Can't complain at all! The chicken itself was cooked good. It wasn't extremely spicy but had little to some kick to it, the meat was big as well. The service was fair given the reviews it's previously had so I can't complain with that. Very disappointing visit today. The food when it was supposed to be served 'hot' was lukewarm at best. It took at least 20 minutes to order our food with 1 person in front of us. The floors were sticky, wet, or both, and very unsafe. We haven't been to this Wendy's in years (because we lived out of state), but it was similar years ago. This Wendy's was worse than cafeteria food as a kid. The fries were super greasy and oily. Only ate half of my chicken sándwich due to the taste of wet cardboard. The floor was food covered and trash bins overflowing. All in all, do not consider this Wendy's. read more

Terrible fast food, never going to a Wendy's again. They were out of many items and service took very long.

My family was traveling and did a mobile order. We sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes to get to the window and then another 10 just to get someone to talk to us during a shift change during a lunch rush. We had to ask for a drink, 2 nuggets and 2 fries that was missed in our order. We still did not receive one chicken nugget, one frie, and all the sauces to go with our nuggets. We come through Alamosa once a year and have problems every time we come to this Wendy's. We will not be coming back. read more

First and foremost, we're 7 months into this COVID pandemic and this establishment has yet to adhere to guidelines. Yes they have guideline-signs up, but it's more of a "suggestion", particularly for the employees. Absolutely none of the employees were wearing their masks appropriately (just over their mouth and some chin-strapping it). The ones at the counter even TOOK THEIR MASKS OFF TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. They also got busy to the point where I had to go outside to wait for my food because there was no place to stand 6 feet apart. CUSTOMERS were also entering WITHOUT a mask on and WITHOUT employees telling them to get one. As a healthcare provider who provides direct patient care to COVID patients, their idiocy is as insulting as someone dancing on my grave. Now, you may be thinking, "it's your fault for going there in the first place." That is a very valid point. I have no excuse except for we were just craving a cheap, semi-adequate chicken sandwich that wouldn't give us diarrhea, like some other places, on our 800+ mile drive back home. IN ADDITION... These people are extremely ill equipped for meal time rushes... We waited 45 minutes from the time we got into line (we were 2nd) to when we got our order.. we assumed it would be faster than waiting in a drive-thru line that wrapped around the building, but we were sorely mistaken. As I had mentioned above, it got busy to the point where we had no adequate place to wait inside that was socially distanced.. One neutral review though, is that the food is as expected: lukewarm, but cooked, and didn't make either of us forcefully expel it from either ends. Oh! And they got our orders correct! The food was typical Wendy's food, but the restaurant was just gross. We ate inside to have a break from being in the car. There was no one else eating inside and many employees in the back, but every table was filthy! There were tiles out of the ceiling as the rain just leaked onto the floor. No buckets to catch it, no towels, etc. no one seemed to care that there was a flood forming. The trash cans were overflowing too. Extremely disappointed! Baked potato didn't have the butter, sour cream or a fork to eat it with. French fries were soggy and old. I could have dealt with this however the way they spoke while I waited 15 minutes for our food was absolutely horrible! My 10 year old was with me and had to hear every curse word out there. If that wasn't bad enough he then had to hear how they like to walk around with their thing going swoosh! I understand help is hard to find however it is clear they have absolutely no leadership!!! Went to wendy's drive through on June 4,2021. Ordered a jr.bacon cheeseburger, small chilli, small drink and was being charged 11:49. When I questioned it the manager was very rude, and told I was lieing that I ordered a baconator when I told her I did not she again was rude and walked away. Avoid this Wendy's. We've been there 5 times and they haven't got out order right once. They can't even get the to-stay/to-go part right. They are in no rush, don't pay attention and just seem flustered. The drive through will take you at least ten minutes. Drive through was terrible. Horrible customer service. Ordered a frosty, 2 burgers, and a salad and I could hear the lady in the back saying the frosty had been sitting there forever and when the guy at the window gave it to me, it was all melted and then got an attitude when we asked for a new one. While waiting for the rest of the order, he asks "did you need anything else". So I tell him "yes the rest of my order" and tells me I distracted him with my melted frosty so he forgot. Umm ok. Terrible service at all levels. Walked up to counter in early afternoon during a non busy time. No Line. Only one table in the entire restaurant had customers sitting at it. 5 employees could be seen milling around in the back. First a trainee told me they would help me in a minute while he stood with his hands in his pockets. A few minutes later another employee walked by and said they would help me in a minute. 3 more minutes when by when the manager took a couple steps out of the back office to tell me they would be with me in a minute.
