Not the first time they've messed up our order. First time they took our money and gave us the wrong meat. This time, the food was terrible. The biscuit was hard and disgusting, coleslaw wasn't even good and tasted.... Hard? The meat wasn't even good and had like no skin. The mashed potatoes container wasn't even full. This kfc location is guaranteed to forget part of your order. If you do drive-thru, check your bags before you drive away. Their sides have gotten smaller and more expensive and the biscuits are always underbaked. It's just gone so downhill over the years. read more

Went to get meals for dinner.ordered 2#10 meal deals.Got to window they said they were out of crispy,would I take 2extra crispy ,said ok still had to back to kitchen to see if they had them. When I got home 1lid was off mashed potatoes. I started to eat the leg really dark and dry.the breast had a black spot on it,under the breaking.looked pretty nasty .half sick stomach Later I called them the girl said they're closed call back tomorrow. If this is service I give up never again!! The KFC in Washington is no problem! Uniontown just lost a customer. It's so cold in here, the outside temperature is 32 degrees. They had the air conditioner on full blast, must of been 10 degrees colder in the restaurant. The butter actually got harder at the table, the biscuits were under cooked, and all the food was cold, probably started off warm but froze at the table. read more

Ordered $44 worth of food, including two tubs of mac & cheese. not only did they charge us for the max & cheese, the didn't give it to us. whatever, people have mistakes. i called TWICE , five minutes apart and now answer. they will not give us our food. do not go here unless you like getting scammed read more

The drive through person must be ignorant. I go through the drive through and order a #8 Famous Bowl. So the Drive through person obviously don't understand that it takes a spoon , fork, or spork to eat it. I understand that it's a bowl but I'm not a dog - so I don't want to lick it out. On 9/14/2018 at 6:19PM, my husband placed an order at KFC. I don't care much for chicken so he usually gets me a potpie ( there are only a few pieces of chicken in it which I give to the dog). Anyway they did not have potpies so he ordered an 8 pc meal. When he brought it home I started unpacking the bags. Upon opening the biscuit box, the first biscuit I pulled out had a hair on it. I slipped the biscuit into the garbage and did not say anything to my husband. We started to eat and as soon as I picked up a leg, there was another hair sticking out of the coating. It was firmly embedded. At this point I had to tell my husband and we disposed of the chicken. I completed the survey and thought just maybe I could receive some sort of comment from the company...even just a generic " thank you for letting us know" email. Nothing, no comment. Sometimes it is not about WHAT happens, but HOW you respond. Needless to say, we will not be stopping there again. read more

I love KFC... Except the one in Uniontown! I have given them 3 chances now and each time, the experience has been the same... Under cooked chicken with grease dripping off, terrible service (You have to wait until the staff stops visiting with their friends), and the place is very dirty. Every time, I have gone there, it seems that they have run out of extra crispy (about 6pm) and are unwilling to make any more. It is a shame because it is local to me. But I will continue to get my KFC at the Washington, PA location and drive it back home. read more

I wish I could give it 5 negative stars, or pieces of coal, what every you fancy. Perhaps this is one of the fast food restaurants that gives Uniontown a bad name, however this is the better of the fast food restaurants. Everybody screams we want minimum wage to come up, but when you can't make a sandwich right, your getting minimum wage for a reason aren't you? Complete tool bags, long wait, atrocious service from high school delinquents, and the food is the same as it usually is, it's a fast food restaurant, or in this case, it's a very slow attempt at fast food. This place is terrible. We get there at 11:30 and we order the 5 dollar meal deal in the chicken breast and she has to go back to see if they have any. Then, i see her getting 2 togo boxes ready and she brings them to me and i told her i didn'T order togo and she said they had no plates. I don't like trying to eat chicken out of a little box then to top that off, they must have gotten different plastic forks cause they were so flimsy i couldn't jab a piece of chicken with out bending it and it was also a spoon, a spork,i hate those things. Anyway we won't be going back there for a long time. I think it's the caliber of workers there getting. Oh yea, the music is so loud you CAN'T TALK. read more
