I had been searching for a cranberry turkey sandwich and Heidi's was the only place I could find one. It was so good! We also ordered the BLT and tried both the potato salad and macaroni salad. We will definitely be back for the turkey cranberry soon this season. We also look forward to taking the cousins to afternoon tea. We have been looking for a cute place that allows kids for tea. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. We met Heidi and she was very kind. I absolutely loved the decor and got some inspiration for decorating.

There were a few in house dressings along with some store bought ones. I tried the balsamic vinaigrette and a honey ginger dressing. It was good, but I think it could be better. My husband ordered the pesto tofu sandwich with Moroccan soup, and that was the highlight. The sandwich was delicious, and his only regret was not getting the full size. The soup was also really flavorful. The place itself feels cozy. The food came out quickly, and we finished everything in no time. Parking is street parking, which might be tricky, especially on weekends. Overall, a good experience. I would definitely come back to try more sandwiches or burgers, but I would probably skip the salad bar next time.

Maybe part of an off batch. I typically do like cardamom centered things. This wasn't my favorite is all I can say. One suggestion I would hope gets implemented is cost of goods displayed for each item. I can say I was surprised at the total during check out. I do go to a lot of bakeries, cafes and artisanal shops. I always felt more at ease knowing what I was getting into from a financial standpoint. Tip is to look at their discounted items. They are a steal. They also have a rewards program that gets you a drink with every new sign up paired with a purchase I wish I had known prior to purchase as I was only able to spot signage at the register.

We also split a delish chicken caprese sandwich and a caesar salad. All of the food was fresh and tasty; though the "crumb style" croutons on the caesar were not appealing to me texturally. What can I say? I like a big crouton! The service was super friendly and efficient for 95% of the meal. At the end, though, we had trouble getting our check. Not a huge deal, but seemed odd considering the service was so amazing for the rest of the experience. Note: parking here is sparse. We had to park a few blocks away; though later I noticed there's a pay lot just up the street.
