One of the best KFCs around. Stopped here to grab dinner. Didn't notice that they do have a drive thru. Small place but the ambiance of this place is quite good. Bunch of teenagers were handling the counter. They were friendly and chatty. The service was really fast; within no time the food was ready. Hot, fresh and well packed. I go go KFC for lunch at least once a week on Woodinville and the food is delicious super fresh there hasn't been a time where my food isn't hot and fresh. Snohomish KFC I have given it multiple try's and it sucks. They always get your order wrong and the food is cold and old. No longer going to the Snohomish location. Worst chicken wings ever. Not going back ever to this KFC. At first I wanted to order 24 pieces of chicken wings, and wanted half to be honey wing and other being Nashville hot. But the person who was taking the order didn't understand or something and wanted to charge me for two orders of 12 pieces, which is slightly higher price than ordering 24 pieces. So I just decided to order only 12 pieces of Nashville Hot Wings. If this was a policy where they cannot do half and half, the employee should explain to their customers but I think her communication skills were very lacking. Now I get the food. I give KFC a above average rating because they only gave us a 8 piece meal when we ordered a 12 piece meal. I talked to the evening Manager at home and was apologetic about the situation. I told her I could not come in till the next day. She informed the day manager about the situation and you I was coming in. To make a long story short they gave me 6 extra pieces to make up for the difference. All I had to do was show my receipt. Good customer service knowing they made a mistake and they wanted to cure it. I would recommend KFC to anybody who lives in the Snohomish area for this very purpose. How can a company on a Sunday evening not let people know that they aren't taking orders from the drive thru? We waited 20-30 minutes to find out they had too much togo orders to let us order our food. Then when I called the manager just kept making excuses and not saying I am sorry. Communication is key when you are slammed. After working 8 hours and trying to get food for the family I know have to go somewhere else. My new obsession here is the double chicken sandwich. Magically delicious! this particular location is generally pretty consistently good. Say what you want about KFC, I love fried chicken and I'm a life long fan of this chain. I've probably eaten at different locations hundreds of times and I have many happy associations from my childhood with it. Summer picnics in my grandparent's back yard, eating fried chicken on the beach at Point Defiance in Tacoma, which we did about three times a year when I was a kid. Plowing through a bucket on my dad's crappy old boat on family lake outings and lots and lots of tasty potatoes and gravy. Here's a #FoodHack for you; Try putting a little gravy on the coleslaw. Delicious! Original, Extra Crispy, it doesn't matter. It's all good. Has every meal here been great? No but most have and my kids love it as well now. The KFC in the small town I grew up in became a Mexican restaurant over 20 years ago but I still have happy memories of my mom sending my dad and me to grab a bucket after a busy Saturday working in our yard. Got to say...wasn't that bad! The chicken breasts were moist and had good flavor. The wings were a little dry. The manager didn't give us soggy potato wedges as a side...he asked if we minded waiting a few minutes for fresh ones. Absolutely! The customer service was great! They were nice and followed up with us as we ate. My youngest son was craving some fried chicken...so we stopped...and consequently had a good meal. read more

I can barely understand anyone who works there, they talk very fast with a heavy spanish accent. I go there mainly for the potatoes & gravy, they are always the way i like them, i then get a couple of pieces of chicken to go with the gravy, the other day i got a leg and breast, the leg was good, about half the breast was so tough i literally could not bite through it. This only happens from freezer burn. It was like trying to take a bite out of my wallet, i could not bite through it. There is a sign on the wall that says basically "if the food sucks, bring it back and we will take another shot at it". I was home trying to eat this thing so i didnt. I will probably still go there and get a side of potatoes n gravy but ill get some chicken from Safeway or Hagens. Another gripe, i went up there the other day at 20 to closing time, which was written on the door and it was locked up and someone was in there sweeping the floor ignoring me. Just go across the street to Haggen for fried chicken. The food is mostly on par with any other KFC out there (though usually the chicken here is more dry). The service at this location sucks. God forbid you ask for the grilled chicken, they seem to never have any made and refuse to make it upon request. One time we attempted to call in an order an hour ahead of time for a bucket of grilled chicken. They kind of "yeah"d their way through the phone call. We show up... no grilled chicken. I asked why in Marysville and Everett you could get any choice of chicken for 20 fill up. They said they only offer original and I would have to pay more. The food is standard KFC, which my hubby thinks is part of the main food groups! However, service is poor. We like extra crispy, I don't care what time of the evening we arrive, 99% of the time they are out of extra crispy and it takes 20 minutes for them to make it.
