He took some time that night to get us to our hotel (because by then all the car rental places were closed) and got onto the car when he got the parts necessary to address the issue. Rudely and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain what service I needed and what was advised of me to do to come back and get my emissions passed. i like that if your emissions fail you can come back within 30 days to get it done again, but it made me uncomfortable as a paying customer that she was "ready to go" & therefore short with me, it felt like I was talking to an authoritative figure rather than some woman that simply checks emissions and sells eggs. I personally will not come back especially for the price. A young man I believe named Mike helped me first & he was better but the woman was so terrible I had to leave a lengthy review. Carly's light had been on steadily since passing emissions last year. I now live near H3 Automotive Repair in McDonough and love those guys. When I left for a judging assignment last week, I dropped Carly off and said "she needs to pass emissions." One excuse after another but was promised all 4 Rusty brake lines would be replaced for $700. The truck was supposedly repaired by my return trip on Friday the 12th. Well it wasn't. It cost almost $300 to Uber home to SC, 197 miles. I was again told the truck was ready at 5:50pm on Monday when it clearly says the shop closes at 6 pm. After swapping work days I was able to get a ride there Wednesday morning and was told only 2 of the 4 brake lines were replaced. dissatisfied and feeling majorly ripped off. If you don't live local, don't go here for repairs.

I have since been there three times, and my AC is still not fixed. Each new time, there's something new that needs to be done, but no sense of urgency to do it. I am still waiting on an estimate promised in October. Additionally, I asked them to do a safety check and change my oil, which they did. Only to have my car notify me that my oil needed to be changed just two weeks after. There's little to no paperwork given to me, so only the Lord knows what's been done to my car. That part, I'll take onus for. I should've asked. It's a friendly establishment, but jokes don't fix cars. I do not recommend this location.
