Whoever the young, black woman is who was working on 4/9/26 around 2pm, she should be promoted to manager. Highly professional and personable, she was welcoming and extremely friendly in answering a couple of questions I had about the menu. Seriously. Most people her age at other fast food restaurants I go to are on their phones or clearly, and I mean, clearly don't give a damn about their job. I only wish I had gotten her name. She is an awesome asset to the company and will win life some day. Food was a 3 but she made it a 5. read more

On this visit to KFC I did dine-in instead of takeout. It was kind of slow when I entered the restaurant so I was able to place my order at the counter right away. I ordered a two piece combo meal which was served with mashed potatoes plus a biscuit and a drink. My meal was put together pretty fast and when I got it I went to sit down in the dining area. There was plenty of seating and the tables were clean. The floor and the restroom was also clean. As far as the food goes everything was flavorful and tasted freshly made. I know for sure that I'll be back. read more

KFC - Dry / low quality chicken - Fast Food Near Me - Weymouth, Massachusetts

Every single time I go here through the drive thru the food is never given. I always have to pull over and wait 10 minutes and usually just end up having to go get it. The place is also filthy inside. There was not a clean table to be found in there yesterday. It's really just not worth it. read more

I called to ask how to place an order online and the young man that picked up the phone told me to go into my bedroom, open the window and jump out! I've never had bad and disgraceful customer service! I expect this to be fixed as soon as possible. Rude employees, bad food , and just TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE read more

Went up there for an 8-piece that comes with 2 sides. Chose potatoes and cole slaw like I usually do. Get to the pickup window and the bill is $35 !!! That means they went up in price over $10.00 in a few weeks. That is it for this place. There are no supply shortages now to blame for raising your prices like that. I just drove away. I can buy a whole 3lb barbecue chicken, hot at BJ's for under 5$ ! And that is 10 pieces!!! What the hell is going at KFC - Do you think this is a gourmet takeout? read more

I'd give minus stars if only I could. I like KFC and have a mini binge a couple of times a year. Paid nearly $10 for a 3 piece combo with double coleslaw at this dreary, drab location. The chicken skin was slimy, i.e. the chicken was undercooked. The coleslaws were at the date of expiration and had turned sour already. The biscuit was ok. Won't go back again. read more

Haven't been here in a while, but used to pop in every so often for a KFC fix. So decided to get a quick bite today, but getting home and opening my dinner was very, very disappointed! The pieces of chicken were definitely sliced so thin (I usually get 3 piece dinner, boneless chicken), they were all batter, eck! Double eck, all I got was fried nothing chicken. Guess my KFC cravings are over for life. They used to be whole pieces of chicken, but theses were so thin, barely chicken at all.... read more

I have to say. With the pandemic going on and people scurrying about I am hard pressed to eat at a fast food take out place. Last week I went just for coleslaw and it's a tall dark gent who had his mask hanging off his face. Total neglect for why the reason he has the mask. I came today and had to get some gravy. I pulled up and the place looked clean. The staff looked clean and had on gloves , masks , and very respectful It was a pleasure. April 21. 2:30 or so. If the manager reads this bless you and your staff. For the first time in my life I was not grossed out by a KFC. Keep up the good work !!! read more

KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Weymouth, Massachusetts

They use the online app for my ordering now. That's cool. Everyone else is doing it! But when I was locked out of my account I tried to call the order in(I was going to pick it up anyway), she told me that they only take orders thru the app. When I explained to her again why I was calling, she refused to take care of the order. Went to the Norwell store and explained what happened with the Weymouth store and asked if THEY would have taken the order. She said she didn't understand why the other store didn't. read more

I went to the KFC on Washington St in Weymouth a short time ago and when I arrived home the gravy opened and got all over everything and they forgot the chocolate cake. I actually tipped then because of the Covid 19 situation but unfortunately this is not the 1st time they did not get the order right and the tops on sides were not secured. read more

I don't think I've ever been to it KFC before thinking that it was you no just fast food crap. But I came in here and I actually enjoyed it the chicken was delicious and the potatoes with the gravy on it with tasty and I had some coleslaw I had the $5 fill up and it came with a cookie can't beat it. Food came out very fast and I tasted fresh, staff was very friendly. read more

HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE!!!. Look at the pictures, this is what I got when I got home and opened the bucket. Chicken was burned and overcooked to the point it was turning grey. Everyone makes mistakes when cooking food, but the server should not have put that in the bucket. Wont ever go there again. read more

See all

Good fried chicken when the craving hits. The potato wedges are inconsistent, sometimes real good and sometimes taste old. Don't care much for much else besides a bucket every now and then... but that's why I go there and it is named what it is. The go cups are not great, tenders not great, chicken little not great... but fried chicken, hells yeah. Mashed has been good through the years and the meal with a couple pieces of fried bone in chicken, not the tenders is solid as hell. read more

