Love this KFC/taco bell....!!!! Chicken was hot and juicy, plus staff was on it. Made my night, thank you.

I ordered 1 spicy snacker with coleslaw, 2 snackers with coleslaw and 1 regular order of wedge potatoes. The person who took my order asked me at least 3 times if I wanted the coleslaw on the sandwiches. I finally get the snackers but no potato wedges. I had to wait while they cooked the potato wedges. I opened the one sandwich with the sticker on it which tells me it's the one spicy sandwich. The sandwich wasn't spicy and the chicken was so dry you could barely chew it. The other 2 sandwiches were supposed to be regular snacker, they were both loaded with the spicy sauce, again the chicken was so dry you had to pull off the dry areas to be able to even chew it. unfortunately we were driving down the highway before we started eating, otherwise I would have taken it back and requested a refund. I'm not sure how they do with the Taco Bell side but I am disappointed with the KFC side. The potato wedges were good. I would not go back. read more

The first thing is the attitude of the cashier helping me, and the fact the they are speaking Pashtu in the behind the counter rather than English, so customers don't have the ability to make sure they are not talking about them. Fortunately I have been to India, so I got the gist, and just relaxed, but other customers in there were giving funny looks. Second, is the fact that I wanted milk for my wife's drink, but was told they have no milk in the middle of the week, indicating that someone did not order the correct amount or they were trying to force soda on customers, third is the price, whe a 2 piece combo and a 4 piece combo exceed the cost of an 8 piece bucket there is a real issue with pricing. I scrapped my 2 combo order and went with the 8 piece combo since the price was identical. Got 2 extra pieces normally $5, 2.50 each... and lastly the large sides in the buckets are now half of the container instead of the regular amount. Nice to see that along with the higher prices KFC is now giving you less, and charging you more. Man the colonel is probably rolling over in his grave at what is being done to his beloved business. read more

beyond Horrible. barely enough food for a mouse and $15. no flavor to the chicken tenders at all. no wonder I haven't eaten at kfc in 20 year and I won't ever again read more

Horrible service--I would never return. The food is terrible; the chicken strips were awful--absolute miniatures for the price. It wasn't worth it at all. We stopped by while passing through on a road trip, but this experience serves as a reminder never to stop here again. read more

Trash the food was rock hard the chicken sandwich was dry and the service sucks and took a while just for the food to be garbage

Over cooked chicken and biscuits, tough to eat and not tasty. This kfc is out dated inside , nostalgic for you. Shared with Taco Bell with a&w next door. read more

we got to the restaurant at 7 pm (sign on the door said they closed at 11 pm) and they seemed very annoyed that we came in to order food. after we left about 10 minutes later they literally locked the doors behind us. the food we got was very cold and had a strange texture. bathrooms were also disgusting with trash all over the floor and the toilets were all clogged. read more

As soon as we walked in with our two year old daughter, the women Behind the counter there rudely said "no changing diapers in our restrooms." Not only is that incredible, it should probably be illegal. Checked the rating after we walked right back out and are glad we missed this place. read more

the chicken was old!! and the food taste like nothing, definitely not coming back. Bad service and they took too long. read more

KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Walsenburg, Colorado

Not sure what they are doing here. It is a Taco Bell KFC. They are not good at either. I can't tell you how the food is because I never received any. That also goes for the multiple other customers I saw leave after waiting for food. Luckily KFC corporate gave me a full refund. This place is awful. Please stay clear. read more

Can you believe it KFC in Walsenburg Colorado DOESNOT make extra crispy chicken only extra crispy tenders! WTHeck kinda KFC is this?????

Absolutely the worse, do yourself a favor and stay away! Takes forever and made me sick.

If I cold give this place zero stars I would. Don't advertise specials, everything is stupidly overpriced. Medicroe cooking. Stuff left under the heat lamps for God knows how long. Give this place a huge miss. read more

We were traveling and placed an order through the KFC app. Arrived at the restaurant and they refused to give us our food as the prices on the KFC app are "not what we charge in the store." Worse - they would NOT refund our money. So they STOLE $40+ and DID NOT GIVE US OUR ORDER. I've never seen such horrible service in my life. If they have an issue with KFC corporate, it's not my problem as the customer. I placed an order, paid for it, and never got the food or my money back. The woman handling the situation was rude and completely unprofessional. Also, good luck calling - their phone number has been disconnected. Avoid these guys at all costs! read more

2 is super generous. The restaurant and bathroom were a mess. They had one girl working counter and drive thru. That's tough. I ordered a 3 pc chicken tender and mashed potatoes. So I thought I had the wrong order initially. The tenders were over cooked or sitting under lamps for a while. They weren't gross but other KFCs have been much better. The mashed and gravy was really just gravy with very little potato. Understaffing makes employees irritable. The manager or owner obviously lived next door. The grounds around restaurant were gross. I didn't even want to walk my dog. I met my reason to stop which was pee and I was hungry but won't stop here again. read more

Best KFC I have ever had. The service was quick and with a smile and the shop was very clean.

