They were able to get me in the same day, and I didn't feel rushed at all, like you typically would at a lot of nail salons I've been to. The tech gave a great massage, and was very thorough and sanitary, as well as preforming a great mani and pedi! Additional Covid protocols made me feel safe, temperature checks, socially distanced, and divider between client and technicians. Quality control measures in place as well, which made me feel like they really care to provide good work and integrity! Very reassuring and thoughtful! Staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. I'll definitely be back for my next nail service!

I liked how she asked me questions throughout to make sure I was satisfied with what she was doing. Sidney was also really nice and very easy to have a conversation with. The interior of the nail salon looks very clean and new so it was a relaxing atmosphere. The only thing I didn't care for was that there were some ladies getting their nails done and they were cursing a lot and the nail techs assisting them started using the same language. Since they were talking loud and I don't swear (my appointment was a couple hours after I came home from church) it was unfortunate that I had to hear their conversation. I was thankful that there were no kids in there. I can't recall being at another salon (hair or nail) and having that experience.

I have bad social anxiety so after that I stoped. she asked if I wanted silver glitter I said no blue and she continued with silver. and she kinda did her own little design and didn't give me a glitter French. the design just isn't what I wanted. in the process of putting acrylics on she cut small chunks of my skin on my middle finger and thumb and made my middle finger on the opposite side bleed and didn't acknowledge it. overall was not satisfied by my experience here.
