Honestly, had a hard time thinking about what to write for this place. The burger itself had tremendous flavor the bacon and everything was well put together, but the burger was no bigger than my palm, which I didn't quite understand why it was so small. The service was quick. They were friendly had no complaints with that. The restaurant was clean on the inside but extremely dead so it had no reason to be dirty. Went to BK at about 9:20pm, about 40 minutes before they close the lobby, to find the teenage employee locking the door shortly before we got over to it. Then refused to look at us. If this was five or ten minutes or so before closing I'd understand, but over a half hour before you're supposed to close is a bit ridiculous. Keep in mind their drive thru is open until midnight. Clearly these reviews are doing nothing as the manager either doesn't read them or doesn't care. Luckily the McD's in the same parking lot didn't close its lobby until midnight- just go there instead. read more

The crew here at the Burger King in Alamosa, Colorado, was so friendly and efficient on 9/3/2023! I must give credit where it's due even for a corporate fast food chain. We went here because the cowboy's favorite Mexican restaurant was closed, so our appeal for a sitdown meal quickly diminished. We ordered our meals to-go and when the attendant who called our number noticed it was prepped for the dining room, she quickly addressed the issue. Kids may trade their kids meal toy for soft serve. They created glorious vanilla cones for both of my kids, then we later found out that the BK crew put the toys in their meal bags too. Lol. It was Bugs Bunny in a cape. When you press Bugs down, his arms fly up in a Superman pose. I'm easily amused. As long as the service maintains this outstanding regimen and the place stays clean, I'll be a repeat offender of the Whopper and their crunchy onion rings at this BK. went to pick up an order that I placed online when I went through the drive-through the boy working the drive-through did not seem happy to be at his job and told me that the ice cream machine was down that was not an issue. I was on the app, trying to let it load to get a refund, and this girl started attacking me through the intercom when I asked for her name she hid the guy Aiden inside. We ordered $20.00 worth of food and I told them over the window to give me 4 sauces they gave me 2 and I go inside to ask for the other two and they give me attitude and say they don't do that. We paid for a ton of food and 2 sauces barely covers any of the food. Only for our large fries. They were Stingy. Burger King's burgers taste better than McDonalds. The line is always half the size and you get your food much faster, and how I love that when you ask for a side of ranch they don't make you pay $0.25. The food here is kinda rough as it has its days where is it good and days where they are not. The service is pretty poor and is one of the worst fast food staffs in the valley. Ug - Why am I reviewing a Burger King? I have no idea. Wait, it's coming to me. I needed a beverage for my drive back to Denver and thought a large iced tea would hit the spot. One large Unsweetened Iced tea please. $2 later I have ice covered in light brown water with no flavor. I guess unsweetened equates to no flavor. It made me sad on my drive home. Don't order a whopper and expect it to be hot and fresh. Also, don't order a fresh Whopper and expect great service because the manager and cooks will still give attitude and it will still be microwaved. This place smelled so bad of dirty feet from the indoor playground, trash over flowing, the floors looked as tho they have not been washed in months, sticky, grimy & black literally 2 hair balls next to the order line. We were traveling with 2 young kids on a 3,000 mile road trip and we figured we could stop in McDonalds and have somewhat of a standardized experience, that was horrible, so on the way back we stopped at Burger King thinking there is no way it could be any worse. My lord, this place was even more disgusting. The food was so gross -- the oil probably had not been changed in forever, cause all the food had a tainted oil taste to it. I also don't think the oil was hot enough to properly crisp the good. Cause it was very oily. The playroom, was on another level of grossness. It was a sauna in there. So hot, it could be dangerous to children. The slide has like a pine tar resin of filth on it and there is a bubble-like spot where multiple climbing tubes join. Apparently some kid spit (what appeared to be) chocolate milk all over it and you couldn't even see through all the years of greasy finger prints. It was so horrible. So we pulled our kids out of there and went to wash their hands. Yeah, the bathroom was bad, really bad -- like a truck stop. Do not stop here (or McDonalds), just blow on by. I am thinking there are so many health violations going on here. I have no idea how this place is open. read more

I'm not typically a 1 star ranter, but this place has apparently had poor service for as long as I can remember. The wait will be long, the food will be good on occasion, and sometimes they may or may not have fries available. If I didn't like the original chicken sandwich on one of their good days so much, I'd never go back lol. I understand that fast food is not expected to be great or even healthy. It seems that you can't even expect friendly service anymore from employees, not even from management. Yes Madison M. a diet coke is hard to screw up but.... Ice machine was broken for over a week during the summer. There was a sign on the soda dispenser but no warning from staff before I paid.
