All of the plans my cowboy made fell through when I went up to go elk hunting with him at the end of October 2023. Stuff happens. KFC was there to sort of alleviate the bitterness left behind by the day's disappointments. So we grabbed a family bucket of chicken ($37.93 including tax). Since there was 3 of us, we opted for the 12-piece Fried Chicken Bucket Meal prepared with the original KFC® recipe - the Drum & Thigh Bucket (6 drums and 6 thighs). This meal comes with of your choice and includes 3 large sides and 6 biscuits. We chose a cole slaw and doubled up on mashed potatoes and gravy. I wish the Original Recipe was like it used to be when I was much younger. Even the potatoes and the biscuits taste different - not as good. The Big Box sounds like a great deal for $9 if you order online plus it comes with a drink. We didn't eat inside, but it looked decent from what I could tell. The drive-thru wasn't all that busy that late at night - about 8:30. The service could use a bit more training as far as etiquette, but maybe that's just me. The food is always good. The employees are friendly. Unfortunately the dining room is always closed! My wife and I had to eat on the outdoor tables, and a big wind storm came and dumped our dinners all over the parking lot. This store appears to have an excellent indoor dining room, but its always closed...??? Open the dining room please!!! read more

I love KFC. I've always had prompt service and usually with a smile. I don't think they would keep an employee who gave bad service

We needed a quick place to grab a bite after several hours driving...This KFC was a good choice as it had very fast service through the drive thru and the staff were the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a Fast Food joint! They guy at the window was very kind and asked us how we were doing and where we were from. This small conversation made us appreciate these workers and their level of service at this particular location. Additionally, everything we ordered was in the bag! read more

Never had this negative of an experience at a KFC before. My mother-in-law simply asked if it was possible to configure a family bucket in which a younger fellow KFC female employee made the prompt decision to raise her voice that could be heard across the room saying "are you nuts?!" We also found some odd liquid in the gravy that resembled spit due to the inconsistent bubble texture and clearness compared to the gravy. read more

Usually, for the most part, I don't have big issues with service at kfc, depending on the 'help.' They can either help you feel welcome or help you feel like you're stupid or totally unwelcome. Today I asked if I could have a famous bowl with wedges instead of mashed potatoes and gravy. Well, the girl taking my order promptly said no, they don't do that. I asked to talk to the manager and she wasn't much better. I didn't appreciate the older guy hanging around through all this. I really like a fast food restaurant that is customer oriented. I ordered the $20 family deal and they gave any sides of my choice with no problems. My wife is 8 months pregnant and was wanting a KFC famous bowl. So I get to KFC and was told that it would be a six min wait for the popcorn chicken. Which was fine . After taking my order I was then told the fryers were already turned off. When I called to talk to a manager I asked if it was standard to turn off the fryers off before they close and they said no but the cooks figured they had enough to finish out the night. It wasn't until I mentioned my wife being pregnant that they offered to turn them back on if I wanted to drive back across town and wait another 15 mins. read more

The managers are very rude and treat employees badly. I was an employee there for a month and a half while attending college and the first time I needed to call in sick, Jeff, the manager there treated my mother like crap and told her that I should have called in myself. I realize that missing a day of work at that place is detrimental to holding a job there but my mother and I were both shocked at how badly mgt reacted. It was my first time having to miss a day of work after working there for a month and a half and I had never being late for work and was picking up other people's shifts...you would have thought that a person would have been treated better but no, Jeff, just told my mother that I did not need to show back up for work, so I was let go without even being notified or in the know.
