A few days prior to our reservation, I received a text confirming our reservation and time for set up and take down. The staff member was really flexible and answered all my questions ensuring everything would be set up smoothly and on time for the party. On the morning of the party I received a text from the delivery person letting me know he was on his way to set up. The is gave me enough time to head over to the park and and meet him. We picked a spot for the bounce house, discussed a few house rules (no sharp objects or liquid in the bounce house) and less than 15 minutes later the kids were bouncing away. Don't be fooled by the generic company name. They have a great selection of designs, reservations are easily made and paid for online. Confirmations are sent via email and someone will contact you closer to the party date. Amazing experience! Rented a bounce house for my kids 6th birthday party and even though it was raining all week and even the morning of our party, the rental came early and was set-up without a hitch, rented some kids tables and chairs along with it. All the equipment showed up clean and sturdy. The rental guy (Lamar, I think) was kind and knowledgeable. He came early to set-up and since the sun goes down so early now in November, he was out there in the dark and cold breaking it down and packing up. He even helped us place it perfectly to have the entrance near our patio so kids didn't have to step in the wet muddy grass to enter. Great guy. The kids had an absolute blast! We rented the bounce house with basketball hoop, obstacle course, and slide inside and though the rain made it a bit of a water park, the kids were having so much fun slipping and sliding around. I didn't see my kids the whole party until I yelled cake time because they were having so much fun with their friends in the bounce house. I would 1000% recommend this company for any and all bounce house rentals and even the kids table and chairs. I would 1000% do this again even though we were completely stressing about the weather working in our favor (an outdoor kids party in Roseville in November?!?! This is the second time we have used Bounce House Rentals and we couldn't be happier. The first time we used them was in 2021 for a birthday party and the second time was just yesterday for another birthday party. They are fantastic to work with and extremely reliable. When you are planning a birthday party, the last thing you want to have to worry about is whether the bounce house company will actually show up, as promised, but rest assured that you will never have that worry with this company. The owner, Todd, is super responsive, has excellent customer service, and is very professional. We texted Todd the night before our birthday party this year because we rented one 6-foot table from him and realized we needed a second 6-foot table, last minute. It was late at night and Todd texted back right away and said that adding a second table would be no problem at all. If you are a repeat customer, Todd will also proactively give you a 10% discount. You are emailed an invoice after placing your order and can either pay online with a credit card before your event or pay cash, the day of. After placing your order, Todd will also text you the night before to confirm his team's arrival and any details. The guys that Todd sends out to set up and pick up the bounce house are very professional, as well, with excellent communication skills. They text you before heading over to set up the bounce house, as well as before they are heading back to pick everything up. You get to rent the bounce house until around 7 or 8 PM, which is nice. After our birthday party ended last night, our kids were able to take full advantage of the bounce house by bouncing to their heart's content. I contacted Todd early in the week of the party and he gave me some of his professional (20 year experience!) opinions about the weather forecast and helped ease my nerves. I didn't even end up being able to get a bounce house, but I was so blown away by this company I wanted to write a review. My daughter's birthday is in December, but she really really wanted a bounce house. I made the reservation and prayed for good weather. Of course, the only rainy weekend in December was the date of our party. They texted me the day before to ask me if I wanted to cancel or wait it out. I chose to wait, but ultimately had to cancel the morning of the party. I cancelled no problem, and recieved an invoice. Initially, I thought I had to pay for the bounce house. I wasn't thrilled but I did cancel the day of, so I thought it was fair enough. Turns out, I don't have to pay for the bounce house at all, and they will continue to hold my $40 deposite as a raincheck in case I am able to reschedule.
