Went through the drive thru, had a pickup order. Drive thru is extremely slow, food was cold, they forgot one of the entrees, made a shake wrong and my husband was ushered swiftly out of the drive thru so he was unable to check our order before his drive home. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been. I have visited this establishment in Pueblo three times this year and never received a great service. My first time here, I ordered a large shake with my order on the drive thru. I was charged for a large sized shake but the cashier gave me a smaller size and when I told him about the wrong size he got mad. I ended with the right size but I had to fight for it. The second time here, I ordered a large Splenda Frozen Lemonade with my order. Immediately, after leaving the drive thru I noticed that something was off about the lemonade. I went inside and told the cashier, she acted surprised. I asked her to try the lemonade, she did and admitted that something was off. She replaced my Splenda lemonade for the regular one. I didn't get a money return. And they didn't remove the bad lemonade from the rack to prevent to offer it to others. I think the lemonade was very heavy on Splenda and that was the weird flavor. The third time, the charm, I ate inside to let my daughter played in the playground. I was there for about an hour and the older lady in the table area never came to ask me if we needed more soda. I went three times to the counter and asked for more soda for all the people on my party. The place was surprisingly empty for a Saturday and the woman cleaning the tables walked by us multiple times. She didn't asked if we where done, to take the garbage. Instead she kept walking around waiting for people to leave and take the garbage themselves. I was going to leave the garbage right there on the table but a nice male employee came and took the garbage and asked if we need more refills. Thanks to that employee (maybe manager) for doing what the other lady supposed to do. The chicken sandwich and fries always tasted good, two stars for that! read more

We we're surprised at the 3 star rating but stopped anyway on our travel thru Pueblo and were very pleased. We had our dog with us and the manager saw us in the parking lot and invited us to dine at their outdoor tables and brought water and treats for our dog. This restaurant has lost a long-time customer permanently. Something was left off my order. I called to see if I could stop by the next day to get it as I am only in the area for breakfast. I was told no and that I had to get it the same day. The 'team leader' made no concessions and when I asked for a manager he said he was busy. I called back and finally spoke to a manager who said the 'team leader' didn't know the policy because he usually works in the evenings? This made no sense to me. I was told I could come back the next day for my item and I would also be given coupons. I said I wasn't interested. According to him, this policy is in place because people try to get food for free. My roommate has a gluten allergy. This is one of the few fast food places where she can get a filling, gluten free meal. This morning we came to Chick-fil-a, and she ordered grilled nuggets. They gave us breaded nuggets on accident. Easy mistake to make, completely understandable. When I went in to right the error, the woman working the register ( I think her name was Katherine? I LOVE Chik-Fil-A, but this by far was some of the worst customer service I have ever had. We arrived at roughly 11:00 am on Saturday, far from peak hours, in fact when we pulled up there was zero wait in the drive through and less than 10 customers total in the restaurant. Our food took over 15 minutes and when I complained to the woman who finally gave us our food and asked for the manager, she nicely did apologize and said the manager would be out to give us some coupons for free sandwiches if we could just wait. We just waited 15 minutes for our food!!! My girlfriend I waited for maybe two-three more minutes before leaving as they had already wasted enough of our time.
