The lemon pepper wings were a bit disappointing and lacked seasoning compared to Wingstop, but all the other flavors were solid. My biggest downside was the to-go packaging. With only an 8-minute drive home, everything was cold by the time we ate, so better heat-holding containers would make a big difference. Tables who were seated long after us got their food. Rylee blamed the kitchen for the delay and said the bartender sucks. When we got our food, it was ICE COLD. Not the kitchens fault -- HER fault. I've been coming to this location since I was a kid. It's nothing amazing. I think me and my party had to wait an hour for our food. (There's only 6 of us). When my food came out it was cold, but I'll give the staff the benefit of the doubt. The wings were ight. Again, nothing amazing. I can't really blame the staff, the place is always packed. This is probably the worst place to get food in all of Pueblo. As a franchise, this place should be embarrassed. Pros: - Food came out decent - Server was friendly, but kept choking I felt bad for him. Cons: - This place is disgusting. You walk in, it smelt like pure sewage. Finding a seat was like playing a game. Multiple booths had torn up upholstery. Not like normal wear and tear, but it looked like someone grabbed a knife and slashed the seats with no patching at all. The tables all had food on them. It came down to, which table was the least dirty? We were very close to walking out in the first few minutes, but our toddler kept complaining of being hungry and would throw a fit if we left so we sucked it up (darn kids). Our server was the only bright light in this ****hole and he got 20% well deserved. He checked in with us constantly, refills, however kept apologizing for the wait. I think secretly he was apologizing for how nasty this place is. If the franchisee reads this, or better, a health inspector, please for the love of God visit the location. If the front of house was this bad, at 4 o'clock on a Tuesday, I can only imagine the area where our food is stored, prepped and cooked. Bdubs is a place that should be fun to visit with great food. Very friendly staff for mid-day football lunch rush. We sat in the bar area and had our own server because the bartenders were so busy filling drink orders. We only waited a couple minutes to get our drink orders and the timing was perfect to order food. The food took some time to come to the table and one of our wing orders arrived 10 minutes before the rest of the wings arrived. Fries and onion rings were perfectly cooked. We tried 5 different sauces and none of them didn't please. The medium buffalo sauce was plenty hot and bordered on hot side. The caribbean jerk was really hot but knew that before I ordered. A long time later, our food showed up with only sauce on half of the buffalo wings, and everything was at room temperature. Well tonight I needed to get my food and they told me it would be over an hour before I got it. When I told them I am a regular customer, they didn't care. So thanks to this place. I don't get any dinner tonight because I have to be back at work. This happened little after 5 o'clock and I have to be back to work at six. I am glad I didn't read the Yelp reviews before we went, because we would have probably skipped it. However, we went on a Thursday night and it was great. There were A LOT of families with small kids there and some were a bit wild, but that is really on their parents not BWW. They are a BWW so they have TONS of TVs and a large bar area. Tonight my husband and I were sat in the lounge/dining area for two adults and our 9 month old.... Wasn't busy at all. We waited over 15 min for someone to come over and ask for drinks. Three workers (girls) were sitting caddy corner in a booth talking and doing nothing but sitting making eye contact with us the whole time but we were ignored. Came here because we wanted some wings. We were a pretty hungry group so we got the 20pc wings, fries, fried pickles and street tacos. The wings were really good and so was the fries(hard to mess that up) and the fried pickles were good. But the street tacos? Uh no. If you KNOW tacos like REAL tacos you will be disappointed. It's pretty much a flour tortilla shredded chicken and melted cheese with "pico de Gallo" no salsa or other condiments to go with it. So unless you like bland tacos don't get these. We got some girl that was not friendly at all and acted like we were an inconvenience when we asked for ranch or plates. Decided to give this place another chance. Went in, got seated right away because they weren't busy. Everything seemed friendly till the waitress came to our table and was extremely rude. She took our order and said "just to let you know your food will not be coming out together" which meant they couldn't accommodate a table of four at one time. The orders started coming out sporadically. A different waitress came over and asked if we received everything yet. We said no we were missing two items and one of the items was not correct but it was fine. The rude waitress came back to tell us that she had told us that the food would come out like that and walked away. If you order their wings you probably order more than one flavor. You need to request each flavor gets it's own tray or they will literally dump all flavors on one tray and you have to figure out which is which. They are understaffed as most restaurants are right now so be patient. read more
