Thank you Aurthur' Manager,…read more Your salesman tried to sell me a once damaged Audi at full, undamaged price. When I offered a refundable $2,000 deposit to hold it while I got it inspected, you personally refused it -- the only deposit you'd take was one that locked me in no matter what I found wrong with the car. That's not a sales process, that's a con. He knew what was going on in my life. It had already come up in his texts with someone close to me before he ever spoke to me directly. He knew I needed a reliable car fast, and your team tried to use that against me anyway. But you refused that deposit, and that refusal is the only reason I didn't take the car. If you'd let me hold it the honest way, I would have committed right there and been stuck with an overpriced, damaged car. Instead I bought a BMW -- a better car no accidents covered in wrap. . So genuinely, thank you. You saved me from a huge mistake, and you did it by trying to force me into one. That Audi is still sitting on your lot, unsold, weeks later. That tells you the price was never honest. Anyone who does buy it at your number is getting the same treatment I almost got. You should be ashamed of how your team operates -- but I'm grateful your greed was too clumsy to work on me.

There was…read moreno signage anywhere indicating I could not park there, nothing, not even a "only for customers" sign. When I came back to my car the owner had moved one of the cars he was trying to sell to block the exit so I was not able to leave. When I asked him to move it he said "ehh I'll move it when I feel like it" so I had to wait until he decided he was ready to move his car. Keep in mind moving the car blocked in myself and also prevented anyone else from entering the lot so he was not only blocking me from leaving but also others from coming in. Extremely unprofessional behavior and I wouldn't trust someone who acts like that to sell me a car. They should post signage indicating that you are not allowed to park there because if there was anything indicating such I would have not parked there. Just extremely rude and unprofessional way to handle the situation. Be nicer!

I dont know where to begin. I've been in sales for many decades. I've been on both ends of the…read moresales process. I dont normally take the time to write reviews, but this time is much needed. People are really quick to write a negative experience, but rarely take the time to write about a good one. So, here it goes... I had unexpected car problems with my commuter. I had a really bad week and this was the last thing I needed. Long story short I needed to replace my commuter. After visiting a couple of lots in Salinas, Watsonville and Gilroy, luckily I ended up at KB used auto sales. The gentlemen there were a pleasure to work with. Not pushy or douchey if you know what I mean. The owner showed me the cars and the son handled the rest. I have to say, the young buck was a pleasure to work with. One of the most modest and humble young men I've encountered. Great things are ahead for him for sure. After a couple of days of negotiations, we landed on a deal we were both comfortable with. The car I purchased was older but had really low miles.. I mean really low and only 1 previous owner. They have a great selection of cars, some beat up ones (more than likely trade ins). If your looking for a used car, give them a look.. you wont regret it.

I am extremely disappointed with my sister's recent purchase from Salinas Auto Sales and would…read morestrongly advise others to proceed with caution. Within the first five (5) days of her taking possession of the vehicle, multiple material issues arose, including a non-functioning blinker and several dashboard warning lights illuminating. These defects raise serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle at the time of sale and whether it was properly inspected or disclosed. The vehicle was also sold to her at a price significantly above market value, particularly given its high milage and the immediate mechanical concerns. When she contacted Salinas Auto Sales, she was initially told to bring in the vehicle in for a "recall". After independently verifying her VIN, there was no recall associated with the vehicle. She was then given a different explanation-that the issue was related to an out-of-state title transfer-which is inconsistent with the vehicles recent California registration history (2025). At this point, she asked what the options were for all these concerns to be addressed. In addition to these concerns, there were discrepancies in the sales documentation. Her trade-in was not initially reflected on the contract, and the purchase of the warranty was not properly documented at the time of signing. I had to tell her to go back and have the contract revised and resigned to be valid. I also told her to get a copy of her warranty documents which they originally did not present to her. These omissions are significant and should have been clearly and accurately disclosed. When she attempted to ask reasonable follow-up questions and seek clarification, the owner became rude and dismissive. She also experienced comments that she perceived as degrading and inappropriate, including statements implying that she was only sold the vehicle because of who she was accompanied by at the time of purchase. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, she did not experience transparency, accuracy, or a good-faith effort to resolve legitimate concerns after the sale. Based on her experience, she questions the dealerships sales practice, documentation accuracy and customer service. I strongly encourage prospective buyers to independently verify vehicle condition, pricing, VIN history, and all contract terms before completing a purchase with them. As a result, we are currently reviewing her consumer protection rights related to this transaction and will be filing a formal complaint to the California DMV Investigations unit.

I knew what I was getting into with not having a co-signer. The same day when I took it home, I noticed a chip in the windshield on the passenger side and I also noticed that the breaks were squeeking. So I called Mando and told him the issue. He reassured me that he would discuss it with the owner of the dealership and make sure I was taken care of. That being said, the way Sal has treated my partner leaves much to be desired. I set up contact between Sal and my partner, and expressed the type of vehicle my partner was looking for, and left them to discuss. My partner called Sal, and after greetings were exchanged my partner noted Sal sounded off and asked if it was a bad time and Sal replied "well yeah I'm watching the game.
