I've lived here for 13 years and I've given them a chance after chance over the years my family is very big and once in a while, we decide to give it another chance and they screw up the order again every single time this time it was just too simple whoppers without onions. January 18, 2025 my husband and I went to the Burger King in Snohomish on Bickford and ordered two whopper juniors. I actually was surprised that the food arrived in literally a few minutes after we ordered thinking it may not be warm. It turned out my hamburger was warm, not hot, but my husband began to eat his, and it was actually cold as he got into a few bites. He took it up to the counter and told the girl that took our order, she re-ordered a new one and she was very pleasant. A few minutes later, as he waited for the burger to be done another woman yelled out for the person who ordered that hamburger. She proceeded to tell my husband that it was our fault that the hamburger was cold because we had not told them about it within 10 minutes (it was less than 10 minutes), she continued in a loud voice to say that they were not responsible for replacing it and again it was his fault. I was shocked as to what I was hearing, as she was very disrespectful and clearly has no idea how to treat customers. My husband asked her for her name and her title, and she said she was the general manager. In the meantime, while this exchange is taking place with this woman, the hamburger that was redone was sitting on the counter, at which time she abruptly pushed it towards my husband. I wonder how she treats the employees that work with her, my guess is not well. We have gone to this Burger King for many years in Snohomish, and I have never come across an individual like this, almost all employees we have been helped by in the past have always been very pleasant. It was a very disappointing experience, and we will not be returning. read more

My aunt kindly asked how much longer for my chicken sandwich (which took 10 minutes) and the lady very rudely responded which took us both by surprise, considering she actually did have decent costumer service and was nice and helpful to the other costumers. Came in after an Appointment with my wife and ordered spicy chicken nuggets and original; I also ordered a Sourdough King. We left to go to downtown and before passing the AMPM noticed we had two original nuggets and an Original Chicken Sandwich not my Sourdough King. We headed back and was assisted at the counter by Max who addressed our issue promptly and got our food we had originally ordered. Max also offered another item of my wife's choosing for our trouble. Max's assistance and sense of urgency in the matter made us extremely happy with our experience. On our visit today 03/28/2019 the location did not seem as stated in other posts from Yelp reviews and should be reviewed by Yelp staff as the Location was clean and busy with Drive through orders as a normal Fast Food chain is. I've had nothing but great experiences at this location. They have recently hired new management and I got to speak with one of tonight, so a big shout out goes to Faith for double checking my order before it was given to me and for coming to the drive through window to say hello and also the young & super nice drive through guy I've talked to several times, he is always super sweet and peronable. Yes this is fast food, yes you will be dealing with high school & college kids just starting out and is possibly their first job, so remember it's not like you're ordering $100 filet mignon and they bring you the $45 braised duck instead.. read more

This Burger King needs leadership and accountability. Last week it took us half an hour to get through the drive through- and there were only three or four cars ahead of us. This weekend we decided to give them one more try and go inside. Service speed was acceptable this week. They were out of multiple beverage syrups, including Coke, and were running out of more syrup as we sat there. What fast food place runs out of COKE syrup? By the time we left, only diet syrups were left. Tables were a bit messy and the floors certainly needed to be swept too. I don't think we'll be back. read more

I've been here three times now and every time I've went, they got my order wrong. And when I say wrong, I mean WRONG. I always order the impossible burger with no mayo. The first time I ordered this from here, they put mayo on it. No big deal, happens all the time. The second time, I had to wait about 20 minutes out front for my order, just for them to give me the wrong burger completely. The third time I order this, they give me an impossible burger with not only mayo, but with cheese, bacon, and no tomatoes and no pickles. I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU! The receipt says exactly what I ordered, but what I got was something completely different. HOW?! Also, the staff was rude, they refused to look at me and laughed at me while I was ordering. Horrible experience the only reason for 2 stars was the staff was nice and really trying they just couldn't pull it togeather. They tried three times to get our order right at the third time we just took the food. Hashbrowns were dripping grease, the french toast sticks were so burnt there was no bread in them just a hard shell. The croissantwhiches were all good just not what we ordered. read more

This is one of the dirtiest and unmanaged fast food restaurants I've ever been in. After ordering and finding the least dirtiest table we started to take a look around and realized how much garbage was on the floors, booths, tables and chairs. The employees have methed out friends hanging out walking around making others feeling uncomfortable while they charge there cell phones and constantly walking in and out as well. Would give 0 stars if possible. From the very start of the drivethru to the food itself, it was horrible! The kid taking our order kept asking us if we were done ordering after 30 seconds for 5 people and every couple seconds after that! Very impatient as we were waiting quite a long time in the drive thru line. Not only was the customer service horrible, we had to pull over and wait for our food and when it was brought out to us, half of our order was missing! My husband had to go inside where there was a whole lobby full of angry customers waiting for their food. We got home, the burgers were soggy, the fries were stale and the shakes were watered down. We live only a couple of minutes away from this BK. We paid for 4 cookies and a double cheeseburger that wasn't in our bag. There was no manager on site so I tried to call when we got home so that they could make their mistake right and give us credit for what we paid for but I guess it doesn't matter because we are NEVER GOING BACK! read more

