This is a new busniness wich opened approximately Nov 01st 2019. Our first impression was very positive, warmly greeted the hostest was very friendly and outgoing taking time to see we were comfortably seated and introduced us to our server another friendly and outgoing personality. The menu had a diverse list of items all competitively priced. We chose a shrimp appetizer and we each had a salad. One a Caesar and the other a delicious lettuce and fruit combo. The only negatives were items you would expect from a new establishment. The staff attempted to deliver our shrimp three times and forgot the baked potato. All things that will be dealt with with more experience. The biggest complement goes to the managers who hired a GREAT staff who made the first of what I am sure will be many visits enjoyable. read more

Great sports bar. Lots of TVs with all the sports packages. $3.25 PBRs all day, everyday.

i wish i could give this a negative 2 star staff was nice, the chefs messed up my order and my dads date. the ambiance was loud, not family friendly and kinda hostile and the food.... the food. i'm going to share a text i sent to my friend to wrap up how i felt about the food. it was busy and loud so i assumed the food would be pretty good since the restaurant was packs. "i ordered the cajun chicken alfredo. i expect a reddish sauce with a nice cajun spice along with juicy tender cajun chicken. what i got was naked overcooked noodles, DRY ASS CHICKEN, RAW FLOUR IN THE SUACE AND ONLY HALF OF MY PLATE HAD SUACE. nothing tasted cajun. and for some reason there was broccoli (THE DESCRIPTION SAID NOTHING ABOHG BROCCOLI) and so much of it, like more broccoli then chicken. and the broccoli was undercooked and dry. it was the dryiest alfredo i've ever had. my dads friends burger had a weird meatloaf raw ground beef texture with little to no seasoning. the wings my little brother got were worse than 7-11 wings. they were fried garlic hot wings and nothing about them were fried, skin was slimy, soggy and it was clearly microwaved. bro that was the worst fucking food i've ever had and i've eaten at royal farms! We came in as a group of six. The server was polite and helpful. The fish and chips were quite tasty. Good service/good food.

The food I picked up yesterday was delicious. I absolutely LOVED the pizza. First time ordering and I plan to order more in the future. Kudos to the all the employees and cooks. Heed this though, do NOT use GRUBHUB. I initially looked online. Was going to order delivery. The markup on prices from Grubhub was STUPID. For example, the ribs are priced at 17.99. Grubhub charges like 25.99. I was shocked beyond words. So order and enjoy but be cautious where you place your order. read more

We love this place. We have been to several in NC so we were excited when we got one here. Great atmosphere! It's a perfect place to watch any game. There isn't a bad seat in the house. We have tried several different items on their menu and it was all good. The other positive is the beer is nice and cold! Nothing better than a really cold beer. My only negative is I think the wait staff needs to get better. They have been nice but a little on the slow side. Please keep up the good work. Fredericksburg doesn't have a lot of places we like.. read more

Do you know bad they fried pickles are chicken tenders a little salty but still good all of the food is good you can watch tv sit at the bar eat outside read more

If Denny's was a sports bar and not even breakfast for that. Average to below average food. Owner went into a weird rant when we asked if they showed UFC fights. Not going back. read more

I am so happy they built this place in Fredericksburg! The food is all made from scratch and comes out piping hot. Their loaded nachos are huge and can easily feed several people. The prices are cheap considering the food is made from scratch and large portions. I am looking for an excuse to go back ASAP ;-) read more

I went to check out Kickbacks an Had the firecracker Shrimp. I did try out a cocktail from the bar, that was suggested by our server. My husband had wings an I had a steak. Both cooked to our likings. Our Server Kat was amazing. The t.v.'s although were a bit over the top loud that you couldn't hear the conversation across the table. The downfall. Love how the restaurant is sectioned off. Could make it it nice inn the summer, don't know about the smoking aspect I am not a smoker. To each. tHeIr oWn: over all. Our ServerWas Awesome An I recommend Kat an stoping in. read more

Tried this place recently. Pretty good. Think it'll succeed. And be around for a lot of years.

