Ordering took a minute--partly due to a slight language barrier and partly due to the sheer volume of humanity pressing in from all sides--but the staff was patient, courteous, and clearly doing their best under food-court conditions. Once the food arrived, it was clear the wait wasn't for nothing. The real headline here, though, is the ultimate gourmet fries. These were not "good for a mall" fries. These were why aren't more real restaurants doing this fries. Crispy, loaded, indulgent, and somehow better than what I've been served at places with tablecloths and a much stronger sense of self-importance.
