The booking process was easy, the rental prices were competitive, and Jeff was great to work with. He communicated with me via text throughout the entire process: booking, delivery, and pickup, which I appreciated because I never had to wonder what was going on. The tables and chairs were exactly what I expected: clean, functional, and showing only normal wear and tear. No surprises, no damaged items, no last-minute headaches. Delivery and pickup both occurred within the stated timeframes, which made event planning one less thing to worry about. Sometimes you don't need anything fancy. You just need someone to show up when they say they will, provide what was promised, and make the process easy. That's exactly what happened here. I'll definitely be renting from Jeff again for future events.

According the to the hours posted, they were supposed to be open but no one was there. Raquel, her husband, and their son are just the kindest, most hardworking family, and it was such a joy to partner with them once more. They also did the decor for my baby shower last year, which was stunning, so we knew we were in the best hands for this milestone event. Our theme was "enchanted fairy tale," and they brought it to life in the most magical way. From the dreamy pastel color palette to the gorgeous balloon garlands and whimsical touches, every detail was perfect. It honestly felt like stepping into a storybook. Raquel was a dream to work with--so responsive, thoughtful, and collaborative. She made sure everything aligned with our vision, was incredibly patient with all the back-and-forth, and offered such helpful suggestions along the way. The Kelsweet team goes above and beyond every time, and thanks to them, Raya's first birthday was not only beautiful--it was unforgettable. I can't recommend them enough for any special occasion!

I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

The party was at a local park in Alameda, and Jump Jump & Away was one of the park's preferred vendors since they have insurance paperwork on file. After checking their website, and Yelp of course, we felt comfortable renting from them. The entire process was seamless. The instructions were very clear. For parks, you must also rent a generator. There was also a travel fee of $80 to Alameda (but this may differ based on location). They texted me the day before to confirm their arrival time. You must be there when they arrive so you can sign the contract. They arrived right on time, and the entire setup took about 15 minutes. You must also wait for them to arrive for pick up since you don't want to leave the bounce house unattended. They were prompt with pick up as well. The bounce house was the hit of the party. We got the 13x13 and it was plenty big for at least 8-10 kids in there. It was sturdy and in good condition. Rules are no shoes or food in the bounce house. Overall, a well-run, efficient, and reliable company. Would rent from them again.
