Well, let's see. I walked in and few minutes later the cashier young lady comes up with a cute smile. Super friendly lady if you ask me. We put our order my little brother and I. She was very sweet. Things turned to worse when we got home. My brother ordered a crunch wrap with a soft taco and a cheesey gordita crunch. The crunchwrap barely had anything in it along with the taco, but the gordita was perfect. My chicken was dry as heck and it was dark meat, I ordered 3 pc thighs. KFC was fine because I had it cooked fresh. I don't go there too often anymore. The place has poor management and the help haven't had much training. They will throw any chicken they have in your box. I don't want no dry hard chicken that's been laying around. This is the worst kfc I've ever been to. Never had a problem in any other. The workers there are not friendly, they act as if they hate their job. I've been driving way down to Manchester for chicken. I said I'll try it once more and I did and it was good. This is a combo KFC Taco Bell. Not the best location. Even when it is not busy they forget your order. Had to remind the guy that we did order some time ago. Seems it was ready, he just did not bother to bring it out to the counter. The tables are are dirty and nobody seems concerned about the napkins, straws etc littering the floor. read more

I was visiting from CT and stopped here to get food. I got the new chicken sandwich combo. Combo was $6.99 great price for a combo. The chicken sandwich was was fresh and delicious. The fries were hot and crispy. I was really satisfied with my meal. I would definitely stop here again to eat. If you are in town I would recommend you to stop here as well. read more

Bought a 16 piece meal via the drive through. When the girl at the window handed the bag to me I asked if everything was in there because it looked a bit sparse for a $49 order. She assured me everything was there. When I got home I discovered that my suspicions were correct. I was missing half the biscuits and one of the mashed potato and gravy side dishes. This is not the first time I've been shorted food at this location. Additionally, while there were 16 pieces of chicken they were the smallest pieces I've seen. 16 pieces is two whole chickens yet they fit into one of their smaller size buckets, which tells you how small the pieces were. I have birds in my yard that are bigger. On top of this the chicken was very greasy. Immediately tried calling them at the listed number to lodge a complaint with the manager. That was at about 5 PM. No one would pick-up the phone and you couldn't leave a message because the machine was full. Tried several times with no success. It's now after 8 PM and still no one picks up. I guess I'm SOL. Horrible Location. Food takes forever and is never right, missing items or things you did not order. Customers standing at counter all complaining about incorrect orders and talking about how long they have been standing there. Managers are unhelpful and defensive and treat customers like garbage. I was told that "people are always trying to get free food" when I complained about how I was treated by the staff - forcing us to go to the car and get the bags of food to prove our order was missing after bringing the receipt in (drive thru order) and making us late getting back to work from lunch break.
