Once again Rey came through for our PTA and has out-done himself helping out at our school events. Rey truly cares for the kids of the community and goes the extra mile to make things possible. At the last minute our funding was declined and Rey offered to still make it happen - oh my goodness! The generosity is off the charts. He replies quickly to requests and bends over backwards to make things happen. He cares about safety and takes the time to make everything clean and nice for the kids. Bounce Around Jumpers is the best go-to for whatever your bounce house needs are - you don't need to keep looking. Seriously, check all the prices around and you'll find that he's the best deal! read more

We had a great experience renting their cotton candy machine, tables, and chairs. I had to request a last minute delivery because we we're running behind and within an hour they delivered everything and helped set it up. Once our event ended we received a phone call asking when would be a good time for pickup and he gave us his ETA and arrived on time. The equipment was very clean and easy to use. The cotton candy machine was a big hit for our party! Next time we'll be renting a jump house. I'm really glad we found these guys on Yelp, they're a friendly local business - please support them! read more

Drop off and pick up were remarkably smooth too. read more

We hired Rey and his team to help with a jump house rental, tables, chairs and set up snow cones with cotton candy. We've rented jump houses before but this time we went all in. His team was outstanding and on top of everything. No pressure on anything and when the event was over his team got things cleaned up quickly and back to how things looked before they showed up! read more

Definitely my go to for bounce houses! We have been using Rey's business for a very long time! He is very courteous and professional. I have rented from some jump businesses in the past and their product is quite dirty. Rey takes the time to clean it and he is there when he says he will be there to set up and clean up. Thank you for always taking care of us when it comes to these birthday parties! Highly recommended! read more

The whole process was so easy! The website was easy to go through and choose which one I wanted wasn't any no picture website or no price everything all listed there for you. They came right on top set it up in ten minutes. It was super clean! I love that they clean it before they let us go in it! That's so important for me and my family because we have received jumpers before from else where and it was so dirty they didn't even care. I will not go to any other jump rentals ever again! This is where to go! read more

We have rented from BOUNCE AROUND for the last 2 years... all our kids request jumpers and I was so worried about getting them as we previously lived in Rio Vista and everybody charged so much to deliver anything and everything out there... but not bounce around... totally affordable, great service, timely delivery and pick-up. So of course we used them again this year at our new home in Benicia, same great service!!! Not only did everything go well for us, but another parent booked their services while here at our sons party! Chris responds very quickly to questions and concerns, he is very helpful and professional. Using them every year!!! read more

I have used Bounce Around Jumpers for the past few years. I have had nothing but positive experiences. The bounce houses are always clean and in perfect condition. Set up and take down is always quick and professional. The set up team cleans the inside of the bounce houses before they leave. Everybody is polite and courteous. Most importantly, the entertainment my kids receive is extra rest for me. A couple of hours of not answering questions like "what are clouds?" "Why are Apples green and red?" "Can I have a real Unicorn?" read more

They were fantastic! very friendly. Brought the Jumper early while we were setting up the party and let us know when they were on their way to pick it up! Reasonable priced, jumper was very clean! Definitely will get another jumper from them in the future! read more

I got a bounce house with a slide for my 16th birthday party. All of my guests loved it, as did I! The artist drew caricatures for everyone, what a great party favor. Delivery and pick-up were both prompt and very convenient. I have absolutely no complaints. So helpful and super awesome :) read more

A friend of mine recommended Bounce Around Jumper few years ago and I have been happy and been using them eversince. They are on time, reliable, and overall just excellent service! I totally recommend this party service who's anyone loves to entertain. I had a Lego party last Sunday and Chris the owner upgraded my bounce house into bigger one and also surprised me with a Lego Banner! I had also rented lego mascot and it was a hit!! Again, thank you Bounce Around Jumper for making my party a memorable and fun one! More power to you!! read more

I rented the cotton candy machine and it was a big hit at our community event! Ray called me prior to delivery to confirm time/location. Delivery and pick up was on time. Will definitely call Bounce Around Jumpers for our next event/rental needs! read more

I never rented a bounce house before but I know many who have and everyone I know has had terrible experiences whether it be rude employees/operators or hidden fees so I knew I didn't want to use a few of the company's around town. Then I found Bounce Around Jumpers only a few miles away. Not only were they nice and polite but also cheaper than all the other companies closer to me! Even with the added $25 for distance, it was still cheaper than all the others. They arrived a half hour early to set up in time for the party and picked it up a half hour after we told them the party was over just to make sure we had enough time to get everyone out. I would defiantly recommend them and I know I'll be using this company any time I need a jumper! read more

Can't thank Rey enough for his generosity and service!! Called Bounce Around Jumpers on a Saturday about 5 mins before they open. He answered thankfully!! Some other place cancelled on me bc of the Nelson fire in ff/vacaville. But he was able to squeeze us in during the morning being first customers of the day. He made my and my daughters day! read more

We used bounce around jumpers over the weekend, and they were very quick and efficient with set up of our canopy. I feel like like it's important to find a company that offers an array of party rentals + has outstanding service. We will be using them in the future for my kids birthday parties! HUGE PLUS, they are very flexible on pick up/drop off times and reservations. read more

This was my first time ever getting a bounce house for a party. Rey was so nice and called me before he delivered the bounce house, table and chairs. He set everything up and took everything down after the party was over. We also had the face painter, Mary Ann, at our party and she did such a great job with the kids and adults. She called before the party too just to confirm everything. Everyone loved her. Even though it was overcast outside and sprinkled a little, the party was a success! We would definitely recommend and also use again. Thanks Bounce Around Jumpers! read more

