Hot Mess Express!
Damien F.

This is one of my favorite places to go eat! The reason....you literally pick all the raw ingredients you like best (all kinds of meats, veggies, etc.) put them in a bowl, and then decide if you want it placed over rice (fried or steamed), noodles (angel hair, spaghetti or udon) or cabbage. At the end of the bar, you get to select from about 15 different sauces (soy, pepper oil, oyster, szechuan, etc) or combinations or sauces. At this point you send it through the window and they cook it for you and bring it out once it's prepared. It's such a great concept and really if you don't like what you ordered, then you can only blame yourself. :-) Definitely worth a visit!

Hibachi style make your own stir fry. Delicious!

Food is awesome. Highly recommend if you're in the WR area looking for a lunch spot for a quick meal. You pick your own meat and veggies and they cook your food on grill and serve! So fresh and flavorful! Highly recommend. I go often !

Tried this place out on our drive from Indiana to Florida for Spring break as it was near our Air B&B. Great local spot where you can choose your own ingredients from a buffet line and the hibachi chefs then cook it up for you. I enjoyed the steak and shrimp with a variety of fresh veggies and udon noodles paired with a couple different sauces. My wife's Mongolian chicken with noodles was a little bland but still decent. If you go I recommend creating your own vs ordering from the menu so you can get it exactly to your liking.

Lunch time!! Came here for lunch with some colleagues. We were greeted by a cute little boy. It was our first time here so he had to explain what we had to do. You choose your base which would be noodles or rice then you take a little metal bowl and fill it up with veggies and meats. I chose to build my bowl up with some beef and vegetables. Towards the end you take 2 little metal cups and fill it with whatever sauces you want in your stir fry. We didn't know what sauces to put so we were experimenting. Once you get your little bowl filled up and sauce containers, you take it to the window and the guy behind the counter does his magic. He cooks it for a out 5 minutes or so and they serve you right away. It was very delicious and flavorful! Will surely come back if I'm in the area.

I'm visiting and found this place on Yelp. Take out is different than normal but doesn't take long like other traditional restaurants. I chose my ingredients and gave it to the cook. In less than 10 minutes my food was cooked. The food was delicious and very reasonable. I will go again when I visit Warner Robins.

Very good food and the service was exceptional. Miso soup is fantastic. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10.

Fried Rice Bowl $11.99

Amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed my bowl. You gotta try it! It was hot, fresh ingredients, and flavorful. I would recommend just what they say "put as much as you would like in your bowl," especially protein. And if you would like to try my creation, get fried rice with an egg, shrimp, chicken, scallops, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, green onion, regular onion, garlic, teriyaki, and honey sauce!

Place usually looks closed or empty when I drive by so never gave it a chance before. Wow what a hidden gem! Food was fantastic. Ingredients were fresh with a large selection to choose from. Restaurant, kitchen, and family friendly restrooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Food value was perfect, 8.99 for lunch and 11.99 for dinner. For those not familiar with Mongolian BBQ it is very similar to Hibachi. You pick your meats, fish, veggies, sauces, etc. You choose your starch. They stir fry your food fresh and bring it to you. Meal also comes with Miso soup or salad. Did not care for their version of fried rice but the udon noodles were absolute perfection. Will definitely become a regular.

The sesame chicken portions in particular were huge. They also didn't skimp on the sides. Tastes like Panda Express but better. The crab rangoons were some of the best I've ever tasted. Based upon the great reviews I decided to make a to go order. They offer a lunch combo which includes two egg rolls and they have a dinner portion that you can order. Their website does not allow you to order on-line so I had to call the order in. I ordered dinner portions of the Shrimp with Broccoli spicy and the sesame chicken, both with fried rice. The restaurant called me when my order was ready. The restaurant is located on a side street off of Houston Lake Rd, I missed my turn the first time and had to turn around. When I finally found the restaurant it was located in a unassuming shopping center next to a convenience store. Upon walking in I was greeted by a friendly staff. My order was handed to me immediately. The lighting was bright and the restaurant was very clean. My Shrimp with broccoli was delicious, nice and savory and my husband enjoyed his sesame chicken, he said it was yummy. If you are looking for good Chinese food this is the best that I've had in Middle Georgia to date.

The handful of shrimp was adequate, but the broccoli was overwhelming and just a half dozen slivers of carrot. The above were all laid on top of a bed of white rice, instead of having the rice in a separate container like every other Chinese take-out have done for all my life. At home, I took my wok, added mushroom, onion and some yellow squash then later added the carrot slices, some of the broccoli and the shrimp to the wok, finished with my own HOT chili sauce and a splash of white wine, reheated some of the rice and made the meal more appetizing. The service was fine. The ambiance of the retail space/dining area were cluttered with a lot of boxes of supplies as if there was no storage space available.

The food quality was above par and the delivery experience was spectacular. I was very happy with the experience. I went with the website recommended top seller, chicken and broccoli, and General Taos chicken because there is a combo option! What a nice touch- large portions of tasty food. And, I also ordered a hot and sour soup which arrived well packaged and very HOT!
