It is not handicapped accessibe. I had problems with the front office staff when it came to getting orders that the doctor had recommended. I had to call more than once to get the orders completed. And the person I was dealing with was having a bad day? When I brought this up to Dr. at my next visit. She was not receptive to the conversation and so I left her practice and found another physician that has an office, staff and bedside manner that works for me. My experience with the office was not the best.

I never met the doc due to the fact she is never there is an assistant seeing you. I preceed to ask for her name and she hung up the phn so I called again. Without saying anything she transfer me to another person. I ask for the name of the receptionist. Mention the reason why and as well she refused to give me her name. Then she said this conversation is being recorded. Wrong thing to say becase before anyone recorded anything they have to let the other person know. So at that point I said well ....this conversation is being recorded and she said I will NOT release any information to the doctor. They are absolutely a joke running that office I guess my first review didnt post so ill write it here They send me a text saying I have a bill with them. I call inquiring about it. I ask when was the first and only time I was there. She said '23 I said...exactly. I asked what month. She said mam you are being rude so I will put you on hold ( treating me a physician like a child) she return to the phn refusing to give me the information so I told her Im on my way to the office to get the info. Once I got there they didn't open the door Either the phn. Thats when I toke the pictures. They are absolutely Rude as well scamming people. I only visit that office in 2023 . My insurance paid and I have the proof. Never came back because the doctor is never there Is an assistance. And now they want to collect $ for what. How many people are they scamming for $ . Thank God I have everything as well Im not patient Im just a client. Why a my saying client bcs I never saw a doctor there Stay away from this place

Leaving him behind in CA is leaving me teary eyed. He truly has that "old school" approach and amazing bedside manner while still really knowing his stuff. I've been so happy as a patient here and being a nurse myself that says a lot. Thank you to the whole Claremont Medical staff. I'll truly miss being seen as a patient here'. I currently live in Oregon with family in SoCal and all over the country. None of the doctors/specialists I've had since living closer to Dr Orr have even come close to being his equal in quality of care or knowledge in his field. He's always known who to send his patients to for answers/treatment if it wasn't in his wheelhouse. Yes. It's true. Being a patient of Dr. Orr's is like being a member of his family. Even though my patient file has long been filed away or destroyed, I still know that if I need him as I did when my sister died and again, when my dad needed a second opinion 9 months prior to his dying of cancer--if I need his care, I can always make an appt with Dr. Orr. I wish todays medical field personnel were even alittle like him in maintaining a high standard of care and a continuing thirst for knowledge in his field. -An honored and truly appreciative patient, Anne Patrick Burnett

The doctor was very respectful and attentive to my needs, she was very personal it didn't seem like I was just another patient being seen. It's always important for me to find a doctor's office that is very accommodating to my schedule and the doctor is very attentive and respectful to your concerns. A lot of the time, physicians listen to half your sentence and already diagnose the issue. But Dr Kasem hears your concerns and gives you her feedback and explains it thoroughly. And last but not least Joanne and Monica were very friendly and staff in the front was very respectful and everything is very clean throughout the facility. During the ongoing pandemic, it's important to keep all areas clean as possible and they also socially distance in the waiting room. If you are looking looking for a doctor that is thorough and respectful to your needs, then Dr Kasem is the one for you.

On January 24, 2022 I went for my usual annual visit, it was the same as any other year prior and we had a good time talking. She checked my weight and heart pressure to make sure it didn't increase from previous years. I've even talked to a young Taiwanese American Dr that day and we had a great chat as well. In a month a bill came from Chaparral Med Group and informed that on top of what my insurance (Anthem Bluecross) paid, I had to pay an extra $106 because "it is my first visit" to Mary. I thought this was going to be an easy fix because after all, all the receptionist had to do was to check my file at the office (Mary knew my weight didn't increase from the last visit, so that's hard evidence that she had my previous visitation on file) and we can waive this code. Nope. I called Mary's office number first, the receptionist said it's now at billing and THERE'S NOTHING SHE CAN DO FOR ME. CALL BILLING. When I called billing, that's when the nightmare began. I'd call for days and it'd goto voice mail. Non were returned. When I finally reached someone, they REFUSED TO LISTEN, AND REFUSED TO TALK FURTHER TO ME DIRECTLY. I needed to call Anthem and ask them to call Mary's billing. So for the past 2 months, 4 different Anthem reps have been calling for me. When the 1st rep finally got a live person on the phone, they agreed to change the code and change the fee. 2 weeks later I got another bill for the same $106! I had to do the same thing over again, explain my situation to the reps again and again for the past 2 months, and they said Mary's billing agreed (for the first 3 times they called) to waive the fee. Last week, at the end of March, I got another bill for $106, this time threatening me that that this bill will go to collections if I don't pay up! I called Anthem again, it took us 2 days to reach a live person from Mary's billing number. And this time they said they have never agreed to waive this fee! I've then sent all my visitations from Health Equity's site to the Anthem rep, and we're still here, stuck at this stage. At this point, it is a matter of principle. I will fight this til the end. Mary if you're reading this, you're losing a loyal patient for the past 5 years because of your billing mistake. And you're getting a 1 star from me until you fix it. No one should ever have to go through this EVER!!

Idk if it was my insurance but I go to the dr on the same floor and it's definitely not near as much. Not to mentioned she rushed me out the two or three times I was there. Barely answering my questions. She told my it was eczema on my hand, I asked her if she could help me with the redness on my face, in a condescending tone she says "yep that's eczema" I asked her how she knew that with a two second look and she said "well I've been doing this for a long time, I just know." I said okay well what can we do for it? She told me to worry about it next time. Why even freakin say anything then. Next time I went she just said to keep using the steroid cream and I asked about my face and she said to use it there too. When I asked her a question she'd seem like she was in a hurry and rush out. I just got a new dermatologist because my hand is getting worse. He said the steroid cream caused a fungal issue and gave me tips and how to fix it. Thankfully I didn't use the steroid on my face much. Super disappointed. It was expensive and ended up making things worse and never got a good amount of time with her. Wouldn't recommend her.. and I thought I would just let the rushing part go and the face thing because my hand was good at first but using steroid creams too long is not good! I've been seen by Dr. Darlene Espinosa three times now, and each visit has left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. She comes across as very unapproachable, and I've never felt like my concerns were taken seriously. Each time I've explained the reason for my visit, I was met with a dismissive response that made me feel dumb for even coming in. While I understand that not every PCP is warm and fuzzy, I do believe that in healthcare, when patients often come in feeling unwell, vulnerable or anxious, it's so important to make them feel heard, respected and cared for. Not as if they are there to just waste your time. If that level of empathy and communication isn't something you're willing to bring to your role, healthcare may not be the right field. Will have to part ways.
