I have only eaten in a KFC a few times in the last decade or so, but I have to say that I was happy with my experience here. The staff was friendly, the lobby was clean, and the food was fine. I have never been a bucket guy, but went for a sandwich and the promotional rice bowl. The sandwich was good, but the rice bowl, I felt, was a little out of KFC's comfort zone. I ordered thru Uber Eats, all white and per the rude manager they got an order for all dark. They will NOT refund even though Uber eats will have to pay them for the order. Uber eats does not refund. The manager didn't even offer to fix the order correctly since it is what I ordered. She had no concern because she knows the coorporate office at KFC will do NOTHING to her because it came thru uber eats. These 2 companies do not need to collaborate if neither will take responsibility for errors! i went in and placed my order. the first thing that I noticed was one of the workers was high as a kite. he gave the door dash order to someone waiting on their food outside. I ordered a 3 piece, got my order and drove 5 miles away to my home. opened up the box and there was a thigh with no skin on it; that had to have been done on purpose so I had to take my food back and get my order remade the manager was nice and replaced my order and gave me some extra chicken for the inconvenience. I've been craving fried chicken for awhile now and decided to make a spontaneous trip at 7pm. There's was no line in the drive thru and service was super quick. Everything we ordered was correct. This is the worst KFC I've been to on two occasions. They overcharge for what you'll see in the picture. Absolutely ridiculous $16 for what you see in the picture I advise do not go to this location. Ripped off. Placed my "pick up" order on the KFC app and selected chocolate cake for dessert. The store substituted lemon cake without mentioning it. Before leaving the store I noticed and indicated that I did not want the lemon cake. They said "too bad, there are no refunds on online orders". Their app said my order would be ready at 6:20pm. I arrived at 6:20pm only to watch people go through the drive-thru lane for 15 minutes, place orders and have them filled before I got mine. Avoid this place. Never got my mobile pick-up order from the app. No food and out of $40++! My order says it was ready for pick up at 7:10. My husband went in while I waited in the car. One of the staff first told my husband that our oder was already being prepared when he came in at 7:00PM....then after waiting for 40 minutes, they told him that it's already been picked up. My husband did not leave the store, waiting! He was still inside, and they were telling him the order's been picked up? They wouldn't even refund us and locked the doors while the customers are still inside (we understood later on that this was their modus operandi because apparently, lots of customer come in furious because of how things are handled). I've also seen other people trying to pick up their orders but could not get in. We tried to talk to the manager, but we got locked out after they kicked my husband out for asking for our paid order or a refund. What lying people do you have working for this store? First tells us the order is being made, and while my husband was still at the store, tells him it's been picked up when he did not get anything? They would not make another order and would not give a refund or make things right. We decided to just contact their customer service, but the app is not working, and no one was picking up when we tried to call. We then saw a cop car, so we tried our luck (it was a violation of the fire code to lock establishment doors while customers are still inside, from what I undrstand), so we explained our situation and tried to make a case out of it. The officer was kind and willing to help, but when he went to the store, the lying manager (they were not wearing any name tags, so I tried to take a photo from the outside) told him that she locked the door because my husband was unruly! Just wow! They started locking the door even when my husband was calm and had been waiting patiently. The incompetence, dishonesty, and disregard for human decency of this store! AVOID KFC This restaurant is an absolute crap hole! Went in a couple weeks ago and watched as an employee on break collected money from other employees and went into the parking lot and bought drugs. I witnessed the whole thing firsthand. Tried to call the store a few minutes later- phone was never answered. If I could leave less then one star I would. We ordered a 16 piece tenders meal with 4 sides and another meal of the Nashville Hot tenders and WOW what a pile of crap! The "tenders" were tiny, dry and what was there incredibly salty. We were missing 2 of our sides and got NO sauces for the 16 tenders meal. Then Nashville Hot tenders had only a drizzle of the hot sauce and also were dry and awful! 10 minute wait for chicken...at dinner time...from a fast food place that specializes in chicken. Ridiculous.

We stopped going to this KFC years ago when they were regularly out of chicken when we went. Today we finished a marathon 16 hour drive from Maine and KFC was convenient. Tha was a mistake. I ordered a 12pc chicken tender meal not a big thing bit again out of tenders. Worse they pieced some other chicken pieces with their batter and tried to create a tender. Not sure what was worse biting into a breaded bone or that they thought I'm some dumb shit who wouldn't know better. 25years I the restaurant business and I can say thianis the worst one I've seen with a record of poor management. 40 dollars for this is just not acceptable. Customer gone for ever. And if the owner sees this getnoff your buty and got to your restaurant and fix it or risk loosing more customers. I will fo out of my way for Popeyes. read more

I've been to this location multiple times for my own orders & for my orders that I do when I do food delivery for others (keep in mind I've lived here for about 11 years). This location should be shut down or put under new management. Every single time I come here I'm waiting 20+ minutes for my orders. It's funny because I see everything that the order needs staring right in front of me behind the counter so why does it take so long? For example, today I counted about 5-6 people working (could've been more) & they aren't busy (they never are) so please someone needs to explain to me what the employees are doing because it's clear what ever they're doing has nothing to do with their job. & this is coming from an unbiased person who's worked food service & knows the ins & outs but this is ridiculous. read more

There apparently is no organization behind the kitchen, and it seems that it's also no one's job to actually work at the front counter. We love KFC and have been eating there since childhood, the food has changed but we still enjoy the chicken and fixings. The main issue with this particular location is poor planning with regard to chicken preparation and corresponding availability. As others have said, they are often out of chicken when they shouldn't be! The store overall is clean but the bathrooms are nasty and need to be remodeled, they did the store why not the bathrooms? Some of the staff are very friendly, it is the attitudes of a few that frustrate ruin this store culture overall. The food has been for the most part has been great, when available! read more

Went through the drive thru with my son. He ordered 3 biscuits with gravy. They kept repeating mashed with gravy. After the third time, I clarified he wanted BISCUITS with gravy. He ordered a sweet tea with no ice. He kept repeating, no ice. Get to the window, tea comes out with ice. I held the tea out for the employee to take back, she said we can't take it back. I said OK, we will take one with no ice. Got that right finally. Checked the order once we got it and we had already paid. No gravy. I asked for gravy since it was missing from the original order, she said $1.94. Gave her back the credit card to run AGAIN. I said thank you, she said nothing. Tried both iced tea, both unsweetened. We said SWEET tea honey. So, maybe they are hiring below their usual standards as a result of this pandemic but we can't waste the time or effort to go back to this establishment when there is another one closer to home.
