We had a great experience renting their cotton candy machine, tables, and chairs. I had to request a last minute delivery because we we're running behind and within an hour they delivered everything and helped set it up. Once our event ended we received a phone call asking when would be a good time for pickup and he gave us his ETA and arrived on time. The equipment was very clean and easy to use. The cotton candy machine was a big hit for our party! Next time we'll be renting a jump house. I never rented a bounce house before but I know many who have and everyone I know has had terrible experiences whether it be rude employees/operators or hidden fees so I knew I didn't want to use a few of the company's around town. Then I found Bounce Around Jumpers only a few miles away. Not only were they nice and polite but also cheaper than all the other companies closer to me! Even with the added $25 for distance, it was still cheaper than all the others. They arrived a half hour early to set up in time for the party and picked it up a half hour after we told them the party was over just to make sure we had enough time to get everyone out. Extremely unprofessional! 2.5 hours before my my event I was sent a text message informing me that they didn't make deliveries to my area and that I needed to pick up instead. I made a reservation with this company over a month in advance before my children's birthday party and even called to confirm with delivery details a week prior with no mention of delivery not being possible. He was very rude with not even a simple apology for the inconvenience but then after I mentioned I would be writing a negative review did he then ask for additional money to deliver (after initial delivery charge was already included on my bill) and then demanded I needed to make the return by a certain time with no regards to my own schedule. Had I been told at the time of me placing my reservation or even when I called last week to confirm that an error was made I would have been happy to make arrangements to pick up instead BUT 2.5 hours before my event is absolutely unacceptable and downright poor business. NO apology while also asking for more money is downright insulting. I would no recommend renting from this company read more

So about a month prior to my son's 1st birthday I paid and reserved to have the Clown package. So less then a week prior to this event Ray called and said do to a family emergency the original entertainers were not able to make it. He mentioned he frantically went looking for someone else which he found someone and that it would only be one entertainer. I was a little upset since I wanted 2 entertainers as I had reserved with this package. Ray mentioned that the lady Mooky would call me a couple days prior to the event which I never got a phone call until the day of the event. My scheduled time was at 2:30, when it hit about 3:15 ish I receive a call from Mooky saying that sorry she's late that there was a lot of traffic! Then on top of this she says that she is outside the gate, I ask "Which gate? at the park? she says no Im am at the address I was given. She mentioned Ray gave her my home address. At this point I was more upset. At about 3:30 I call the women back and she isn't answering so I call Ray and ask him whats going on. Shortly after I get a call from Mooky and she's a little lost. I gave her specific details about where the picnic area was but she was still lost so when she finally finds us she doesn't have a table to set up on so I told her to go ahead and use one of the party tables. I expected about at least 10-15 kids which only about 5-6 kids show up and out of them 5 only 3 received face paintings because the others kids didn't want to get there face painted or even balloons I don't know why. My niece came back at least 5-6 times since her balloon kept popping and the women told her you keep popping all the balloons as if she didn't want to make more balloons for my niece. I told the lady since there is only like 3-4 kids that are actually getting balloons it should be fine to keep making her balloons to get our money worth, so I guess she felt obligated to keep making her balloons. I feel that the women could have been more enthusiastic with the kids and made it funner, I had my hopes up to high for this kind of service and it wasn't the best experience. Mooky's face painting were really nice but the service could have been a whole lot better. It struck me as odd that Ray went and looked and hired someone else to do this job, I thought that he had entertainers working for his company but I guess not. I just had to keep it real and rate my experience because I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through this, these are memories that stick and on a special event this is a day and experience you can never forget! read more

The only reason I gave a star was so I could post about my awful experience. My wife reserved a bounce house for our daughters first birthday party nearly a month and a half in advance. We get a call the morning of the party about 2 hours before the bounce house was supposed to be delivered and the guy says that he will not do it because the websites he is looking at says that it is going to rain this evening. Apparently he was going to be late if he did come because the time he had scheduled was 5 hours after the initially set drop off time and halfway through the party.
