They did it again! Kids bouncing fun has always pulled through for us when in need. We had a party at a local park over the weekend and it was soooo windy all of our party things were getting blown away except the Bounce House we ordered from Kids Bouncing Fun. We had to relocate our party down the street to a house, and the guys at kids bouncing fun came as soon as they could to deflate the jumper and set it up in a backyard. Very fast service! read more

Snow cone machine worked good and was a cute touch to our backyard birthday party. Con's they said they would bring a tarp they didn't . Good thing we had one . Snow cone machine could have been cleaned better before renting it out . I had to clean it inside out . It was also broken but still did the job and we only were offered 1 flavor of snow cones . The owner was selling me one of his used jumpers. I drove over an hour each way to buy a jumper from him. We agreed that he would give me the address of where to meet when I got into town. Once in town he told me his employee couldn't meet me till an hour and a half later. Also, once in town he still would not give me the address where I was suppose to pick up the jumper. Absolutely hands down the best place to rent from for party needs! I placed my order a week in advance, then the day before I needed to add a cotton candy machine. I called and they added it with no problem. The day of the party I mixed up my times and need it earlier, I called and they were able to bring the bounce house,2 tables and 12chairs, a tent and a cotton candy machine 2 hours before my party. We decided we can never have a family get together without a jumpy house, ever again! The kids absolutely loved it and were busy playing in it from the time they arrived till the time we had to force them out. This year we even received a cotton candy machine that was dirty and had to be cleaned by the driver. The drivers customer service could use some improvement as well. This place was a lifesaver! After another company flaked out 30 minutes before we were expecting 20 four year olds, who were expecting a jump house and a princess one at that. I called around frantically to every jump house place looking for one to deliver any jump house! I was lucky they had a jumper and when he asked what one I wanted he even had a princess one! On top of that he even had chairs and could be at my house in 30 minutes! I wish we had found them before we had gone through this other crappy company who obviously has no care for customer service. Solano Jumps was overall thee absolute best. I booked well in advance-about 2.5 months. Easy booking system online if you are not able to be on the phone with someone. On the day of the event Joe ( Joseph S.) showed up to set up the bouncer for my baby shower on this past Saturday (9/27/14) and asked one question of "where is the power/outlet" and from there I wasn't needed. The kids loved the bouncer so much we barely saw them which was great. The customer service from Joe was great and would hire them again. read more

I called to place an order of tables the guy who I spoke with told me to send him some basic info over text and I never really heard back, besides a simple yes. So unprofessional. I never received a confirmation. So I called and texted again. The only response I got was the address on to where I would need to pick up the items. Which was a storage unit wow! I didn't have a good feeling about it all so thankfully I found another rental place or else I would've been left without any tables for my party. Overall horrible customer service. KBF handled the inflatables for the VHS Grad Nite event and did a phenomenal job! Excellent communication from day 1. Ricardo was extremely responsive and has a very professional and friendly staff. We rented the rock climbing wall, the velcro wall, the wipe out course, green machine obstacle course and the bungee jump trampoline. All were a hit!
