I've never rented a slide before, but the process through solanojumps was so easy! I ordered online with no hassle. I ordered the double lane wet slide, sno-cone machine, and popcorn machine. My delivery was early and the drivers were so very helpful in teaching how to use the machines. The kids all loved the slide, it stood up well despite a good breeze going through Suisun. I called (2 days before my party!!), not knowing what bouncer I should get. Ricardo was very friendly and helped me decide. I ended up going with a bigger bouncer than what I hard originally wanted and I was so happy I did. The kids had so much fun in it & were sad when he came to take it down. I would definitely recommend this company, they were so kind and patient on the phone, answering all my questions and asking a lot of their own to make sure I was getting the right size and style of bouncy for the kind of party I was having. They were easy to get a hold of via email and phone and text, arrived on time and set up a great (very clean) bouncy that the kids loved. I was able to pay online with my credit card or with cash which was nice. We had an issue with our outdoor outlet not working at my house and they had extra extension cords on hand to reach the outlet in the garage. Just a really great professional set up. I had such a great experience with Solano Jumps. We just celebrated my sons 1st bday at a park and had SolanoJumps bring out a jumper with the slide, sumo suits, chairs, tables, a generator and a cotton candy machine. 1) they have the best deal on this side of the bay! I researched and called 4 jump house rental company and SolanoJumps really did have the best prices. Big plus: Military discount (I got it on the non packaged deal item, the generator). 2) the transaction was smooth. The drop off and pick up were great, the guys were professional and super friendly. They even went out of their way to let the kids play a little bit longer in the jumper. 3) the owner is really nice and definitely wants to make sure they do their best. I have used Solano Jumps SEVERAL times, birthday parties, church events, and most recently an end of the season football party. I called and told the owner that I wanted something for 6-8 year old's and had large parking lot to utilize. Otha recommended the obstacle course, so of course, I took his advice. The delivery team showed up promptly at the specified time, quickly set up, gave me an overview of how everything worked and was on their way. The party was a MASSIVE success, the kids loved the obstacle course and honestly I had to deflate it so that I could hand out awards and cake. The team showed up again at the specified time, gathered the equipment and was on their way. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them, the equipment is always clean and in good working order, the owner is a local vet, and small business owner. I used Solano Jumps for my daughters birthday this weekend. They called and told me the delivery would be about 15 min late, but with booking these types of rentals before I scheduled delivery well before the party start time. They ended up not being late at all, but the courtesy call just in case was much appreciated. I have literally been in situations calling other rental places freaking out because they had not arrived when they were supposed too and we're not answering the phone so the professionalism on Solano Jumps just for the courtesy call was awesome. They delivered with a quick set up, you can tell they are true professionals and have much experience with their products. They fully explained how to utilize the waterslide and cotton candy maker to me. I was whipping up cotton candy on a stick like a pro lol. The pick up was quick and seamless, although hard to get a group of kids off of a waterslide on a hot summer day. I know we all shop around for any major event we are hosting and all want to ensure we are getting the best bang for our buck, I found that with Solano Jumps. I loved that they were all inclusive, from jumper to seating and any extras I could need. I would highly recommend that they should offer linens for the tables though, that would have been helpful. Going forward I will not call on another company, their customer service and quality of the product they delivered were perfect. Ordered a bounce house on line on 05/24 for 05/29 delivery; Wanted bounce house from 11 am - 6 pm; They confirmed the day before, arrived around 9 am after calling to make sure we were home; quickly setup the house; called around 6:00 to advise they would be coming over to pick up the house. Quickly removed the house; The house was just what we ordered; all the grandkids had a blast. Customer service by everyone from phone calls to people setting up and taking down was excellent.
