Pretty disappointed overall. The food was all right. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't great. The chicken Parmesan was well prepared and had really nice flavor. The wings were crispy and had a good amount of sauce on them. We did not care for the seasoning on the fried pickles but the Thai sauce was excellent. The service was pretty bad. It was not busy. They did not appear to be short staffed but they may have been. We were seated and our drink order was taken very quickly. Water came out fast. It took 20minutes for the Mai Thai. Our fried pickles took almost 40minutes. When they did come out they were luke warm, meaning they sat for a minute. They had no pepperoni left? The tavern thin crust pizza had a nice crunch. My wife ordered the Caprese chicken sandwich, she can't have dairy. She repeated and it was confirmed. Our food came out an hour after we sat down and they brought a crispy chicken sandwich out, not the caprese. No apology. The manager was nice and comped a good portion of our meal which is appreciated. Everyone has an off night and I'm sure it's not always like this. Our waitress did come over and apologize before we left as well. The atmosphere was welcoming and not too loud, which was nice.

Ok so this place is underrated. Their stuff is really good!! They have patio seating open so even on a Friday afternoon, we had a 20 min wait before we could sit. We got the fried pickles to start out with, my fries got the Crafted Beer Burger while I got the Thai Pie pizza with the ale crust. For beers, she got an amazingly smooth Dry Dock Apricot and I got the Samuel Adams Spiced beer. The pickles were delicious! Wish they'd been spicier. They tasted a lot like fries zucchini than pickles. The dip that came with was delicious! The burger was definitely interesting. The caramelised onions on it were fantastic! While my friend loved it, I found it a tad dry. The pizza was another story though. It was YUMMY!! That ale crust and the cheese on it with the Asian style veggies and teriyaki sauce on top with the chicken was mouth-watering. It was delicious even cold when I had the leftovers later. While the apricot beer was definitely wonderful, the spices beer was not too spices, and I only ended up finishing half of it. All in all, great food menu and we will be back for more!

My new favorite place! Food was great and service was awesome! The salad was so greasy and delicious, the creamy dressing is to die for. Wings were cooked to perfection. The rub flavors are so good.

It has been years since we've tried Old Chicago, so we figured we'd give them a shot. Did they miss they target completely. It appears that no quality check was done at all. That tells me that they're either short staffed or have bad managers or a combination of both. If 1 single employee that had pride in their work would have looked at our order, then I'm sure this review could have been 5 stars. We ordered the Italian Nachos, jalapeno pretzel bites and a Tuscan Chicken pizza with no spinach or lemon vinaigrette and added smoked bacon. It seems that the nachos we're either over cooked/burnt in an air fryer or in the pizza oven. All the toppings were placed in the center of the nachos and not evenly distributed over all the chips. This resulted in the majority of chips around the mound of toppings in the middle being burnt to a dark brown/black and a few soggy chips in the middle. The cheese was cooked/burnt to where it was more of a cheese crisp. Strike #1! The jalapeno pretzel bites were burnt to an "appetizing" dark brown/black and all the insides either evaporated or is probably in the trash or floating around in the fryer at Old Chicago. No taste other than that of a burnt pretzel. The mustard beer cheese sauce was good, albeit a little runny, but it is the only thing that allowed us to choke them down. Strike #2! The pizza was very good except for about just 4 very small pieces of bacon that we were charged extra, even after removing 2 items. Thus, I spoke to a manager(Dallas) and attempted to explain that we were really looking forward to trying Old Chicago again. He didn't seem to really care, so I proceeded to ask if there's any quality check on to go orders to which he had no response other than he'd refund it and then promptly hung up. Strike #3! We were considering going in to see if this is the quality that they present to their dine in customers, but after being hung up on, we'll take our business and hard earned money elsewhere.

i placed an order online at 5:30 for a sandwich, mozzarella sticks and a blackened chicken salad. it took 45 mins. and this is the portion size for a $13 salad. the chicken isn't blackened. i feel like i was assaulted. are you kidding me right now? never again.

Mmm all that grease.. yeah me either.

Well... It's definitely over priced. The flavor is typical with chain pizza. The pizza was extremely greasy. The crust on the children's pizza was doughy and extremely thin so it tells me the ovens aren't cooking evenly perhaps! Try a local owned restaurant and support local business. You'll enjoy it and save a few $$

Since we hadn't been here in five years, I mentioned to our waiter how much I was craving a bowl, and he went out of his way to make it happen. That level of service alone made the visit memorable. I also ordered the Velvet Smoke mezcal cocktail, and wow, it was exceptional. Smooth, perfectly balanced, and not too strong. The smoky notes were present but not overpowering, and the nixta slate liqueurs, or heat and bitters brought everything together beautifully. Great service, great drinks, and a team that's willing to go the extra mile. Definitely worth the stop.

I particularly enjoyed the restricted gates down by the washrooms. Our server was friendly and attentive but the restaurant seemed slightly short staffed. A great selection of beers. Our food was very good. I was surprised at how salty the bun was on my veggie burger sandwich but it was still salty in a good way. The food took longer than average to come out, and that's the reason for the 4 out of 5 stars. We waited over 30 minutes for the food, and it didn't seem particularly busy, though the server seemed to be covering a lot of acreage with tables both inside and outside under her responsibility. She still did a great job, though. I look forward to stopping in again the next time we're passing through town.

I absolutely loved the scotch eggs! I skipped the Reuben bombs since I'm not a big Swiss cheese fan, but everyone else at the table really enjoyed them. I ordered the Jameson meatloaf with mashed potatoes and veggies, and it was amazing -- full of flavor and cooked perfectly. My husband and son both got the fish and chips and couldn't stop talking about how good they were. My daughter loved the kids hamburger, especially the potato chips/fries that came with it. The atmosphere was awesome, the service was top notch, and my husband and I both enjoyed a refreshing beer with lunch. We had such a hard time deciding what to order because so many things on the menu looked great, so we'll definitely be back to try more items. Highly recommend!

I don't think there was anything wrong with the cook of the food, but the seasonings were just way off base to me. The Corned Beef was slathered with a Mustard Crème sauce that should have been served on the side. Some may like it, others will hate it. I didn't care for it. Cabbage seemed to be braised in a heavy Cayenne Pepper broth. It was inedible. The Champs were so bland that you had to shake the hell put of the Salt and Pepper. The Corned Beef without the Mustard sauce was actually pretty good, but so much was slathered with the mustard sauce that it just isn't worth ordering. Bottom line, here is how it breaks down: Service: 5/5. The bartender tonight was exceptional! Food: 3/5 at best due to the second entree ordered (fish & chips) being REALLY GOOD. Overall: 4-5*. The Fish & Chips saved this entire meal. There are a number of things to order from the menu at the bar. Obviously I would stay away from the CB, but I would definitely recommend the fish and chips! When I come back to Pueblo, I would definitely consider coming back here.
