We were already in the process of walking through the entrance, so the interaction was both unnecessary and disrespectful. The gentleman was holding the door allowing all the women to come in and she yelling. The cashier was also rude. I told my family, "We don't have to eat here," and instead of trying to resolve the situation, the cashier simply replied, "Bye." The manager (I guess) walked up and didn't try to address the situation. He stood and watched. What stood out even more was that other customers who were seated looked up and commented on how rude the staff was being to us as we walked in. That confirmed we weren't overreacting. I will never step foot in this place again. Zero Stars

Wait times are fast, with plenty of seating. Keep in mind that Sundays can be busy with post-church crowds. The coconut shrimp could use improvement compared to those offered at other Asian cuisines I've visited. The hot tea is good, not too strong. Are they handicapped accessible? I cannot speak for everyone, but I have observed that some people who use wheelchairs or walkers have difficulty navigating around tables. Please plan accordingly. Ambiance essentially includes shorts, shoes, shirts, pants, and dress clothes.
