They even offer camps when school is out, and we have taken advantage of signing him up when we do not have childcare. I highly recommend this place for kids with or without special needs. Settoga's priority is putting on a show for parents and seeming competent when dealing with them, but everything the parents don't see is a complete mess. There is terrible communication between employees and many of the counselors prioritize their interpersonal drama with one another over doing their job well.

Even more, as our son was starting their program she actively encouraged us to stop by with him after hours multiple times, to acclimate him to the environment before starting up. She did everything she could to make sure our child had the smoothest startup possible, and as a result he adjusted really quickly all things considered. I cannot recommend this school enough, it has been an entirely positive experience and I feel my child is being cared for so much more than at some of the local franchised daycares we visited. They learned about grooming, feeding, instruction on riding, and even happily mucked the stalls. Our kids are 5 & 6 but some kids were up to age 10-11 maybe. Total there were about 12 kids in the camp. Lots of walking involved as the bathrooms are a few minutes away (they are escorted there twice daily). The instructors were good with both the kids and the ponies. Not sure how repetitive it would get if you booked consecutive weeks as ours just went 1 week. The cost for one week, with the Bergen county discount, was about $337 per child.
