Anytime you see color just know the service a the food will be bad... they don't speak to you a they don't appreciate your service.

The morning shift is ALWAYS very nice! They get you in & out. My food/coffee is always good & fresh! I highly recommend coming to this location especially in the morning. There's a lady that has been there for a very long time and she's always really sweet. I'm not sure if she's the manager but I do hope so. read more

This location has steadily disappoint every time. Rather if it is employees not responding to customers via intercom at all (mind you, this is an 24-hr location). We can see them inside all in the lobby talking to one another or it takes them 10 minutes or more to answer the intercom. This last time they were only taking cash. If I could give a negative rating, it would be -039492993. This is by far the WORST McDonald's I've been to, in my life, and when I was a kid, our local McDonald's would deliver our remade order to our house. That's how bad this place sucks. Ordered at the kiosk, super EASY order (2 double cheeseburgers, a chicken sandwich and two orders of fries), FIFTEEN EFFING MINUTES LATER. I get my food. Mind you, there were only 3 other people in there and I ordered mine first. A woman came in from the drive thru with an iced coffee that tasted sour (hmmmm, bad milk?). She had the patience of Jobe. She let them make it 5, FIVE times. Wtf! Then, every single person behind the counter (including a manager!) All claimed they had no clue how to make the drink. I'm raising my BS flag. This is corporate, you have training, surely you have a guide on how to make something, because we've all seen them at the burger making station. In the mean time, a couple came in and left. Never greeted, acknowledged, nothing. The store was a mess. The kitchen was a mess. To the owner: From one business owner to another, let me give you a piece of advice. Fire. Every. Single. Employee. You. Have. Watch the cameras, they move slower than molasses on a below zero day. Owner, are you listening??? On second thought, after reading the other reviews about your store, you probably could care less and are so detached from your business. With service like this, you should know that the IRS will only let you take a loss for so many years, again, you know from one business owner to another. Better thought, maybe this store would be better off of corporate took it over. The only upsides of this place? The remodel is beautiful, and it's easy to get in and out of. read more

Up until today, I would've given a 3 star but after today if I could give it a zero...I would. This is what happened today. I stopped at McDonalds in West Memphis today to get a breakfast meal and realized the lobby was closed but yet the drive thru was open. Being that I had a container hooked to my Big Rig, I couldn't exactly drive it thru...I decided to "walk thru". When I got to the window, I was told they don't take "walk thru". I was also told that I could order and pay through the app. then stand in their "waiting spot". WTH!!!. I decided that I'd go deliver my load and come back bobtail and drive thru. Only when I did that, they wouldn't respond to me in the drive thru so I pulled up to the window. The manager noticed me there and ignored me but called another worker to the window. When she then opened the window, I asked her if I could place my order and was refused.....REFUSED!!!!.....I came through the dang drive thru....What was the problem?????? Let me guess, McDonalds doesn't like truck drivers if their not in a car???? Remember 1 thing McDonalds....It's truck drivers that bring you everything your selling. Get over yourselves and serve a driver instead of making it impossible for them to get something to eat. You shoud be ashamed of yourselves!!!!! read more

Maybe it's because it's empty on a Sunday, but it was pretty decently quick. If you're finishing up an arduous trip through Arkansas, or *shudder* about to start a trek anywhere through the "natural state" (Worst state nickname ever!) this is a clean restaurant, with decent service, and relatively quickly in getting your meal. I like this place about as much as I've liked anything I've seen in Arkansas at all. read more

Went to this 24hr McDonalds, and waited 28 minutes in the drive thru. When it was time to order I waited 5 mins at the speaker. Thinking it was broken I went to the window, and this boy dipped out. I waited AGAIN, for 4 minutes, he comes back with an attitude and tells me they're closed and shuts the window on me. read more

On vacation from California as we were driving back from Kentucky. I found a hidden gem they took off the menu in california about 15 years ago. The steak egg and cheese bagel. My favorite breakfast sandwich. I ordered 10 cause I wanted my family to try them. They too loved them. read more

I rarely go to McDonalds, but we stopped here for a quick snack during a road trip. Sure, I can go for some of those famous fries. My son got a burger and fries. The customer service was more than lacking. My son got his fries and went back to ask for ketchup and the woman at the counter acted like he was annoying her. I planned just to ignore it, but his first words to me were"well she doesn't seem to be very happy to be here". Neither one of us could really understand what the young man at the register was saying. On top of all that, hit the road and started eating those fries - cold and stale. Thanks McDonalds. read more

Ok. We went in to order and a line was all of the way to door. OK. We waited, and ordered at a self serve kiosk (of course they never delivered the food accord to the number we drew). OK this was OK gave us a chance to modify food. But then we waited 30 minutes for the food! People were yelling a the cashiers and managers for not getting the food out. One manager even told a lady " I I refruse to deal with her" because of the mess they made with here food (literally a mess since sauce covered her whole box). Stopped in for a meal, as I have never liked pickles and onions on my burgers , let do like the seasoning mix of a little black pepper and salt, thus I special order every time time, I have been quite happy with this arrangement for the last 30 plus years. Today however I am not to happy with customer service, when I finally got the attention of 1 of the employees I was pointed to a self service kiosk, if I wanted to do it myself, I would prepare the food my self, I asked for a manager, after several minutes I got what I guess to be a crew trainer, who pointed that the only way to order is through the kiosk, in my opinion my money will be better spent some where else, I spent 5 years at McDonald's and learned the golden rule of taking care of the customer. Obviously this McDonald's forgot, or worse doesn't give a damn about me, either way my previous boss at McDonalds would not have been happy to hear about the loss of a sale because the employees were to busy. This McDonald's had been investigated plenty of times by the health department and I have seen some of the fattest rats around the building. I'm pretty sure if the rats are close to the building, they are also in the building. As for the food, it's McDonalds, and tastes like every other one. Service is to be expected, nothing out of the ordinary in that area. I would recommend the McDonald's on Missouri Street. read more
