Piss poor....ran out of RIBS so you close the whole restaurant?? That's an excuse!! You lost 2 hours of income because you ran out of 1 item on your menu. I don't plan on ever going back. They MAKE Last call at 11pm because they ran out of 1 item?? Our server forgot to put in a beer order and by time we reminded her she was told it was after last call. We ordered a draft beer!! So I ask why close because you run out of 1 item??? read more

Visited this location several times, but after a recent experience with the manager Nicole...I'll would never step foot there again. They were unable to seat a party of 20, so after a hour and a half wait it was better to just sit separately. After being seated the manager approached the table and rudely stated gratuity would be added for our table of 6 and that if we didn't like it WE could leave! We like most people would questioned the gratuity as we sat on opposite sides on the restaurant and had two separate waiters. We told that we had to leave and the cops were going to be called!! This was a horrible experience with the rudest manager who showed no compassion for the long wait and not being able to seat with the party! Imagine having this experience for a birthday dinner!! read more

My family enjoys going to the Kickback Jacks that is located in Midlothian. The service is always good and the food. The wings are amazing! A food suggestion would be the grilled chicken wings with sweet Thai chili sauce. Although they are crowded on game days; kickback jacks is always a treat for me. read more

Seated at a table and waited for service that never came for over 10 minutes. Wasn't acknowledged by the 4 servers that passed by us so left. read more

Was really interesting watching four servers dancing seductively in the corner service station. There were a lot of tables where orders hadn't even been taken. One table got up and went to sit at the bar to get service. Didn't see one manger the whole visit which was about an hour... read more

Food was great, but definitely not worth the price or the time! Sadly, the portioning did not meet the hype, or satisfaction of the overall "heard" experience. read more

I feel like I've eaten here a zillion times and I've yet to be disappointed. Burgers, wings, seafood, cheese fries, and drinks all are awesome! read more

Would give negative 5 if yelp allowed me. How do you run out of food and close early? Manger was very bland had no real concern and poor listening skills. Customer resolution was a zero. We talked to her and she just said I'm sorry and walked away. Our waitress was great though read more

Good beer selection. Good appetizer sampler. Wings are pretty darn good. My wife says these are the best mozzarella sticks she's ever had. Beer tower was a good deal. Good space for families. A little loud, but not too bad. Definitely not a quiet date night kind of place, but good for going out with some friends. I would t expect the best meal you've ever had, but you won't be disappointed. read more

I have been to this location several times since it opened, sat at the bar, and received satisfactory service. On 2/18 at approx 5:30 we arrived and opted for a table...for which we had to wait 15 minutes. Half the tables in the restaurant were empty and we waited for at least 20 minutes before leaving! NOT A SOUL stopped at our table during that time and several waitresses walked past our table...Terrible experience! read more

The first and last time I will visit this location. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. My husband asked for extra lemon wedges and was told "they didn't have time to cut any" so we were brought a plate of leftover rind. We were never asked again about drinks, and the sides were incorrect. I realize this location is new, and it takes time to work out the kinks - However, at this rate I doubt anyone would give it a second chance. read more

Kickback Jack's - Really? - Sports Bars Near Me - Richmond, Virginia

Our first time here but we loved the food and the service. Very welcoming Great atmosphere. We will definitely be back. Appreciated the variety on the menu and the bar read more

Close to my house. Cool place to come grab lunch, a drink after work or a sit down dinner.

It took over 20 minutes to just get drinks. Wrong food item brought to table and one meal came out much later than others. Turkey flatbread sandwich was deli turkey on stale hoagie bread. The only reason for two stars instead of one is that our waitress was very kind and apologetic. read more

Great place to watch the game! We have been going regularly this football season. The wait staff has been so accommodating and friendly. The food is the best we have found. read more

I have been here several times now. The outside and inside is very nice. With that said the acoustics are not great all noises carry though out the dining area making it very noisy which can be distracting. TV are nice and set up well though out the dining areas. Service is good with polite employees. Menu is standard pub style food. I have had the Philly Cheese Sandwich and several different styles of wings at best average. I will say I have the hamburger a couple time and they are good and above average. Fries are fresh cut and have been very good every time I have had them. Cocktails are good and reasonably priced. Pricing is average for the area. All in all it's a good place to go 3 stars average. I will continue to visit most likely once every 4 to 6 weeks. read more

