I called the owner, Joe , a few days ahead to say I would be there on Saturday and would like to have Sicilian pizza. You have to order it a few days ahead so Joe can let the dough ferment. Oh My Lord, it was unbelievable. The crust was doughy but crispy, light but with a foundation to hold the sausage, pepperoni, onions perfectly. It was so full of flavor. Simply the BEST pizza of my Lifetime. If you are anywhere near Alamosa, Colorado, I highly recommend you come here. You will not be disappointed. I can certainly handle missing items on a sandwich straight off the menu - as in nothing added, nothing taken away.