Went here for the first time during lunch. Waitress Tammy was great. She checked on my often and was very nice. She even went back to the kitchen to check on my order. Had the turkey cranberry flat bread sandwich with fries. Good food at a fair price. Along with the overly large drink glasses I didn't leave hungry. Will definitely go again and bring the family! read more

Couldn't wait to try this restaurant and as we walked in saw all this beautiful space but NO social distancing between tables. Had to walk out. I can't believe they can't put a little distance to create a safe environment. So bummed. read more

I travel through out the CONUS for working and training with agencies. When I get a chance to settle down in my home town I'm going to hang out here. The whole staff/team is amazing. The food: even better! I haven't had a dish I didn't like. My favorite though: grilled garlic buffalo wings. Amazing! Whether you are in for a nice dinner or a fun night sitting at the bar, I promise you will feel accepted and have a good time. The bar staff is seasoned and friendly. No matter what the cause, Kickback Jacks is definitely the place to be! read more

My friends and I (5 African Americans and 1 Caucasian) were enjoying the games and the food on Sunday Nov 1st 2020 when we were all of a sudden kicked out by the manager/owner. Allegedly the waitress (short caucasian with tattoos) felt offended by something one the guys said (nobody at the table heard anything) and the owner said the waitress felt uncomfortable with serving us, so he decided to kick everyone out. We all were shocked (I even told the manager you must have the wrong table since we had been there for over an hour and the waitress was laughing and enjoying serving us.) The owner put everyone on one tab and said pay it and leave.... I am never returning to this place and I will do my best to communicate to others to spend their money and time where they are actually wanted. read more

We have been delaying a visit since it recently opened. We like for the "new" to wear off so we can get an idea of what kind of place it is. Absolutely impressed! It's clean, well laid out, plenty of TVs, cold beer, good food, & friendly staff. This might become our new favorite place. We were long time customers of a popular wing restaurant near this place, but the new corporate owners have cut everything positive about it & lost some long time customers. Hopefully Kick Back's will keep their standards up & we can benefit from a new favorite! read more

The service was subpar. The food was bland. After further research after my visit and before leaving this review, it seems like other black and brown people experiences discriminatory practices and poor service. 1/10. The one is for the bathroom. Do not recommend. read more

I stop in for drinks and drinks only. I was giving them a break because during these times, they are doing their best but when I ordered the Salmon, meh! I couldn't eat it, cold and flavorless. When asked I told them it was not good at all, I am not one to complain but not a word from them on $128 bill. Service is lacking. read more

I was very surprised when they told us before we ordered anything that we couldn't order the beer tower unless 3 people were drinking, me and my buddy are drinking and our girlfriends were driving, so I just don't understand how this is "company policy" controlling how much someone can drink when it's suppose to be a sports bar, the tower isn't even that big and the server didn't know how many ounces it was. read more

This is my second time at this place was going to Richmond and will continue to go to Richmond. The customer service is ok could be better. The wings are good but the nachos are to salty to where they couldn't be eaten but the managers said they couldn't do anything about it because they were salted down the same time the fries were couldn't take it off my ticket or take half off now is that customer service no it isn't. Also had to keep calling server to the table for this and that. Maybe nights are a bad time to come but I know I'll be going back to the spot I was going to. read more

All of the Buffalo Wild Wings were packed today because of the UFC fight so I decided to come here.... disgusting! The wings are not worth your money, and the lack of service here late at night isn't good either. If your wanting wings I'd go somewhere else you've been to before. They told us they were better than Bdubs, not!! read more

The managers here are some of the rudest people I have ever felt with. "Well we don't do things that way". Trying to get a table to seat 10 people was like a act of Congress!!! The food was subpar even for a sports bar. My burger was the size of a slider patty on a regular bun and was over cooked!!! Now on a positive note our survey Crystal was great !!! If you want foot ball and beer this is the place for you, but if you want good food you may want to eat before you go read more

Website says you're open till 12 door says you're open till 12 the hostess ask how many people then says last calls in five minutes which is 930 but we close at 10. This review is for a Doordash delivery. We had order the American burger and it was Fantastic!! My husband ordered fries and I got tater tots. Neither one of us could eat them it was like someone put tons of salt on them. I had ordered 2 extra sides of coleslaw as it is wonderful. For the almost $3.00 I paid, literally got about1/4 of a cup. Was very disappointed in the sides. Would not reorder again read more

This place is nothing special chain, the food is just acceptable. And the bartenders are Horrible, they talk with each other more than wait on the customers. I m on the road a lot for business, & eatcour often. Their Customer Service is horrible read more

