Amazing service from staff and the location and views were great. Brought my fiance and she was floored by the views and the crepes. Was a great start to the day! If you are in the area stop if you can. Now my fiance wants me to make crepes like this lol

Large portions; you get TWO eggs Benedict! Crab Cake on the right.

We love eating here as we stay nearby when on Kauai. The setting is AMAZING (large water garden with orchids) and it's just a perfect and peaceful sun-rise location for breakfast, which is a rare treat on Kauai! Good coffee and some unique and delicious items (eggs Benedict) on the menu.

We went during the soft opening 2nd weekend. Our waiter/server Jenny was super sweet. The on-site manager was there helping. Food came out fast. It tasted amazing. Had the seafood Benedict and sweet crepe. Would come again. The bakery foods come from orlys they were tasty.

Soggy English muffin

We were guests at Kiahuna Plantation and excited to find a new place to try out for breakfast. Our experience was very disappointing. We arrived and asked if we could place a to-go order. They said it may take a while- they said 20-30 minutes. It was obvious they were pretty new, all the employees seemed confused on how to do things. Our order took an hour and were met with many excuses and rude employees. The food was mediocre at best. Employees didn't know what was on the menu- we had to point to each item. Crepes were too sugary and there were rubbery. Breakfast burrito tortilla was dry. Açaí was on the menu but they said they didn't have it. Food descriptions on menu weren't great. The "fresh fuel" healthy option needed salt and the English muffin was totally soggy. This place could've been great and we had high hopes, but our order cost over $100 and wasn't even close to worth it, wish they would've been apologetic and/or offered a discount for our 60+ minute wait for the order. Denny's or fast food would have been better- and cheaper. So disappointing.

Delicious food and beautiful presentation. I had an Americano that was just so-so. But everything else was good and great service too.

We sat on the patio by the pool and luckily the umbrella was large enough to block the sun! The food all tasted great. The crab dip with 6 or 8 pieces of toasted focaccia was high quality with real crab not surimi. We ordered the flatbread with chicken instead of pork and it was also very good with a nice crispy crust and moist chicken chunks. The wedge salad was a large piece with crisp bacon, candied pecans, grape tomato halves and a tasty dressing. It only needed some red onion to make it perfect. The calamari were crispy but the portion size was too small and the pieces of calamari were too small so the ratio of crust to fish was too high.

We were told that the pupi portions were large and could easily be shared. This was true and we split the calamari and my husband found it to be too salty. We both had the fresh catch. He had ahi tuna and I had mancha which I was told was like halibut. It was thinner than halibut and reminded me of mahi-mahi. It was suggested to have it pan seared to make sure it was not overcooked. Well, it was a bit fry from being overcooked. I had a double portion of green vegetables which turned out to be 4 pieces of asparagus. My husband's ahi was served a bit more than seared and rare. His sides were 2 pieces of asparagus and a piece of carrot. In essence we each had a small piece of fish and a small portion of vegetables. This was a mediocre meal in a beautiful setting. They need to step up their game.

We were very happy to stumble upon the fact that this was a restaurant in addition to a market. We…read morecame twice in three days. We sat on the patio but they call the main dining room however it is outside. The host and the servers were very nice on both days helping us choose our dishes and beverages. The first night were shared the shrimp and unui (sp?) patties. They were tasty and slightly sweet but over-charred and the sauce served with them did not complement them very well. It needed a fresher sauce or something with a little kick The first night I Had the chicken Which is actually a tiny little bird I should've known from the name. - pouisson. It was well cooked, but there was very little meat on all of the bones. And also needed a sauce of some kind. The one baby bok choy was a nice addition. Two of the group had the fish and chips it was made with swordfish that night and was very tasty. However, the chips were slightly limp and not hot. No one wanted to return them, but they really were not very good. One of the other entrées was the veggie bowl with seared Aji tuna and it had quinoa at the bottom with lots of roasted beets and other vegetables. It was a very good dish. The second time I ordered the grilled seafood bowl because that night they were offering Oppa as the grilled fish on the kebabs/skewers that were served on top of the bowl the seafood was cooked, absolutely perfectly, and it had pickled cucumbers, pickled red onions, slightly cooked carrots, and then regular cucumbers on top of lightly dressed soba noodles. It was a very tasty and hearty bowl. We also ordered a kale, beet and blue cheese salad for the table, but what came out was their strange version of Caesar salad, which has chickpeas on it which of course we did not want. It took them quite a while to bring the kale and beet salad to the table, however when they did, it was quite tasty a combination I would not have thought of on my own The first night we ordered the passionfruit cheesecake which had a strange chocolate crust that was too thick and a very light topping of passionfruit. It was fine, but we would not order it again. The whole restaurant is a nice change from all of the really overpriced offerings in the area. The food is fresh and tasty and the service is professional and fun at the same time.

Best poke bowl that I had on Kauai!…read more This restaurant has outdoor seating and also a health-centered grocery store inside. It's in the main Poipu outdoor shopping mall area. We ordered takeout and while waiting for our food, we browsed the grocery aisles and then checked out the surrounding shops. I really enjoyed the Ahi poke bowl. There was this tasty kimchi cucumber on the side with sweet o ions and avocado. The fish was fresh. G got the quinoa and vegetable bowl, topped with roasted chicken. It was a delicious salad with beets, macadamia nuts, kale, and more- and the chicken was nice and moist.

This is a great, fun, affordable option while staying in Poipu!!! We've already been here twice…read more The key is to go during their happy hour time from 3-6pm daily. The first time we spent just over $100 for a family of 5, and last night we got out of there for $88. That is a feat in this part of town! The happy hour is unbeatable. $7 drinks and 25 cent wings. Note that you have to have minimum two drinks per person, but they don't have to be alcoholic--we got a cocktail as our first and soda water as the second. The cocktails are quite large, so you can still get the $7 price if you order a soda or sparkling water as your second drink. The waitress was super helpful and let us know that last night! We went for taco Tuesday yesterday and the tacos were $1 each! They were good--not insane but great for the price and hit the spot. The service is great and the food and drinks come out quickly despite being busy. The drinks are standard fare, nothing crazy delicious, but for the price it's great. The food is all yummy. We especially love their chicken wings! Home-fried and lots of meat. All of the dipping sauces are excellent too. We haven't had a bad dish here! Truly wonderful prices, good food, and great for the whole family.