I called Bounce Around jumper rentals for my daughter's birthday party on Saturday. I spoke to Ray and had the best customer service. I recommend this company for any and all of your bouncy house needs. read more

So about a month prior to my son's 1st birthday I paid and reserved to have the Clown package. So less then a week prior to this event Ray called and said do to a family emergency the original entertainers were not able to make it. He mentioned he frantically went looking for someone else which he found someone and that it would only be one entertainer. I was a little upset since I wanted 2 entertainers as I had reserved with this package. Ray mentioned that the lady Mooky would call me a couple days prior to the event which I never got a phone call until the day of the event. My scheduled time was at 2:30, when it hit about 3:15 ish I receive a call from Mooky saying that sorry she's late that there was a lot of traffic! Then on top of this she says that she is outside the gate, I ask "Which gate? at the park? she says no Im am at the address I was given. She mentioned Ray gave her my home address. At this point I was more upset. At about 3:30 I call the women back and she isn't answering so I call Ray and ask him whats going on. Shortly after I get a call from Mooky and she's a little lost. I gave her specific details about where the picnic area was but she was still lost so when she finally finds us she doesn't have a table to set up on so I told her to go ahead and use one of the party tables. I expected about at least 10-15 kids which only about 5-6 kids show up and out of them 5 only 3 received face paintings because the others kids didn't want to get there face painted or even balloons I don't know why. My niece came back at least 5-6 times since her balloon kept popping and the women told her you keep popping all the balloons as if she didn't want to make more balloons for my niece. I told the lady since there is only like 3-4 kids that are actually getting balloons it should be fine to keep making her balloons to get our money worth, so I guess she felt obligated to keep making her balloons. I feel that the women could have been more enthusiastic with the kids and made it funner, I had my hopes up to high for this kind of service and it wasn't the best experience. Mooky's face painting were really nice but the service could have been a whole lot better. It struck me as odd that Ray went and looked and hired someone else to do this job, I thought that he had entertainers working for his company but I guess not. I just had to keep it real and rate my experience because I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through this, these are memories that stick and on a special event this is a day and experience you can never forget! read more

I have used bounce around jumpers twice for my events. They have never let me down and are super professional, polite and punctual. His equipment is always clean and sturdy. Thank you again. Look forward to working with them again in the future. read more

Excellent! They were prompt and wonderful to work with. It was easy to reserve a bounce house and they brought it early and even upgraded us for free! Prices are super reasonable. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend. read more

My lil one loves the jump house I will definitely rent again and recommend to ky friends. Jump house is clean too

I reserved a jumper on Easter Sunday and paid a $30 fee and got nothing. No jumper, no phone call and have not received my money back. Everything is online, so if u order who knows what will happen. The phone system refers you to the website. Never ordering from them again and I want my $30 back! read more

Extremely unprofessional! 2.5 hours before my my event I was sent a text message informing me that they didn't make deliveries to my area and that I needed to pick up instead. I made a reservation with this company over a month in advance before my children's birthday party and even called to confirm with delivery details a week prior with no mention of delivery not being possible. He was very rude with not even a simple apology for the inconvenience but then after I mentioned I would be writing a negative review did he then ask for additional money to deliver (after initial delivery charge was already included on my bill) and then demanded I needed to make the return by a certain time with no regards to my own schedule. Had I been told at the time of me placing my reservation or even when I called last week to confirm that an error was made I would have been happy to make arrangements to pick up instead BUT 2.5 hours before my event is absolutely unacceptable and downright poor business. NO apology while also asking for more money is downright insulting. I would no recommend renting from this company read more

I would recommend them to anyone! We booked last minute (day before) and got an awesome bounce house because they have a great selection. We also booked Mary Ann, their face painter, who did an incredible job. She made sure that all the kids that wanted to got their face painted. Those that were uncomfortable with face painting were put at ease and had something painted on their arm. My last minute party, that could have gone terrible wrong, ended up being a blast! read more

Last minute decision to rent tables/chairs. They were very accommodating and since they were late they offered to pick up next day no charge and extra chairs also no charge. Will be renting from them again. read more

Great experience and prices. Will definitely use them in the future. Rented a bounce house with Minion banner, 2 tables and 12 chairs all day for only $120 by far the cheapest/best quality around Fairfield. Good communication leading up to the party with emails and phone calls to confirm. The delivery driver dropped everything off at 1045a and picked it up at 830p. My son loved it so that was a plus! :) read more

The only reason I gave a star was so I could post about my awful experience. My wife reserved a bounce house for our daughters first birthday party nearly a month and a half in advance. We get a call the morning of the party about 2 hours before the bounce house was supposed to be delivered and the guy says that he will not do it because the websites he is looking at says that it is going to rain this evening. Apparently he was going to be late if he did come because the time he had scheduled was 5 hours after the initially set drop off time and halfway through the party. He also said that it wasnt worth it for him to come and deliver today. Dont waste your time with the uncertainty of scheduling with this sorry excuse for a business. read more

Five stars!! Rented a jumpy house for my sons first birthday because my three year old stepson and all the rest of the family children are older and thought they would love a jumpy house. Of course they did. The guy Jorge or George, dunno how he spells it but he was great, he let my lil guy watch the whole time he set up and took it down. Even better experience because Of that! Thanks! Will always go here first choice or recommend to friends! read more

I would rent from this company again and again and again. They were on time, professional, things could not have gone smoother. read more

Reserved and book face painting for my daughters 1st birthday via site and even spoke to owner via mobile phone. Day of party - NO SHOW Absolute worst service! No call text or email informing me about anything. Ruined my daughters birthday. Even tried calling/texting to see where my face painter was and no answer prior to party. Not a proper way to run a business. If I could give zero stars I would. read more