this lady was so rude she had made a huge scene screaming at us about her not charging our cups and made it seem like we stole the cups, she even had to count a guys chicken to see if they were right when they had them on the table with them. The restrooms were so disgusting and dirty I can't even think about the food being disgusting as well. The lady didn't want to give us her name at all but luckily I was able to catch a photo of her. She made it seem like we were in the wrong when it was totally her, she also seemed to try to blame her worker instead of her self bad place to come to eat at this lady needs to get fired! read more

KFC - Worker - Fast Food Near Me - Walsenburg, Colorado

No stars would be the most appropriate rating. I would not eat here again if it was the last place on earth. The KFC was over fried the fries were the color of dark dirt because they had been bathing in the fry oil for hours. Then when I told them they had not given us our full order they argued with me and I just walked away. read more

Absolutely disgusting do not waste your money please every thing here taste terrible and the service was just as cold as the food someone please read these reviews, and help this place it has so much potential and should be packed all the time. The front desk lady had told my friend he's to broke and she had try to charge me for bbq sauce even though I asked for one single thing

Stay away! This place was filthy from the parking lot to the visible kitchen equipment. Dining area unclean. But here's the deal. The food was much worse! I can honestly say that fried chicken is easily my favorite fast food while traveling. KFC being second to Popeyes. KFC like any successful chain relies on consistency of products to keep its customers coming back. A KFC in Colorado should taste the same as one on New York City. What was being sold here had no connection to KFC anywhere I've ever been. The pieces were fried in what tasted like reused old vegetable oil. There was absolutely no kfc seasoning or flour coating to the pieces. Looked as though the pieces had come straight out of a plastic bag and into the deep fryer. I would equate the taste to that of a crappy truck-stop offering. Absolutely no, repeat no KFC original seasoning/flour coating. None. Only over cooked greasy chicken skin. I'm not sure how long it will take for me to get back to a KFC even one I know to be good. read more

if you want raw bloody chicken go there. staff refused to replace order and refund back money. Rude wouldn't provide manager name or phone number read more

The older woman is a total bitch... Has no customer service skills and openly said, "I only treat my regulars with a smile... Well, what this employee is implying is the 95% of the travelers get substandard service, which is what I've seen... If she DOESN'T like her job, there are dozens of other positions that will hire that attitude... Won't eat there again... read more

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. The food was disgusting, cold, seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. I was almost afraid to eat it for fear of getting food poisoning. Unfortunately it's one of the only food places for miles and I was traveling quite a bit. The staff were extremely rude. Also, no one was wearing a mask. The staff had masks pushed down below their chin. Trash was over flowing. Save your time and deal with the hunger until the next food destination. This location needs to be shut down. I ended up throwing away most of my $10 meal of 4 chicken tenders. Disappointed in this location as KFC should have higher standards. read more

Horrible customer service and wouldn't give me my online order and refuse to refund me my money ..this place needs to be shutdown...

First time coming and it was so worth it! Just incredibly beautiful and really neat to see the dunes right up against the snow-capped mountains. A sight that pictures really don't do justice. We came in late April and there were no crowds, the winds were strong on some days, and the temperature ranged in the 50's but we came prepared with supplies and clothes, so we were fine to fully enjoy the park even with the temps and winds. This is somewhere you definitely have to be prepared with clothing and supplies because the nearest stores are in Alamosa, and the temperatures as well as the winds can change drastically throughout the day. We didn't get far trying to climb the Dunes but we still had fun! Would definitely revisit! read more

Filthy restrooms. Overcooked, dry chicken fingers, horrible! I couldn't eat it. Don't eat here. It's so dirty. We were on a road trip, but I would rather go hungry. read more

Service at the counter was fine. Wait time not too long but you weren't going to get anyone to help at the pick up spot if you needed something after getting your order. Tenders were way overcooked and look nothing like the picture on the menu. The new chicken sandwich bun was squished flat. My cookie pkg was IN my mashed potatoes. But the worst part was the filth. Filthy door as we came in.....to the point you hesitated to touch it ; outside windows with possible drinks thrown on them and not cleaned. The floors were dirty ; the drink area with straw wrappers all over and it looked like it hasn't been cleaned; spilled soda puddles on the floor. And just the appearance as you drive up...landscape full of weeds. If you need fast food, go somewhere else, or if you have to eat here do the drive thru and eat in your car! read more

See all

With this place being almost dead when we walked in, you would think it should be very clean and organized. As soon as we walked in the trash as pictured is a disgusting sight to see for customers entering your establishment. Also the bbq tenders they have on special tasted stale. There were alot of employees standing behind the counter gossiping . read more

The tables were disgusting and the women's bathroom was horrible. Couldn't wash your hands and the trash cans were so full. They could clean better if their employees wasn't playing in the kitchen instead of working. read more

Wanted to order the 8 pc. for takeout since it was cheaper. Not available. Phone was disconnected and was told it has been out for a year. What business does that? The chicken was not KFC recipe. The food was good. But it was very very dirty. The woman's bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Dirt and grime in all corners and build up by trash can. I had to put toilet paper on toilet rim so I could attempt to sit . I washed my hands and opened door with my shirt because I was afraid of the bacteria on door handle . They also are restroom police with dirty bathroom.. yuck read more

The chicken was half raw, coleslaw was warm and spoiled, mashed potatoes were so runny they poured out of the container and the biscuits was rock hard.
