We rented a water slide, and the kids absolutely loved it! The delivery driver was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient, and we really appreciated his excellent service. We will definitely use this company again for future rentals! The only thing I would suggest improving is the communication after booking. We didn't receive an email with confirmation or rental details, so having a confirmation email sent after the reservation would have been helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this company! read more

After a bit of research and a few quotes and texts I decided to book our bounce house through Bounce House Rentals. I was really happy with my decision as their quote was reasonable and they provided excellent customer service. A few days prior to our reservation, I received a text confirming our reservation and time for set up and take down. The staff member was really flexible and answered all my questions ensuring everything would be set up smoothly and on time for the party. On the morning of the party I received a text from the delivery person letting me know he was on his way to set up. The is gave me enough time to head over to the park and and meet him. We picked a spot for the bounce house, discussed a few house rules (no sharp objects or liquid in the bounce house) and less than 15 minutes later the kids were bouncing away. Don't be fooled by the generic company name. They have a great selection of designs, reservations are easily made and paid for online. Confirmations are sent via email and someone will contact you closer to the party date. I really appreciate their user friendly system, variety, availability, efficiency and excellent customer service. read more

Our experience with Bounce House Rentals of Folsom couldn't have been smoother! Excellent customer service, great price, and clean, quality bounce house. Very professional, friendly, and timely communication from start to finish. When I had questions about what to order, they promptly answered the phone and explained exactly what I needed. The day before the party, they texted to confirm the arrival timing, and on the day of, the driver texted with updated ETAs for both drop-off and pick-up. The two young men who handled drop-off and pick-up were lovely - very prompt, friendly, and professional. Highly, highly recommend this bounce house company! read more

This is the second time we have used Bounce House Rentals and we couldn't be happier. The first time we used them was in 2021 for a birthday party and the second time was just yesterday for another birthday party. They are fantastic to work with and extremely reliable. When you are planning a birthday party, the last thing you want to have to worry about is whether the bounce house company will actually show up, as promised, but rest assured that you will never have that worry with this company. The owner, Todd, is super responsive, has excellent customer service, and is very professional. We texted Todd the night before our birthday party this year because we rented one 6-foot table from him and realized we needed a second 6-foot table, last minute. It was late at night and Todd texted back right away and said that adding a second table would be no problem at all. If you are a repeat customer, Todd will also proactively give you a 10% discount. You are emailed an invoice after placing your order and can either pay online with a credit card before your event or pay cash, the day of. After placing your order, Todd will also text you the night before to confirm his team's arrival and any details. The guys that Todd sends out to set up and pick up the bounce house are very professional, as well, with excellent communication skills. They text you before heading over to set up the bounce house, as well as before they are heading back to pick everything up. You get to rent the bounce house until around 7 or 8 PM, which is nice. After our birthday party ended last night, our kids were able to take full advantage of the bounce house by bouncing to their heart's content. Bounce House Rentals is out go-to place for bounce houses. We highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed. read more

Amazing experience! Rented a bounce house for my kids 6th birthday party and even though it was raining all week and even the morning of our party, the rental came early and was set-up without a hitch, rented some kids tables and chairs along with it. All the equipment showed up clean and sturdy. The rental guy (Lamar, I think) was kind and knowledgeable. He came early to set-up and since the sun goes down so early now in November, he was out there in the dark and cold breaking it down and packing up. He even helped us place it perfectly to have the entrance near our patio so kids didn't have to step in the wet muddy grass to enter. Great guy. The kids had an absolute blast! We rented the bounce house with basketball hoop, obstacle course, and slide inside and though the rain made it a bit of a water park, the kids were having so much fun slipping and sliding around. I didn't see my kids the whole party until I yelled cake time because they were having so much fun with their friends in the bounce house. I would 1000% recommend this company for any and all bounce house rentals and even the kids table and chairs. I would 1000% do this again even though we were completely stressing about the weather working in our favor (an outdoor kids party in Roseville in November?!?! Yeah, we didn't think that one through) but I wouldn't change a thing. I think it was our best party that we have ever had even topping the charts of mine when I was a kid. 5 stars! read more

Great place to get a bounce house. They communicated well giving advance notice of the time they would be dropping off. The two guys that did the set up & take down were professional, polite, and did a great job. read more

From beginning to end great service and clear and detailed communication! I would definitely recommend them

Okay so I have to give them a good review for delivering my tables and chairs but....we had to clean them they were dirty and... they delivered one table in the wrong size. I ordered two 6ft. tables and got one 12ft. and when you have table clothes for two 6ft. tables then you have to run around to get another tablecloth. So if you order from them please don't let them leave without checking what you actually got is what you ordered!! read more

