Ok, so this is not a place I would frequent regularly but their food was AMAZING and just what I…read morewanted on a weekday afternoon. It is basically a bar and was pretty much empty when we came here. We got the jalapeno poppers to share. I got the avocado club sandwich with Pueblo chillies and grilled onions. My friend got a California burger. Everything was delicious! The poppers were hot with gooey cream cheese. The California burger was perfectly cooked with avocados and deliciousness. That avocado club with the onions and the pueblo chillies is one of the best things I've ever eaten. Even the potato fries were crunchy and soft at the same time. Everything had a homemade feel to it, which made us love the food more. All in all, come here for the food, if the ambiance isn't really your thing. It is really good! The place is quiet in the afternoon so that should be a good time to enjoy the food.

All in, we were at about an hour total. I started with a blackberry pina margarita - with blackberry Chambord, pineapple, lime, and agave. I had the shrimp tacos, with cabbage, pineapple relish, cilantro on corn tortillas, with tortilla chips and salsa on the side. It was phenomenal, with a lot of great flavors, particularly the pineapple. Overall the food was really good, as was the margarita. There's plenty of seating at the bar, and downstairs, as well as outside.

My husband and I came here for dinner and honestly a 4.7 rating is perfect. We came here in part…read morebecause they claim to be the best green chili in Colorado. So of course I was excited. Pros: Walking in the hostess was helping another couple but did acknowledge us. She went to sit the couple and another staff apologized and said that she will be right with us. We were sat outside and immediately were given water. Our waiter, who I can't remember his name, talked to us and took our drink order. My husband ordered a beer and me an iced tea. He gave us a few minutes before coming back to take our order. We started with the green chili fries and when they came out they were very good. I do wish there was a little bit of spice to it, but not a con. I even ordered a cup of green chili with my shrimp tacos. And my husband ordered the slopper. I loved the shrimp tacos, that I got the lettuce instead of a tortilla. I would highly order and recommend. Husband loved the slipper. He said if you don't see the fries or bun, assume your eating it all. Our waiter is very knowledgeable and was quick with his recommendations. He answered a burger question when asked and took his time with us. We did not feel rushed. My husband also ordered a beer flight and found some he enjoyed. All the staff worked together and matched our personality. Well, my husband's personality. We ended up ordering 3 cups if green chili with their chips. The salsa had a nice kick, mild kick, because they added green chilis to it. It tasted home made. When we had a minor issue with the bill, our waiter took charge and without hesitation took to fix it. We of course had to order dessert. Our waiter came back within minutes to inform some of the desserts were sold out but offered a replacement. I got the peach pie and my husband got the chocolate cake. The peach pie was a perfect mini size Cons: My husband was surprised the manager wasn't walking around ensuring everything ran smoothly. I honestly don't see it as a con. Also, the parking lot is small and when it gets busy I can see walking from another block over. There are 3 spots for the hotel and 4 spots that are a 2 hour limit. Recommended? Absolutely yes. Great food and excellent staff. Everyone here is friendly and seems excited to help the customers. We will definitely be back. And maybe stay at the hotel and walk over to enjoy a hamburger or more shrimp tacos with a cup of green chili

Please note this is a buffet that serves chicken and wedges in their buffet. Not sure what would possibly take 30 minutes. On top of that I just witnessed an employee come from the back with a raw pizza dough crust in their hands. Trying to support local but the long wait mixed with the questionable sanitary practices. Will never be back. Also did not ask if veteran status but asked others. My man is a veteran. Pretty sad for a place that claims to glorify God positively impacting the world. Should have gone to KFC. Another cashier took over the counter and finally asked for a status. The food was done. Had been done long enough to soak grease spots through the boxes. We sat there long enough for people we saw come to eat leave. Should have checked the boxes before we left but were ready to get home. Got it home and there is a big piece torn off one of the breast. No way do I feel comfortable eating this food. Solidifying to never eat here again and advise my employer to stop any future bulk orders. No way to run a business.

I also appreciated the service and the young lady taking our order also told me they can custom make pizzas according to my preferences. Upon her recommendation I got a vegetable pizza without the cheese. Came in a small size but still, it was good. I loved the softness and quality of the crust. They had so many options of pizza that they offered which looked delectable and they were unlimited, all you can eat, but not for me. As a vegan at least they had my custom pizza that they could veganize for me which was pretty good. I would come here again and bring my kids. They had a game room and arcades here as well and it's a great place for families.

The order wasn't ready at the quoted time, but it wasn't a big issue--everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the order was prepared correctly. Flavor-wise, most items were good. The lemon pepper wings were a bit disappointing and lacked seasoning compared to Wingstop, but all the other flavors were solid. My biggest downside was the to-go packaging. With only an 8-minute drive home, everything was cold by the time we ate, so better heat-holding containers would make a big difference. On the positive side, it was a good value--we spent just under $75 and really appreciated the deals available on the app. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement

Being from Chicago, I typically don't think of Pueblo Colorado as a "pizza town", but my daughter,…read morewho's spending time living here doing an internship, convinced us to visit anyway. She had been here numerous times and raved about their Romano specialty pizza. So on a hot and sunny afternoon, we opted to sit indoors, ditch the many dishes made with the local Pueblo Green Chile and dig into some pizza. The place itself has been here a while and features two floors of dining space - with the lower level opening up to outdoor seating on the famous riverwalk. Had it been just slightly cooler, we would've opted to sit outside. As it was like 100F we chose to seat inside which featured a view of the riverwalk from the second story. The space is big enough for large groups and parties and even featured a gelato bar. Our tandem of two waitresses (I think we came in between shifts) were both great and we wanted for nothing. I ordered a Breckenridge Vanilla Porter, which was tasty, but it unfortunately was not very cold. However, the Specialty Pizza Romana was absolutely a stand out. I guess the dough for this pizza is fermented and aged?!? Don't recall the exact process, but it was delicious. The pizza featured both a vodka marinara sauce and also pesto. It was topped with mozzarella, mortadella, prosciutto, capicola and salami. It was like eating an Italian sub on top of a pizza. All of it just worked together and made for a damn tasty pizza big enough to feed 4 adults. We were gonna try some other menu items, but there was only 3 of us and we were full after the pizza. So why 4 stars instead of 5? Aside from the lukewarm beer, we were joined at the table by an unusual amount of flies! I worked in restaurants and bars for years. I know flying pests are not completely in your control, but we spent a lot of time "shooing" and trying to swat pesty flies from the time the pizza hit the table until we took our last bite. Again, not a deal breaker, but more of an annoyance that prevented this from being a perfect lunch.
