, I understand what you're paying for. Between the entertainment, customized themed setup, cake, food, organization, and excellent service, they take care of almost all of the party logistics for you. Would we spend this much on every birthday? Probably not, but I absolutely think it was worth doing to make his 4th birthday extra special. We left with a very happy birthday boy, happy guests, great pictures and memories, and very little work or stress on our part. Pookie and the rest of the Xtreme Energy team did a fantastic job. For us, it was absolutely worth the splurge!