This place is hit or miss the first time I ate here my food was fresh went back for a bucket got played my chicken was burnt cold an not edible. Beware the manager had an attitude when I complained don't need hassles so I'm not going to spend here. read more

We stood in line for so long only to get dried out chicken -- not even edible. First, we had to listen to the manager Alisha argue with almost every customer in front of us. She is just so crude. Two people after listening to her actually got out of the line and left. We almost did leave and I am so sorry that we did not. The chicken was dried out and room temperature. The potatoes were sopping in gravy and doused with salt. Finally, we just took our drinks and walked out. The ovens were also filthy! The whole place needs a cleaning! My husband said --- NEVER AGAIN! read more

I knew someone who worked there. They said that people would vomit on their work pants and come in without washing them. He also said that the majority of the time the chicken was spoiled. I personally know someone who frequently pleasured themselves to completion on the job. Please don't go here. read more

A trip that should take no more than 10 minutes turns in to a half an hour wait because they NEVER have anything ready. No dark meat, no extra crispy, no hot wings, no white meat, etc. Whenever I go there I am sure to find that at least one of the items I schlepped over there for is out. Not unusual for a jam to happen because people don't know what to order after they've been told their favorite is not available. "Ummm... ummmm....". Lower your standards if you go here. read more

Both my 2 boys and I both got food poisoning from eating here DONT do it ! Omg ruff 2 days and we were told it was from what we ate here .

I live down the street from this KFC and have been for about 35 years. This KFC was great when it started out. Lately it has been horrible. The chicken is always wrong in some way, shape, or form. Either it is too greasy or there is too much breading around it. One thing is that it is never crispy here. The coleslaw taste like it has been there about a month in the fridge. The french fries are usually too dry or too soggy. The mash potatoes are too small a portion size for the money you pay. read more

Really surprised this place has not been shutdown by the board of health. Totally shady in there and they are always out of chicken. I will never be back. read more

I often go there for lunch and I have been so impressed because of Natalie who remembers me each time I go there, regardless of if I'm doing drive through, or dining in. She is helpful, polite and just a wonderful breath of fresh air in what often can be a "beat the clock" environment. The food was good and the place was clean. read more

My husband and I were in this restaurant in Weymouth, MA the other day. the quality of food was fine but what prompted me write this review is the way that one of their staff, Natalie, treated us. I have been in different KFC restaurants before but it was my first time that one of their staff was so patient and kind to help me order my food and despite their being busy with other customers she patiently answered my questions and explained what I was asking about different KFC meals. So friendly and informative! It is my favorite KFC restaurant ever. read more

This place is very close to my home but I have given up. Every time we eat here we get food poisoning, looks like I'll have to drive all the way to N.Quincy as 3/4 seems definitive. read more

5 stars for the service. I have never had a problem there. Maybe 7 times a year the family has a fixing for KFC and on a nice location on the 18. They just repainted the outside and redone the inside so a great sign that it will be staying there for when ever I need a fix. Food hits the spot at a very affordable price. read more

I went to the drive through on the 21.12.12 around 6pm. I asked for a Gladiator meal. The guy did not understand and I could not understand him. I ended up with a Zinger meal somehow. I accepted as still looked pretty good. 2 hours later i had food poisoning and it was coming out both ends until 3 a.m and wrote off work next day. With the chicken wings being 99% batter and 1% meat (or so it seemed) mixed with bad customer service and food poisoning I definately will not be coming here again. read more

Picked up a bucket of chicken from this location the other night. I've now had "stomach issues" going on 2 days. The chicken tasted like it was 3 weeks old. So gross. Don't do it. Stay away. read more

yes 4 stars because you do know what you are getting it is fast food. I had a coupon for bogo 2 piece meal. I have come into that and other franchises with that coupon and had a hard time because it is not listed on the board. Lauren the manager knew exactly what to do with it and was extremely polite while doing so. I requested extra crispy breast and thigh but no e.c. thighs were available so she gave me 4 breasts and no extra charge. She felt she inconvenienced me so she handed me a cup to get a drink on her. How sweet I wasnt inconvenienced I got bonuses...thanks lauren and by the way the chicken was fresh, crispy, juicy and moist. read more

Stopped in for the first time a couple weeks ago on a weeknight. The girl at the counter told me they were out of white meat chicken. "KFC" has no white meat chicken. Okay. Kind of annoying, but maybe just an off night. So I said thanks and left. Figured I'd give it another try and stopped in again tonight. I asked for a bucket of thighs and drumsticks, the guy at the counter looks at me like I just ordered something no one has ever asked for. He checks with the guys in the back then comes back and tells me they have no dark meat chicken tonight. If I want to, I can have the white meat chicken but I have to pay more. What??? I know this is a fast food place and I usually wouldn't expect too much, but really? Twice they are out of the one thing they are known for. Pathetic. read more

The worst! Waited 15 min while the staff played around and were outside smoking. The restaurant was filthy. I left never to return.
