So i called them to see if they could switch up my muscle relaxant and they said I'd have to come in again. WHAT! I was literally just there for the same exact problem and you want me to return?!? They just want another reason to bill my insurance, as if my first copay wasn't high enough. My advice- if you can wait for your primary doc- WAIT! Everything about this experience - the first phone call with Gabrielle, her care, concern and professionalism; her being on the ball and so efficient( btw she is a US Navy Veteran)- this set the tone for a great and calming visit. Dr Cho was incredible. Very personable, cool, related to me and was just so very thorough as he covered every possible avenue and took his time treating me, testing my reflexes and my areas of concern. He was very thorough. He showed me and detailed all of my x rays. The office was immaculate. Clean and very well organized. There were complimentary mini water bottles and some snacks for the patients. Great medical establishment.