I don't have any pictures to share so I will have to draw a picture in your mind. The atmosphere is classic sports bar. Several televisions all around the restaurant, including over the centralized bar, and many high tables and stools to get a good view from while you are seating. The tables are not too close together, so you have some privacy (I know, in a bar right), but cozy enough that you won't have to shout when you are conversing with your friends. The wings and Tavern Nachos are off the chain, we ordered 4 sets of wings (10 per order) for three people, they were that good. And the nachos is more than enough to fill you up. The alcoholic beverages are really not that strong, so you might have to order a double shot to get the flavor that you want. The service was also great. If you want to have a good time out on a big sports night, this is a good place. read more

Good place to eat but SO inconsistent with good food go there one day it's stellar next day you might get burnt wings and overseasoned fries you just never know read more

Went here for the 1st time today. Nice large open restaurant, plenty of TVs to watch the sport du jour. Drinks were good and cheap (Wed special $3 pints and $5 Sangria!). I went with co-workers and we ordered all of the delicious fried appetizers. Service was good. Will definitely stop in for a cold drink and some fried pickles again! read more

The only positive thing about our visit here was the server. She was nice and attended us quickly. The food was nasty. We could not finish half of our plate. McDonalds serves better burgers and fries. read more

The worst service, the manager was rude and lied about the time we place the order online and the time we picked the food up. the food was cold and the manager refused to correct the order at first. He stated the problem was us not him. We order here on a regular basis. He also started talking bad about other food places In the area. We will never order from kickback at 10330 Midlothian turnpike Richmond va. again. Management need serious reconstruction. read more

One of my favorite go to places to watch a game, have a drink and have a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I can never go wrong ordering that over there and comes out fine every time. The bar makes the drinks strong also, which is perfect for me. read more

Came here with a group of coworkers and the wait staff was extremely rude. Sucks that they brought the bill before we even got our food. Only got one star because I had to select one. read more

Love the food, when it's actually cooked right and when we actually get what we ordered. The last few times we have gone to the one on Midlothian the service has progressively gotten worse. The last time we went (7/1/18) not only did the waitress argue with me that they couldn't do 2 types of wings (which I do every time I go. And after asking, the kitchen confirmed yes they do it) but when she brought our wings, the dry rub wings we got had no dry rub at all, they simply put them on the grill and threw them on the plate. When she finally came back to our table and we told her, instead of bringing us new fresh wings like a good restaurant/waitress would do, she brought two cups of dry rub and said we could put it on ourselves. Seriously???.... And not only that but the only time she asked if anyone needed a refill was when she brought the checks and asked if I wanted another beer, didn't ask anyone else.... She also didn't write down everything I ordered but I wasn't that irritated by that. Mainly the fact that she couldn't hear because there were 2 tables in there with people screaming and hollering (laughing, not arguing). I know it's considered a sports bar and all, but people shouldn't be allowed to be as loud as they want when they're bothering everyone around them (our table wasn't the only one looking and commenting on it)........ If I go back, I'll just get takeout next time. Like I said, the food is great, it's just the staff that sucks read more

Went here for dinner for the first time last night. I am s stroke survivor snd am paralyzed on my left side. I ordered a salad for my dinner and asked if the kitchen could please chop my salad for me as i am unable to cut my food. Been three times. Will be a favorite since I'm a wings fan, I hope they stay consistent. Good food and selection of beers. Good happy hour deals. Service is hit or miss. Some of the best wings in Richmond and they have a nice variety of sauces. Festive sports-bar atmosphere, yet you can have a good sit-down dinner too. Guessing they are short on wait staff. Twice that I noticed when I was leaving that a wait-list had been established, there were quite a few tables open. read more

I've been waiting 15 minutes with my lads and it's like we don't exist, terrible service and only my first time here never back again

Well let me start of with saying we have often been to this kickback Jack's and have given less than poor service but the food is good but after today's utter lack service we waited over 25 minutes and still no one came to introduce themselves ask if we wanted a drink or anything needless to say we will not be back there I'm not sure if it was a racial thing or not but the non by racial family who was sat after us food had started to come out please I seriously suggest if that was the case they get their act together...... read more

Last night, my husband and I went to Kickback Jack's for dinner as we have many times before. We were greeted and immediately seated. This was about as efficient as we were served the remainder of the evening. We waited 20 minutes to finally be greeted by our server. We ordered food and drinks and the waiting began again. I ordered fish and chips, my husband ordered loaded cheese fries and boneless buffalo wings. About 15 minutes later, my food arrived as did the loaded cheese fries. The wings didn't arrive until almost another 15 minutes had passed!! I was already done eating. My husband took one bite of his boneless wing and spit it out. It was completely raw in the middle. We asked to see a manager who was mortified to see that the chicken was still raw. I am still trying to understand how after a meal was ordered 30 minutes prior to arriving, that it could still be so undercooked. We will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon. read more

Frys are real good buns on burger are very soft wings are bigger then bww drinks are cheap

