Food was bad. Ordered Taco Bell because it's a two in one and my bean burritos were all torn up and it was just messy. They also asked me to back up from the drive through window without any reason when I pulled up after paying???? Very weird and not worth wasting the money. Do yourself a favor and go to the other fast food places around here instead. read more

I'm impressed by the shitty quality of one of my favorite restaurants before, greasy chicken, tasteless soda, low flavor on sides and frozen and greasy again biscuits, terrible for the $13 dlls meal they have the cynicism to charge for the greasy and cheap food, nothing about this restaurant like before. So sad they have a place for bad comments and this type of reviews. read more

Ordered two piece crispy chicken meal, got two tacos. Person that took my order said when you said crispy I figured you wanted tacos. We were in the drive through for 25 minutes before we got the wrong order. read more

Based on color on the chicken (way too dark brown) and amount of stale grease in it, they served me leftovers. The cole slaw was good though. read more

Let's start with the HORRIBLE attitude of Bree, the cashier/server. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Rude to everyone there, but mostly me! She, B Who clearly resented is coming through the door. We had been traveling 4 days and were very tired. My husband accidentally spilled a full soda on a booth and floor. He apologized, I apologized we both felt terrible about it. We got out to the van and my sides weren't filled all the way, and my 5 pc tender was a 4 pc dried up tiny pc. The biscuit was small and dry as well. We were HUNGRY and we are used to our local KFC in Utah with plump chicken and proper fluffy biscuits, I thought that's what I'd be getting. FAR FAR FROM IT! I took it back inside and Bree glared at me. I said that I ordered a 5 pc politely. She said that's what I had, I said no, it's only 4. She snatched the bag and threw it on the workstation and said "Nasty damn people!" To the crew!!! And then "I need a 5 piece!" She went out to the floor and was mopping where my husband had spilled. I still felt terrible for what happened and she said again that I was a "nasty damn people" I said "excuse me?" She said "No excuse for you!" Of course I was taken back by her rudeness as was the rest of the store patrons. She said "look at this mess y'all made!" I reminded her that my husband and I apologized and she said "No you did this on purpose!!" She literally yelled that at me! Everyone in the store got quiet. The other cashier, who honestly was almost just as rude, said "Hey Bree". That's how I got her name! So I'm reporting THIS STORE to corporate! What a horrible store. What a horrible terrible representation of KFC! What a terrible person to have working there, ESPECIALLY around weary aging travelers! I will never ever return to that store again! This woman was WAY too comfortable in her condescending rudeness, it's obvious she's been at it a long time and has been getting away with it. The food is subpar as well! Not a normal hospitable KFC with friendly service and good food, it's the opposite! read more

shitty service! Girls in there lazy & have an attitude, I spent 50$ on door dash and they bumped my order off the screen & making it seem like I canceled the order , & they told my dasher to tell me to cancel my order after she was sitting waiting on my food for 30 mins & she ended up not getting paid from door dash because of there fuck up . the little ass girls in there was so rude to the point where I was passed heated they didnt ask to look at my receipt or nothing they acted like they never received my order. so basically after tonight I won't be eating out any more in west Memphis very pathetic! also had to drag my child up there with me because they was giving my bf hell saying they needed to see a receipt so I drag my kid up there with me just for them to not even want to look at the receipt and try telling me they never received my order from door dash & be rude. very lazy ppl! We went thru the drive through to order to go. I wanted a 2 piece white crispy with mashed potatoes. My husband ordered a breast crispy , mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The lady taking our order kept interrupting my husband to tel him which combo to order. We drove around to the window and were told they didn't have any crispy breast pieces. They could "hook us up" with crispy wings. Well the hook up sucked. The wings were not crispy and the original recipe breast were old and greasy. We should have canceled the order. read more

Terrible service, barely acknowledge or respond to the customer even while placing the order. Watched one of the staff grab my sandwich with bare hands after wiping his nose and place it into the bag. It wasnt the best, but it wasnt the worst either. Order to go. Chicken pot pie, bucket of chicken with mixed pieces and three sides. Chicken was just right, but on a few of the legs, the meat was bruised on the inside. A friend who worked with chickens once said to never eat bruised chicken meat. Otherwise, everything was timely, hot and good. Was fairly clean inside, however, i didnt go in the restroom which is generally a telltale of how the kitchen might be. read more

As a truck driver, I drive all over the country and don't get into KFC very much. But this was by far the worst one I'd been in. It wasn't clean. I ordered a bucket of extra crispy breast meat. Even paid extra to have it be breast meat only. Also ordered the sides, mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits and macaroni & cheese. When I got back to the truck, it was time to go. My co-driver was driving and I opened the bucket to find only four breast meat and the rest was wing, thighs, and legs. Needless to say, I was very upset. Ended up throwing the rest of the chicken away. If you order a bucket, make sure you get what you paid for before leaving. read more

Where do I start??? Let me start off by saying I have never tried so much grease in my life until I came to this KFC ..! I understand fried chicken will have Grease in it, but it was excessively much .. Every time I would take a bite I could spit out Grease.. The service was bad, The The store was dirty.. I should've took a hint by the store being dirty not to purchase any food but I was having a craving for chicken.. In all my years of going to KFC, this was by far the worst establishment I been in. My friend ordered an original 3 piece meal with green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a biscuit. I ordered two crunchy tacos and a to go cup with chicken tenders. My food was was on time, but his not. They forgot about him where he had to go remind them of his order after waiting nearly 30+ munutes. Not only he didn't get the original recipe in his order, but they were out of the green beans. The place was also very dirty, and all but one of the tables were out of napkins. As for my order, my tacos were very thin and not appealing. KFC, you have two very unhappy customers! read more