First time here...the atmosphere so much better then BWW. It is quite loud as it is a sports bar with games on lots of tvs. The nacho appetizer was really good but they skimp a bit on the chili, cheese and sour cream. The Caesar salad tasted SOOOO fishy....I couldn't eat it(and yes, I know it was made with anchovie-I eat Caesar all the time). Waitress told me she can get me a different kind of salad but I can talk to a manager if I wanted to but he will still charge me for the Caesar as it's policy whether I eat it or send it back. I was a bit taken back by-wow, so you send out a nasty salad and tell me upfront I still have to pay for it and basically don't bother speaking to manager because it's policy. I chose a house salad that I didn't want and ended up not touching it and asked for the manager anyways. He tells me it's policy as she said. I said so it's policy to charge your customers for bad food?? He said oh no-in this case I will take it off but typically we don't we offer something else. He tells me the bowl was probably not rinsed out or the salad was overdressed...uhm-no it was nasty!!! The waitresses (2) even said the Caesar has lots of complaints it's way fishy. Aside this, my ribs were good, potato was so tiny but good, their baked beans is the sweet chili they use on the nachos-those are excellent, my husbands burger was very good. I'd try it again and see. read more

Our first visit and everything went great! We were thrown off by the heavy amount of cars outside, but we were able to walk right in and sit right down. This place is what BDubs whishes it could be. TV's are laid out strategically, and the booths offered plenty of room for bigger bellies lol (some of you know what I'm talking about). We split the grilled wings and nachos. I repeat, this place is what Buffalo Wild Wings wishes it was! They were perfect!Their buffalo garlic taste exactly like BDubs Spicy Garlic (my favorite) but it didn't carry the heat that comes with it which I actually liked better. The nachos had the right amount of toppings to make every chip serve a purpose. Their signature bucket drink was on special and was delicious and the service was exceptional, detailed and on time. It was refreshing to have someone who seemed to care about their job waiting on us. All in all, great atmosphere, real good food and excellent service. Will definitely come back! read more

Kickback Jack’s - Grilled wings with buffalo garlic and honey bbq alongside their tavern nachos! Bring a wheelbarrow lol - Sports Bars Near Me - Fredericksburg, Virginia

It was our first stopover in this area. We had to go to Walmart. On the way we observed Kickback Jacks. My wife had the American burger and I had the chicken club sandwich on sourdough bread. We were both extremely satisfied with our meal. The service however needs some help. I had to get up and ask for napkins while most of the waitress stood around. They just didn't come back to the table. We will stop again for sure. Dale read more

Great venue for watching sports. Food variety & quality is just okay. Length of time waiting for meal is excessive.

Decided to go for Friday night date with my husband because the restaurant was new in town. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. Service was lacking. Our appetizers came before the drinks. We thought happy hour would be a good bet, but they had no happy hour apps and only 4 drinks on special price. That is NOT happy hour to me!! Overall, just a meh... read more

Where to begin? Some of the food is great, but others like the crab cake medallions are burnt. Management says they come out that way. Said we could order something else and walked away. Waitress never took a replacement order. We received a bill with crab cake medallions still on it and had to ask that it be removed. Since we were a party of 9 ( with one seating option) we already had added 18% gratuity added for mediocre service and suggestion for adding gratuity on bottom of receipt was even higher because the added 18% was taxed. One person in party ordered a to go order and since she ordered from the table, they added an 18% gratuity and told her afterwards that if she had ordered from the bar, it wouldn't have been added. They refused to remove or adjust it. The management is flippant and doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. I will not return to this location again. Three visits and two really unpleasant experiences. read more

I really like this restaurant and have high hope that this post will bring in solely a better manager. Ordered a few different wings and it seemed like two of the sauces we ordered were the same. We got buffalo and garlic. They looked and tasted the same. No biggie, asked the waitress and she said she was new and would send manager over. Manager came over but not before pouring the two sauces in cups to prove a point. She came directly over and said "see they look the same". That is fine and we agreed they look the same. But they aren't the same. Garlic in no way taste like buffalo. Instead of stating that fact that if they look the same the cooks could have messed that up too that's not my place. We said ok don't worry about it. She proceeded to not say another word and walk away. Not even am "I'm sorry". Well I'm sorry Kickback Jack's, you need a new manager if you want to be in fburg long. read more