Party planning can be stressful but I guarantee that this part won't be. They have expanded quite a bit over the last several years so their bounce house inventory has grown significantly and so has their staff. This means excellent availability for what you want and efficient drop offs/pick ups. Family owned business with extended family as staff. Competitively priced. The equipment is thoroughly sanitized and new looking. Todd the owner is great with communication. Have questions? Ask away! I did and now we have worn out and happy kids. That's more than most can say during this totally obscure time in history. read more

We have used this company two years in a row for my son's birthday party. We have a November birthday, so outdoor weather can be dicey for a birthday party, but all my son wanted was a bounce house! Unfortunately we had rain scheduled to come the day of the party, and I was so stressed about what to do. I contacted Todd early in the week of the party and he gave me some of his professional (20 year experience!) opinions about the weather forecast and helped ease my nerves. He was super flexible about cancelling (you have the option to raincheck to a future date) if needed. He then also contacted me via a text and said we could cancel the morning of, if needed. It totally helped my stress so much to know i had options! He was totally fine with setting up if it was lightly raining, so it gave me peace of mind, just in case there was a little bad weather. Ultimately we got super lucky with the rain and we had a short window during the party where it was mostly clear. The delivery driver was super communicative on the morning of. He set up the bounce house in about 15 minutes, and came exactly when he said he would after the party. 10/10 experience with this company!! Try them!!! read more

Great experience renting a bounce house for our daughters second birthday from this company! Very responsive through email and ordering online was so easy! I chose this company (even though I'm located more towards southern Sacramento and they are located in Folsom) based on their amazing reviews. No other companies near me seemed to compare. And I am so glad that I did! For a small fee they were able to deliver to my location! This company was affordable and provided delivery and quick setup and cleanup! Amazing service! Showed up on time, set everything up, and showed me everything I needed to know! We had a blast on the bounce house which was clean and had enough room for 7-10 high schoolers. We didn't have any issues with anything. After our event, they came by and cleaned everything up. No extra charges or anything - the price listed is what you get. 10/10 customer service and quality! read more

I've rented a bounce house from these guys twice now. They are easy to work with and reasonable in price. When I had a question, they responded quickly by text. The kids love the bounce house. (Rented it for a Halloween Party for the Grandkids in our community). They are sturdy and I feel, very safe. I was kind of worried about a wind issue on the day I rented it, but they stake it down real well and they do have guidelines as to when it shouldn't be used on real windy days. read more

I would highly recommend them for any event. Booking was easy, communication was fantastic, and pricing was great. I chose Bounce House Rentals from several in the area and glad I did. The Owner Todd was always responsive with renting information, confirmation of delivery etc. I had a couple of questions the day of event which was a Saturday and even though I am sure he was busy with many deliveries, he picked up the phone and was very helpful. The price was good and they have a great cancellation policy. The house was delivered earlier than needed and was ready to go when the party started. The house was clean and all the kids had fun. We ordered a bounce house at the last minute sorry a Super Bowl party at our house. Actually, we rented the inflatable jousting ring for our kids because they're a little older and I wanted to do something different. They had a blast and were in that thing all day! It's actually a really good size and multiple kids can fit inside although we only had 7 altogether ranging in ages 8-13. The guys that came out were very prompt, professional, and friendly despite our dingbat dog growling at them. Will definitely be using them again :) read more

I didn't even end up being able to get a bounce house, but I was so blown away by this company I wanted to write a review. My daughter's birthday is in December, but she really really wanted a bounce house. I made the reservation and prayed for good weather. Of course, the only rainy weekend in December was the date of our party. They texted me the day before to ask me if I wanted to cancel or wait it out. I chose to wait, but ultimately had to cancel the morning of the party. I cancelled no problem, and recieved an invoice. Initially, I thought I had to pay for the bounce house. I wasn't thrilled but I did cancel the day of, so I thought it was fair enough. Turns out, I don't have to pay for the bounce house at all, and they will continue to hold my $40 deposite as a raincheck in case I am able to reschedule. Communication has been prompt, and I am very happy with their customer service. Hopefully one of these days we'll be able to actually get a bounce house. read more

They were friendly, timely in confirmation, would text to verify times and it was an overall great experience. I had scheduled a bounce house rental during SIP (with California starting to open up slowly) from 12-7pm, but Colten texted you see if he could set up earlier, around 10:30am. It was totally fine with us as my son got to bounce a little longer for his birthday. He was so excited that it was set up earlier (bonus)! In addition, I watched Colton disinfect the bounce house before he left and he was courteous and efficient. Thanks again!! read more
