Used them for my daughter's 6th Birthday party. Our original jumper lady ran out of jumpers the day before. I contacted them the day before the party. They had no problem coming out last minute to save the party. I rented tables and chairs for a very reasonable price. They saved my daughter's party. I will definitely keep using them and I've referred them to all my friends and family. By the way I love the fact that it's a family owed business the wife took down all the info and the husband came out and set everything up. With a legit receipt. Very professional. read more

I can't explain what a pleasure it is to do service with these people. The people who run this place are amazing. Anything u need they have it, tables, chairs, banners, sno cone machine, cotton candy machine, margarita slushy machine, coolers, tarps, small to gynormous jumpies, pools. U want it they got it. Everything gets brought and set up for you and not to mention early drop off and late pickup so the kids had more time with the rentals! Prices are cheap, they can give deals if you purchase multiple items at a time. They come to u (all over Solano County) and take all different types of payment. I wont use anyone else, period! Thanks Stephanie and Ricky - you have a lifelong customer for sure. Off top- 5 stars, and pickup is easy too. They load it up and u just have to watch. No hassle, and amazing service. ****Not to mention they have the CLEANEST jumpy houses I have ever seen or smelled****" read more

Kids Bouncing Fun - DELICIOUS cotton candy! - Bounce House Rentals Near Me

I rented from Kids Bouncing Fun last Saturday and Ricardo and Business manager little Ricardo were very professional. I made my reservation about 8hrs before my events and Ricardo was very understanding of my situation. I got a good deal, they showed up on time and it took them about 10mins to setup. Later that evening when they came to take down, there were still few kids having fun. The kids faces turned very different if you can imagine. Ricardo was gracious enough to gave me additional 3hrs at no cost and that was the best 3hrs for them. It was great working with Ricardo and what I like the most is the business skills he's teaching his son. Thanks guys and you will always have my business. read more

The Fire and Ice was awesome. Great customer service too!

The owner and staff are professional, prompt and very friendly. The bounce house and the sno-cone machine were very clean and worked perfectly. We had never rented a bounce house before so I had many questions, The owner, Otha responded promptly to all of my inquiries. The delivery and pickup took place exactly as promised. The kids had a blast! With the high weight limit - some of the adults at the party took advantage of the opportunity to jump like little kids. Very funny!! Simply put, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We highly recommend Solano Jumps! read more

Nothing short of amazing! This was the first time we've gone through Kids Bouncing Fun.Stephanie and her team provided jumpers, chairs, a tent, cotton candy and popcorn machines for our annual thanksgiving event. We've hired other companies but they really went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure we were set up before and after the event. They have a large selection of rental options. I've already reached out to them again for our next party. I highly recommended them for your next event or family party. Ask for Stephanie read more

By far the best experience we've had with renting a jumper! Excellent customer service, along with the convenience to rent tables and chairs (including toddler chairs for our lil' guests), we also rented a popcorn machine/popcorn which was a HIT. Kids had hours of FUN jumping and sliding down a cute jumper w/a Hello Kitty banner for our daughter's 6th bday theme! Was perfect weather on 3/30 (despite my own thoughts it wasn't going to be good weather, was reassured by the owner it was still a go to rent the jumper). Was blessed and thankful to have been referred to this company, our daughter's 6th birthday was a FUN unforgettable day, received praise from our group of kids to confirm the FUN!!! read more

I always rent from Solano Jump since I moved to Suisun 2 years ago and they were so awesome. I paid for a rented generator a couple weeks ago online and I get a phone call less than 24 hours from the day of my event that I couldn't purchase anything under $80. Mind you, there was no where on my receipt or fine print stating that I couldn't rent anything under $80. I felt if that was the case why did my order go through and why the staff contact me so late. On top of that, my event was at a park and they wanted to deliver at my house in Suisun but there place is in Vacaville and my event was in Vacaville and I was charged for a further delivery. I'm so upset cause I've never experienced this kind of customer service from Solano Jump. Scottie who reached out to me told me, well we're only suppose to rent for 4hrs since we're at a park. I was told I had to refill the generator yet on my contract it does not state that. Every place I've lived and rented from in San Francisco they have never charged to fill up the generator after using. I felt like she was being rude to me on the phone and just telling me in future reference I can't rent under $80. From here on out I am no longer using Solano Jump for business. read more
