If I could put ZERO stars I would. We sat here for 20 minutes watching the waitress buss tables. We eventually ordered and then we sat for an HOUR thinking our food was being made, and it wasn't. We sat and watched 4 different families come, order, eat and then leave. We tried to talk to management and he didn't give an ounce of a care about our concerns. This is an AWFUL place to eat. The waitresses sit on their phones while tables are dirty and customers are twiddling their thumbs waiting for service. There are attitudes thrown every which way. NOT a good experience AT ALL. Feel sorry for the workers, seem nice. 30 minutes to order three things, call center hard to understand the workers said just say you don't understand like three times and they will switch you to us? Means that one the call center is broken, why any restaurant in Pueblo having one is dumb anyway, not that busy, the employees are forced to live with it. Charged for items not wanted. The chicken patty was done, earlier today probably, thin and dry, was warned of raw chicken complaints but in my case more like the turkey on Christmas vacation. Never to return. Really disappointed this trip. I ordered take out. Classic wings, veggies, Cajun seasoned corn things. The best thing was the celery and carrots with ranch. Though the ranch was off. The wings were piping hot from being fresh, but drowned and sitting in grease with hardly any sauce. Literally there was more grease/oil than sauce in the bottom of the container, should have taken a photo. The corn things had good flavor but were barely warm. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I used to love Wingstop, but after 3 horrible visits to this location I will never eat there again. The first time we went they under cooked our chicken so it was pink inside and took a long time for us to go back and give them another chance. Our second and third visit they burnt our chicken to a point that it wasn't even edible. The people working at this location do not keep it clean and are irritated that they have to do their jobs. Horrible customer service. Does this location have a manager at all? How is it that last night I went in and ordered a meal for 2 tenders literally $30 okay then I tell them extra crispy so they are fresh. The host Jack told me it was going to be a 20 min wait for fresh tenders I said that's fine. Literally 12 min go by and my food is done. When I get home to check the food becuase they were slammed. I have been here several times and every time the customer service is unacceptable. Both times it took more than 15 min to get a drink. Getting the check is also a chore. Food was left under my chair by a previous customer. About a week ago, 2 other groups were waiting to be seated and we all left and was seated promptly by a restaurant next door. We come here often. The kids who work here are very sweet but do talk often about how under paid they are. The manager is a jerk, doesn't like his job and makes you feel awful for even going into the restaurant in the first place. The tables and floors are always sticky, soda machines are hit and miss. Sometimes they work, most times not. The food does take awhile, but that is expected with the food being made to order. There are a lot of problems with this location, they randomly are closed with no explanation and it doesn't reflect online for anyone traveling awhile to get here. read more

My son drove to wing stop and ordered himself an 8 pc "Boneless bbq" with three sides of extra ranch, he got home and noticed he was given an 8 pc "bone-in" wings. He immediately called and a male answered and rudely told my son that he got what he ordered but my son informed him he doesn't like "bone-in" and only eats boneless but the guy just said well that's your problem for ordering wrong. Very rudely and without a care. It's super cold here in Colorado and getting ready to rain and such an inconvenience to have to drive back to Wing stop just to probably get spit or some other bodily fluid in his food. NEVER eating there again. Sad because their wings are pretty good but the service is horrible. The rest of our family said they won't go back either. There are other places to get good wings. Don't trust they have packaged it correctly!!! 30 minute drive home just to find out we are missing 1/3 of our order. My only option is to drive back in 1 hour round trip or they will give me store credit, they refuse to refund me for the items they did not provide. Manager is a POS. Nothing you order ever comes complete. Have ordered from Door Dash AND straight from the Wing Stop delivery service and something is ALWAYS missing from the order. Absolutely terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. It's a shame Wing Stop allows people like this to be employed. But when I called and asked them if I could order some other wings they were very concerned for me and asked if I needed the whole order remade. I declined but they were very apologetic. Their food is not fresh. Tasted like it had been sitting out for a couple hours. The "sauce" was literally dried up. And the boneless wings are 80-90% breading; hardly any actual chicken. We visited this restaurant on the evening of 9/15/22. This experience was the worse dining experience I've ever had! For starters they were out of chicken tenders, but it gets worse. After we were given our drink cups, there was a sign on the pop machine that said ice machine broken, all the pop flavors were hot and tasted flat, and even the iced tea was out! Another customer told an employee about the pop machine and they did try to fix it. After the employee attempted the fix the pop machine, the Dr Pepper was coming out with steam. When our order was finally ready after a long wait, I asked for some ketchup, guess what they were also out of ketchup! I go to pick up my food 30 minutes later and I was expected to wait another 45 minutes or so when other people who were ordering to eat in got served before me. Lady at