I can't say enough great things about RAMS All Stars. The coaches are phenomenal and truly care about each one of their athletes. Their tough but empathetic coaching style has enhanced my daughter's skills tremendously in just a short period of time and she is finally THRIVING! The athletes have the strongest bonds and support each other no matter what the outcome, which is something we never truly experienced at the prior two gyms my daughter cheered for; solidifying the fact that we finally found our cheer home. So, if you are looking to be a part of a TRUE winning tradition, you WILL find it here at RAMS. read more

Do not waste your time! ZERO STARS! Rams Cheer will not give your child a good experience. They are very unprofessional and do not care about the girls having a fulfilling positive experience. They just want to take your money. Please be warned! They will not respond to any forms of communication. The negative reviews are real and I question anything written that is positive about Rams Cheer. They are only in business to scam and do anything to steal your hard-earned money. read more

Great gym, straightforward major focus on succeeding. Family oriented, no fluff, just hard-core cheerleading at its finest. No sugarcoating here. You either got it or you don't. read more

My daughter has been cheering at Rams for for years. She loves it no complaints what so ever. Yes it's a lot of money but their are other gyms that travel more abs are more expensive. We are very happy at Rams. It offers a lot of open tumbling and flexi classes. The coaches are tough but are very good working with these girls. I was reading some of these other posts and Those are just hater so called cheer moms. If their was any problems going on I would pull my daughter out ASAP... read more

We have had a great experience with RAMS. The staff is awesome, they push these kids to want to be better, my daughter loves it at RAMS.

Cheer Season has been great and we are enjoying the experience. This message is not to take away anyone's bad experience with RAMS but to express how disappointed it is to read that the bad experience turns into dragging people's children into it. The review comment, "the owners older sons are "spotters" for the young girls. After I saw this I said NO WAY as I leaving my 11 yr old her unsupervised for a 4 hour Sat practice..... (Written on the updated review by Sera C.) really bothered me. It's one thing to have that bad experience and again, I am not taking that away from you but when the comments are towards the children regardless of age or gender, that is definitely crossing the line. The boys are very helpful, grateful, well mannered gentlemen and above all else, they have been the greatest cheerleaders for all the girls. To go there is a complete low blow. Again, fight the good fight, but leave the children out of it. The boys did nothing to anyone. Besides that, my experience with Rams has been enjoyable. Can't wait for Summit........ read more

Too bad I have to give a star just to write this review. I was an alumni, cheered for the head coach for 8 years and I thought it would be a safe and encouraging program for my nieces to join. Unfortunately, I was wrong and I would NEVER recommend anyone enroll their child in this "organization". The head coach/founder is completely irrational, abusive and unprofessional! She has no remorse for her actions or the damage she implies on the mental state and confidence of our young ladies. Being a teen in today's society is tough; therefore, we enroll our children in programs to help them overcome these struggles. However this program has had the opposite affect for many athletes. Instead of lifting them up, she drastically tears them down! I believe the head coach has lost touch of what it means to be a COACH! I was once proud to say I was a Ram... that is no longer the case!! It's shameful and upsetting to see the person she has become and the program she is running. It's a red flag when athletes are happy when she doesn't come to practice. There are many other amazing programs in the area, save your child/teen from the negative energy that represents this program! read more

I would like to start off by stating that although my daughter did acquire some skills and learn new techniques, she did put in the work to get there. The gym is a little run down as there was no heat in the waiting area in winter time and the girls said the toilet facilities were often out of order. The owner Merri, is a very rude money hungry unprofessional individual with a huge ego. Some of us parents had begun to carpool since the practices were extensive and most of us had jobs. Needless to say, our car rides became therapy sessions for the girls as every when we picked them up they were broken in tears. I understand sometimes practices are tough but I have never been a part of a team where the girls were broken every practice! We are talking about 3 to 4 times a week. Merri likes rant her typical speech of "this is my gym and I do what I want and if you don't like it there is the door". After an incident with my daughter I requested a meeting with her, as I didn't like how she addressed this particular incident. She denied the one on one meeting stating due to covid she wasn't having people in the office, funny how that didn't stop her from receiving payments in person in the same office. I was done with the gym after this and we pulled out as a few other parents had other bad experiences as well. read more

We do not cheer here but we have come here for clinics and workshops. They are really good and the coaches super nice. My daughter has been doing the stunting classes and learned her kick single in one private! Will continue to visit as time permits. read more

Love this gym and so does my daughter! Such a positive outlet for my child to have, especially during the pandemic.

Best decision I ever made was having my daughter join Rams All Stars. Not only for athletic training but it helps with team building skills and helps build confidence and discipline in all areas of life.  All the coaches are wonderful, they truly care about the athletes, pushing them to be the best and taking the time to get to know them. We are glad to have found this gym and be part of the Rams family! read more

This place was NOT WORTH IT. I enrolled my 8-year old in their Tumbling class, which was supposed to be twice a week for one hour. In her first class, she came home complaining she "cracked her neck" performing a handstand. I asked how- apparently one of the instructors was initially holding her legs, then let go, I guess assuming she would be able to hold herself up on the first day. Well, she couldn't, and she fell on her head. I know that tumbling isn't without its injuries, but something like a handstand can take days or weeks to perform safely alone, and she should have been up against a wall in the beginning. This, however, is only one reason this place is worthless. They only occasionally started on time, leaving many parents and children waiting around, sometimes outside the building. However, they always end on time... The last time I brought her no one ever showed. There were five other families that showed as well. We all got our children dressed, stopped what we were doing to drive them over, only to leave them disappointed and us frustrated. We waited for 20 minutes before learning from another parent that the class had been cancelled. Nobody bothered to tell any of us beforehand, and we were unable to reach anyone at the number we were given, which apparently was a cel phone. I want my money back, but it's worth it to me to not have to deal with them again. I'm only writing this review to prevent them from screwing over any other parents. This is just bad business, and they shouldn't get away with it in this day and age. I hope wise parents google and read this when considering this place, and make their own decision. It was a complete waste of time and money for us. read more

This organization steals money from kids so beware!! This place is a horrific rip off and the owner is horrendous. We ended up enrolled in the North Bergen team through a classmate. The financial and time commitment was extensive but my daughter was very committed so we decided to invest ourselves in the team. After a few weeks my daughter and her friend were complaining that they were sitting on the bleachers for half of the practice. This upset me as I rushed to get her to the 2 hour practices and honestly she could have been doing homework or home with us. She also said one of the coaches was cursing and had showed up late a few times, once 30 min late with a big bowl of frozen yogurt. The other mom and I made an appt to speak with the owner to address these issues and she immediately was on the defensive and rolling her eyes at us. She reminded us multiple times that this was HER business and that she answered to no-one and if we didn't like it there was the door. She also said repeatedly that this was a business to make money, so all of the "family" and "religious" talk is just BS. The other mom and I decided this was not a good place for our girls and made the decision to pull them out. I had already pre paid $125 for the uniform that they hadn't even been measured for yet. 3 weeks later and I cannot get any response to phone calls, texts or emails. They obviously feel very comfortable keeping my daughters money. We also only received half of the $115 practice uniform and they charge you a $60 registration fee?? Not to mention that their Hackensack gym looks and smells like a truck stop. Needless to say not a great experience and no place for kids. read more
