We rented from Kids Bouncing Fun this past weekend and it was a success! They were very easy to deal with, accommodating and friendly. Their price was very competitive and we were happy to get their package deal. It was perfect! The bounce house and their equipment rentals were in great condition and clean. We are definitely going to use them again for the next party and highly recommend them. read more

Used this company after using another company for years. I will continue to use Kids Bouncing Fun from now on. The bouncer was better quality than the other companies bouncers. Ricardo has great communication with his customers and verifies drop off and pick up times to make sure it works with your schedule. I highly recommend using this company for your party rental needs. read more

We use rentals at least once every couple months. This is the first time we used this company. They were very friendly and organized. Ricardo was very friendly and professional. The waterslide we rented was of great quality. The only complaint I have. Well not even a complaint really. But just a comment. They do charge you for supplies which other companies we have used do not. We purchased the supplies for snow cones. And at pick up was asked for the bottles back. One was still almost full. Other than that company was great. read more

Great service, on time and professional . Jump house/waterside was a total hit. Kids and adults were entertained for hours.

The service was wonderful, answers phone right away and made the birthday party a hit :) the prices were great. We rented the 8 in 1 combo house, popcorn machine, chairs, and nacho machine....all the kids and adults loved it. Also everything was promised and delivered on time. All i can say is great product and service...support your local business read more

Ricardo was awesome! I wasn't sure if the water slide I wanted would fit in my yard, he said no problem I'll come right over and check for you. He was there within 15 mins measured and said it was good to go. Party day arrived and the slide was even better than I thought it would be. Very clean and he set it up within 10 mins! My son and his friends had a blast on it the entire day! Prices were the best I could find around town as well! Definitely will be using their services again in the future! read more

Jump house was in great shape, ordering was soo easy!! Will definitely use them again!

This company was great!!! I rented a bounce house, ball pit balls and a bubble machine for my sons first birthday and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my rental! They came out and set it up, moved it where we wanted without an issue. SUPER NICE bounce house! Clean and shiny! I thought it was brand new! When he came to pick it up (he called first but I missed his call) we still had some kids bouncing in it (they stayed later than the party times I requested) he said it was no big deal and let us keep it one additional night at no charge! I would completely recommend this company to anyone looking for nice party supplies! GREAT COMPANY! read more

The experience I had with Kids Bouncy Fun was amazing. They have the best customer service. They donated to my team for a fundraiser. They had no problem dropping it off and picking it up. They are awesome !! read more

Couldn't be happier with the prices. Boys had too much fun with the inflatable ring! More than enough supplies for the cotton candy machine and popcorn machine. Tables and chairs came through on a last minute request. Everything was delivered and set up ahead of schedule. Definitely will be my go to for every event! Thank you! read more

Ordered the Monster High Bounce House for my daughters 6th bday party. Such an easy process of ordering, payment, drop off and pick up. Bounce house was clean and the kids loved it. The man who dropped off and picked up was extremely friendly, quick and efficient. I shopped around from multiple rental companies and Solano Jumps was by far the BEST price!!! I will be renting from Solano Jumps again for all three of my kids parties and even mine lol. Thank you Solano Jumps for making Audreys party magical :) read more

Booking was easy, the manager was polite, friendly and easy to work with... My problems started with the delivery. We rented the bounce house, boxing equipment, tables and chairs. The delivery crew were young kids managed by one young man, my problem wasn't their age but their absolute confusion about what they were supposed to be doing. Only the one young man knew what to do the other 3 just wandered around waiting for instruction so this means it took twice as long to set up. My REAL issue came with pick up. I received the call with the pick up window for the next day for 11:00-12:00, come 1:15 they were still not here and I received NO PHONE CALL stating they would be late. I called the office because I had other commitments to be at and had to leave a message. I again got the manager who called me back timely and had to follow up with the driver. I was told he was headed over to pick up soon. Finally over 2 hours LATE two guys show up to get everything without any apologizing for the inconvenience. Yes the manager provided good customer service but the people I actually had to deal with for services left much to be desired. If you use them my only suggestion is don't tip the delivery guys until after pick up, $50 you'll regret! Hope your experience is better... Addendum- as I said before the customer service from the office was good and all would have been forgiven if there was an apology from the delivery staff when they finally showed up. I received zero aknowlegment that they were late or caused any inconvenience. I waited to do any review or survey until after they left giving them the opportunity to apologize. These people are the face of your business and should have at least taken ownership of their mistake. read more

Awesome and friendly owner. Prices were reasonable and I highly recommend for any party.

Hands down the best bounce house rental place in the area. They are very reasonably priced and had prompt delivery. They were a little short staffed and had to pick up the bounce house late and gave us the extra time for free which our kids loved. Very good communication and excellent set up and service. I will absolutely use their services again. (I had a lot of fun in the bounce house and on the slide as well, just a big kid) read more

I was fortunate enough to use Solano Jumps and Event Rentals, LLC at one of the large events/fundraisers for my company. We had a whirlwind of vendors, customers, bands, sponsors, volunteers, politicians, etc. all running around preparing for and working the big event, it was semi-controlled chaos. I was extremely concerned about overseeing everything going on. The one service I did not need to worry about was the delivery, operation and pick up of the bounce house. Solano Jumps and Event Rentals was on time, very professional, set up the house perfectly and picked up the house on time as promised. I had no concerns or drama working with Solano Jumps and Event Rentals. Their commitment to service and professionalism helped save my sanity on a very stressful day. I will use Solano Jumps and Event Rentals again and recommend them to anybody. read more

I've used Kids Bouncing Fun twice and they are great! The first time was in August for my daughters birthday-we got a package with a bouncy house, tables and chairs. A couple weeks ago I forgot to request chairs for my mother's birthday and thankfully they were able to fill my order with only two days notice. THANK YOU! The delivery people are always courteous and on time. Payment couldn't be easier with their online system or same day. read more

I originally ordered a Jumpy House for last Christmas Day. We had to cancel due to a family emergency. I assumed they would keep my deposit, but they kindly returned it. The chairs were nice and clean. The staff were very professional. I will definitely use them again. read more

This is our second year using Solano jumps for my son's bday. Btw....the kids had a blast. They jumped on that thing for the entire party only taking breaks to eat, drink or go potty.
