She swept my house, hand washed my dishes, and even made my bed when I didn't have time to make it this morning. On-Call Concierge service has top nanny's and caregivers. I highly recommend them. Unlike many other services I looked into On-Call Concierge also didn't charge me a finders fee, but instead a flat rate membership fee that included a guarantee of my scheduled caregivers. The caregivers are interviewed twice by Ridwana, go through an extensive interview process, and a thorough background check. When our baby was unexpectedly hospitalized, we reached out to Holly for help after the nanny she placed had only been with us for about a week. Instead of supporting us, she consistently took the nanny's side and made an already terrifying situation worse. She then refused to honor the "30-day free replacement" in her own contract, hiding behind technicalities while we were under extreme emotional and physical stress. We didn't have the capacity to argue -- our baby was in the hospital -- and she took advantage of that. No thanks to her, we still managed to keep the nanny for a short while.