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to give a star. We had a party of 9. We had to wait 25 min before being seated for the manager to come up & tell us that there would be an 18% gratuity. We were finally seated and had to add chairs ourselves because they didn't put us at a table with enough chairs. The waiters name was Briana..They brought everyone's food out one at a time which was very annoying! When everyone finally got their food, the waitress disappeared and didn't come back until it was time to bring the checks..we honestly felt like she knew she was getting a tip bc of the large party so she didn't even try! We spoke with two managers and they basically just said..oh..okay..thanks for letting us know..I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!! read more

The service and food at the Midlothian location sucks. I was leery of this location when it was being built. I would rather travel to the West Broad location on any given day. The seafood platter comes out full of grease slopped on top of my fries mind you. The service is lousy and the restrooms are disgusting. The management seems to act as this is the norm. No, I work too hard for mine, sorry I will go where I can enjoy the overall experience. read more

Kickback Jack's is your typical sports bar. There are TVs all around the restaurant that show every game that is airing that particular day/night. We visited on New Year's Day at night and didn't have to wait at all to be seated. They serve the usual sports bar fare- wings, nachos, etc. They do have award-winning wings, which I didn't happen to try this trip, but my boyfriend did. He got the buffalo garlic (bone-in) and loved them. The other flavors offered are honey barbecue, sweet Thai chilli, honey buffalo, mild buffalo and hot buffalo. The wing servings are offered by 10s- you can get an order of 10, 20 or 30. I ordered a buffalo wrap, which is a safety of mine. It was pretty good with my alterations (I substituted bleu cheese for ranch, and didn't get onions). Their fries taste like Five Guys fries, which are delicious, greasy goodness. My boyfriend got their sweet potato waffle chips, which are served with honey butter. Yum. You will never go thirsty if you order a fountain beverage. Their drink cups are humongous. Good strategy for when the servers are busy and can't get around to refilling drinks right away. The service was friendly and quick, and it looks like the kitchen management runs a tight ship. I'd come back to try the wings on another occasion. read more

Unpleasant experience with "Manager" Nicole. Very rude and unprofessional. She Couldn't accommodate our party of 20 so she sat us in different areas of the restaurant with different waitresses and proceeded to tell us we would still be charge gratuity. After we express to her how that was unfair she advised us if we didn't like it would could leave. We will never be returning to this location again as we were treated unfairly and put out. Very poor customer service to be "leader" as her card stated. read more

Called Jack's for a Wait time on the night over 3/24/17 they formed me that there were available seating for 2 people. When we arrived the kickback jack. They told me they couldn't give me a wait time. And I asked u could even estimate. Asked how many on the waiting list the young lady informed me that it was four In front of us. And we might as well leave. I walked around the restaurant there were plenty of table for people to set. The manager was standing along side her not correcting her actions. It's was my anniversary and we called before hand and on arrival all we got was disrespectful unwanted service. With there attitudes and not taking us or your business seriously. I'm appalled with this tomfoolery. read more

First time there for my husband and myself. Arrived around 2:30 and we were greeted very well. We told the greeter and our waitress that this was our first visit. I ordered the wings and fries. The wings were drenched in sauce which made them difficult to eat. The paper that the wings and fries were sitting on was soaked in grease. There was also some other chunks of something coated in sauce but it wasn't wings so I don't know what it was. My husband ordered the hamburger medium (pink, no red was requested). It was delivered medium rare to rare. My husband ate it because he won't send back food but it's not safe! His fries were also greasy. We had so looked forward to eating at this restaurant but we were disappointed. read more

Service sucks. The host are so rude and unprofessional. Management doesn't really care about customer complaints. The kitchen staff presents crappy food that they know they wouldn't eat themselves. read more

I downloaded this app for the sole purpose of giving this place a bad review, I wish I could give it zero stars. Literally the worst service I've ever received. Servers bringing random plates of food to the table with no idea what they are or who they belong to. This is a wing place, this can not be hard to figure out how to deliver the appropriate wings to the appropriate person. On top of it, rather than being willing to help, the servers--several of them--would snap back with unbelievable attitude. It shouldn't come as a surprise that the food was not even close to being worth the hassle. Avoid this place unless you like getting treated like shit and eating terrible food. read more

This was my first experience at Kickbacks, I would have to say that the hype isn't want it was all cracked up to be. Food was great, but definitely not worth the price. The portion size did not meet my expectation to advertise great ribs, however big shout out to our waitress Dottie, she was great and very persistent towards making us satisfied with our experience. read more

Waited 15 minutes and still had not been waited on. Had to go ask hostess, there were 3 near the door, if we were going to be helped. There was only 1 other table occupied.