I give them two stars instead of one because the two other stores in the area provide fantastic customer service regardless of the customers attitude (to an extent I'm sure). I was wondering if the Friday night evening manager at this location was trained in basic customer service? I'll tell you right now, I'm not the easiest customer. With that being said I frequent almost all of the restaurants here in town and in 21 years have never been so poorly treated. I get it, it's a fast food restaurant. Well to me, customer service is customer service. Know if I was ordering from a guy or gal outside century field I would expect it. The other two restaurants have been courteous, detailed and friendly almost every time. I have never left one of those locations extremely unsatisfied. I like Burger King in general, but it's always a toss up on whether your food will be fresh at this location. Most of the time it seems like the fish, chicken and beef products have been allowed to exceed their hold times. The sandwiches are sloppily assembled by kitchen workers who don't care about doing it right. I know it's a fast food job, but back in the day when I worked here for extra income, I made every sandwich like it was my own. I really hate seeing workers loiter around the front of the building smoking or seeing the drive-thru cashier hanging out with his loser buddies there. I realize that you have a headset and can take orders remotely, but you are not on a break. Get inside and clean something! The managers need to do a better job training. If you use the drive-thru, check your order before you leave the location. Half the time, it will be wrong. The most common errors are giving people fries when they ordered onion rings and omitting cheese when something was ordered with it. I have no tolerance for these common errors. It's not hard to get it right if you just try a little! read more

Yes, I realize I am writing a review for a fast food restaurant. So, shame on me for eating it in the first place... However, I've been sick, and so has my room mate, and sometimes you just don't want to cook. We decided to come to Snohomish Burger King. While generally I never have a problem with them, today I had one that will keep me from ever coming back. Literally. We get to the menu sign and order, carefully reminding the waitress that I need my veggie burger put in a separate bag with my fries, she was a new waitress (could easily tell) and didn't bother to tell me that they couldn't do that anymore (which they always have soooo....) So after we pay, they give us one big bag of food. Politely, I remind them that I wanted my veggie burger in a separate bag, and that I had asked for it at the register. Instead of apologizing, the (new) waitress breaks out in an all out argument with me about how they can't do that, and how I would just have to take it, and all this other stuff. Another waitress comes up, and feebly (I have social anxiety) I try and tell her that there are REASONS I need that placed in another bag. She just stares at me like I am crazy, and like she doesn't know what to do. This place CLEARLY needs to RE-WATCH their videos on customer service. I would never treat a customer like that! I didn't get an apology. I politely ask them to re-cook my burger and put it in a separate bag. Without ever responding to me, waitress #2 YELLS at her co-worker to re-fry it. We are asked to pull our car to the side. When we get home, all of our food is cold. I open my veggie burger and it is SMOTHERED in ketchup, the vegetables are clearly old, and carelessly cut, and the lettuce was thrown onto the patty, falling to the side of the veggie burger and smashing against the wrapper. I fed it to my dog. This place doesn't know anything about handling customers with grace, apologizing for inconvenience, or treating customers with dignity. I'm sorry they aren't used to vegetarians in Snohomish, but they can still treat us with respect. I didn't raise my voice, and thanked them for re-frying my burger and all that, but I didn't even get an apology or anything, nor did I get a product worth my money, just veggies, LOTS of ketchup, and a half-cooked patty slopped onto a soggy bun! Stopped by this Burger King today. There were 4 cars ahead of me in the drive through. Noted each car was waiting approximately 10 minutes to have there orders taken. I got to the order speaker after about a 27 minute wait. The person taking orders said, you are going to have to wait. O.K.; after waiting for 7 minutes, He took my order. It took about 25 minutes to get to the window to pay. I paid, after waiting another 30 minutes, my order still was not ready. The boys were flirting with a girl who was cooking. They were leaving their posts to visit and help her. She was very slow ,and having lots of fun with the boys.They were leaving the window and horsing around. Finally ; I hollered through the window, the person at the window had left his post 12 minutes earlier. by this time there were more cars behind me waiting. I said," forget my 2 Jr. quarter pounders, and burger patty. If they ever get cooked, ". You can have them or give them away." They did not offer to refund my $9.58 that I paid. I drove away. It was the most chaotic, disorganized mess there, that I have ever seen. I suggest you steer clear of this particular fast food place. If you drive a little further up the street there is a McDonalds and KFC. Both places are courteous and well managed. read more

So I had a less than pleasant experience in the Drive-Thru at the Burger King in Snohomish Washington. There was a girl there his name is Michelle. Let's just say Michelle may not have been the sharpest tool in the shed. Her customer service skills were lackluster to say. Z whenever somebody in the real world that is working in customer service goes out of their way to make my day just a little bit better maybe just a smile and a sweet attitude. I go out of my way to make sure that their manager knows just what a good employee that they have! So sometimes it might just pay off Michelle I'm talking to you. 2 try just a little bit harder maybe not completely ignore a question the customer has not once but twice. There's a handful of different ways you could have went about are five minutes of interaction. So if you're going to Burger King simply for the food the food wasn't that bad. But don't go there thinking that you're going to get any kind of good customer service! This Burger King is not very impressive. The inside is often scummy and the service is questionable at best. More often than not I walk away an unhappy customer, and have actually stopped going here since my last visit. Burger King is always running the nugget deal which is impressive. That is if your employees fully cook the food. On several occasions I received undercooked chicken nuggets that looked slimy and raw. As a matter of fact I was fairly ill after the last time I consumed this food. Buyer beware, DO NOT purchase anything here!