front counter was going back to help with food after touching receipts and the screen without gloves or washing hands. Find another wing spot. I placed an order for delivery thru their APP and never received it. Called Wingstop right away and they told me to call DoorDash because that is who it went thru. Mind you, I ordered thru the Wingstop app, not DoorDash. not my fault they use DoorDash! I don't like DoorDash for this exact reason. Anyways, called DoorDash and they told me I have to go thru Wingstop since I ordered directly from their APP. which is it?? make up your mind!! Called Wingstop again and they said they have to wait for DoorDash to refund them the money and then they could refund it back to me. I gave them about an hour, called back, and they said doordash never refunded them so "the best they could do" was give me "store credit". Even told me they don't want to lose me as a customer! and this was the MANAGER I spoke with. A few weeks later, I placed an order and attempted to use my store credit. Now they don't have "proof" I have store credit on their end. Are you f*ckn kidding me?? I would've let it go but the original order I made for delivery was over $40. Expect at least a 15-20 minute wait for carry out. Fries had good seasoning but soggy - undercooked. 2 of the 3 wings flavors we tried were awful. The other 1 was only passable. The bone-in wings have a better flavor and texture but you will pay more. Other nearby competitors are less expensive and better flavor. My biggest issue is the cashier frequently goes back to the kitchen to assist with food prep and packaging without washing hands, without wearing gloves, without a hairnet. I'm a big fan of Wingstop. The most common complaint I read about at most locations is that the food takes longer than the estimate given at the time of ordering. So...I usually anticipate my food will take 5-10 minutes longer. I've only stopped at this location a few times when passing through. Every time I expect to wait longer than the estimate, but it's always ready on time. The staff is always incredibly friendly! I'm not accustomed to that since I usually stop at Denver and Aurora locations. Other locations can be hit or miss on how well done the wings are. I placed a pick up order and called in because our order was missing the 3 dips included. My wife went back to pick up the 3 dips as I called into the store. They were going to get the three dips ready for pickup. Then I ended up calling back asking if the fries could possibly be replaced too. The employee mentioned about bringing in the old fries but I requested to speak with manager. Cesar answers and I kindly requested if the fries could be replaced and he said for my wife to speak with him when she arrived to the store and the call ended. Then I get a call from my wife stating manager Cesar was very rude and swearing words because he called me a liar that the fries were not being replace unless she had the old ones. My wife responded professionally as a customer and store manager threatened to call the police and banned her from the store. Cesar continued to refuse to give her the dips stating she was behavioral in an unprofessional manner. She was then finally given the dips by an employee and left the store. Looking for a place to have dinner last Friday evening and decided on Wing Stop in Pueblo Colorado. We walked in the door and was immediately greeted by a young lady who let us know that they were unexpectedly short staffed and because of this they were a little backed up but would be with us as soon as possible. She ask us to take a look at the menu and let her know if we had any questions. After several minutes she took our order and let us know if we wanted to have a seat, she would bring our order out to us as soon as possible. It took a few minutes before our food arrived but, in the time, I was waiting I sat and observed how hard this young lady was working as well as the gentleman working in the kitchen area. I also overheard her on the phone to someone asking if they could come into work for a short time to help get them caught up, but the person she was speaking told her no. When she brought us our food, she apologized for the long wait, and made sure we had anything we needed to make our dine experience a positive one. At that time, I ask her for her name in which she replied "Taylor". That young lady deserves to be recognized. She was doing everything in her power to hold the place together in a very unfortunate situation. Because of her attitude and willingness to go above and beyond, we didn't mind the wait, and will continue in the future. On my way back to Denver after an adventurous weekend, I looked for places that were open in the area and I found Wing Stop, which I love, I would think that they use the same sauce in every location but I guess it's not the case here, I was really disapointed by the Original Hot sauce and by the Teriyaki sauce. I was the only one there, and my 6 piece combo took 19 minutes... But meanwhile I got very entretained listening to the personal phone call conversation the employee was having lol I still love Wing Stop, but maybe I wouldn't go back to this location :( read more

I read the other reviews here before visiting and they are spot on about the fries! My goodness they are fantastic. The wings are not shabby either. It is very affordable and made to order. I enjoy going here too often than I should. I find the hot wings to be just enough hot for someone who isn't that great with heat. Well after reading some of the reviews I understand some people are just impossible to please. Ordered a 15 piece Korean barbecue and lemon pepper. The wings were perfectly cooked crispy skin, is it the seasoning was spot on for both. I had to wait 25 minutes for my order, walk in. But guess what, I'm not the only person that wanted wings today so I just waited. Tried to call in the order before hand but as busy as they were didn't receive an answer which I understand.
