This place has gone down the hill within the last 5 years. The lobby is almost never clean, the garbages are nearly always full to the brim, the soda machine area is usually disgusting, the employees OBVIOUSLY do not enjoy their job, the service is slow, and 9 in 10 times they get our order wrong. They are always replacing the staff but it doesn't seem to help. The only reason I put 2 stars is because once we DO get our food and it's correct, it's usually pretty good. read more

This particular location is particularly slower than others. They always seem to be training and this time, they were out of cups, cookies and biscuits. I will drive to another KFC than go back to this one. read more

Worst KFC EVER!!!! Avoid this store if at all possible. I don't think there's a manager at this store and if there is they don't have a clue what's going on or else they are so comfortable with their position that they just don't care . Young kids run the joint and very badly. It took three of them to ring up the lady in front of me and took about 7 or 8 minuted to do it. Fast food HUH. I normally stop here every Sunday after grocery shopping at the Walmart and they don't seem to ever have the items I want to order, it doesn't matter if it's at 10:30 in the morning, noon or 4:00 in the afternoon. Was there yesterday at 4:00pm (pretty much dinner time) and they didn't have any original recipe so had to buy crispy and it was overcooked to the point where I had to remove all the skin and breading (best part) in order to just eat my dinner. The order was sloppy, oozing out of the dishes, chicken overcooked and if you're taking it to go you had better check it before leaving the store because it's guaranteed something will be wrong. The store is never clean and the restroom had one of the two toilets taped off and it was filthy. The inmates are running the asylum. That's all I can say. STAY AWAY!!! read more

I came to this KFC 4 times in the last month and everytime I've gone they never have white meat. It ridiculous saying they dont have any white meat because the manager did not order enough. This KFC needs a new manager. read more

Cannot be worse. We have tried over the years to stop coming here but it's right next to Walmart. Tonight as always, super slow out of ingredients and kids working the drive thru that could care less. Overall I feel as though the entire KFC chain is just about done. This KFC in Marana on Cortaro is Wacked. I will not return!! Stopped in to get a bit of Dinner to go, Bill was 14 and some change and they tacked on a .39 Debit charge. I didn't have cash on me however I ran this as a credit, not a Debit. I did not enter a debit number. I asked for the manager because even though it's only .39 it was not run as a debit. Martin who wears a name tag as General Manager told me they charge .39 for a debit, told him no it was a credit. He told me all bank issued cards are debit transactions. We argued the fact and I told him he had a choice, refund me my .39 cents or the entire order. He chose the entire order! He also wouldn't give me the owners contact info to complain, said they don't like to hear complaints?? So, I brought my money to In and Out which doesn't charge a .39 fee and total came out cheaper! Be careful unless you've a lot of free time. I was in last weekend and it took over 45 minutes of waiting just to provide a 10 and a 12 piece bucket of chicken. No apologies or compensation, just wait. I got no more or less than what I'd ordered 50 minutes before. Emailed an inquiry to the corporate response line and heard absolutely nothing. The chicken was good but hard to justify when there are places like Lucky Wishbone and Church's willing to bend over backwards for you. I gave them a week to respond to their email, but nothing.... The service sucks, the employees are rude, and there is never any grilled chicken. Even though it's on the menu. Not only that, they didn't tell me that there was no grilled chicken until after I ordered and paid for said order. Never going back!! read more

I will never go back to this KFC/Taco Bell! The men's restroom is a rotting cesspool from the years of neglect, the soda fountain area is usally nasty first thing after they open, which means it was never cleaned the previous night (I wouldn't be surprised if the nozzles were never cleaned, and black mold was growing on them). They open at 9:30 am and there's no food ready, but they don't tell you that until after you've paid. One day they gave me my food and told me that the biscuits were not done yet, but they will bring them out. 30 minutes later I finished my food, and the biscuits still were not done, so I paid for an incomplete meal. The last time I went there an employee was standing outside the door to tell arriving customers that they just opened, so nothing has been cooked, and their computers & registers are not operational. Well that would of been fine, but it was 11:00 am, and they should of opened at 9:30 am. The WHOLE store was late coming in! That indicates a serious problem. read more

REVIEWER: Pat Harrington. This particular location of KFC /Taco Bell is a particular disapointment to me. It is located les than 5 mintes from my house, so I keep thinking, it could't be THAT bad ALL the time... could it? Well, it could... and it is. In my case it is a virtual coin toss if they get the order right at the drive up menu. Tonight the drive-up was pretty backed-up, so I opted to go inside and order. Backed-up there as well, but I was already in line so I figured I'd ride it out. It took perhaps 12-15 minutes to get the order in. Nothing fancy: 2 original breast pieces a biscuit and a cole slaw. I ordered, paid, and went back to a vacant table and waited. It looked like they were moving inside orders about as fast as the outsode orders, but eventually they started getting orders together for some of the folks who were a few orders in front of me, so this seemed encouraging. I was getting hungry at this point and was actually looking forward to getting home with the meal. 15 minutes waiting for the orde to arrive and then it happened: they brought the order up for the guy and his family who ordered after me, and I just knew this was a bad sign. It's been 30 minutes since I walked in, and now they call my name. It's not the same kid who took my order. It's the manger (another kid) slightly older than the kid who took my order; but he looked a bit like the doctor who comes out of the ER with bad news for the family. He apoligized, and then said they were out of breasts and they would not be ready for another 15 minutes: would I like to wait? NO, I said and asked for my $8.10 back. I cn get snarly sometimes but I didn't want to make a scene... but I was thinking to myself: YOU'RE A CHICKEN RESTAURANT, RIGHT? HOW THE F DO YOU RUN OUT OF CHICKEN?!? So let's recap: 15 minutes to get through the order line, another 15 minutes waiting after I had ordered, and then another 15 minutes (more like 20 -- you know howit is) before my order woud be ready to go. I literally could have come home, put chicken in the oven and served up my dinner in the same amount of time I spent @ KFC... followed by my final trip of the evening to Panda Express to get the Hone Wanut Shrimp with Fried Rice. If I could rate this KFC with "0" stars I would. I've had it. I WILL NOT be going back to this particular KFC -- EVER! read more
