Bad service, always giving me a hard time whenever I want to order something. I only go here to buy my sister food since she likes to eat the fried chicken here. Whenever I ask this location to replace the drink for coleslaw included in the $5 fill-up, they always so no. That is fine, but at least don't charge me for the drink if I don't want a drink. Whenever, I go to a different KFC location like the one next to Quimby, they always say I can replace it for coleslaw. Not to mention, they always make me wait 10+ minutes just for the $5 fill-up. Horrible service. LONG lines because of inefficiency. 95% of the time my order is wrong. Yesterday, ordered an 8 piece bucket meal. Half original, half crispy. Comes with 2 sides, 4 biscuits and a chocolate cake. I added a side of 4 pieces chicken, no extra sides. I ordered 2 #7's, 2 soft tacos and a skittles freeze. $63. What???? So I cancelled the extra 4 pieces at the window bc didn't need that much food. My new total...$42. Are you telling me my 4 pieces of chicken was $21?? AND they didn't give me my chocolate cake. I asked before pulling away and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him and instead he gave me 3 individual chocolate cakes that were no bigger than an old fashioned donut. That does not equal one chocolate cake. Why not 4 cakes? I got an 8 piece chicken. I get 4 biscuits. Oh, and I asked for all dark, more thighs than legs. Nope. Got 4 of each. On October 15, 2017 at 10:17pm I ordered the Fill up meal and the popcorn chicken combo. I asked if they had a spicy flavor and the lady with Pink hair replied in a smart remark, "this isn't Popeyes." Once I got to the window I thought I had my order but parked in the parking lot to make sure I got my order. My order was missing the popcorn chicken and potato wedges. So I had to wait another 15 minutes in line to get to the window. I told the person at the window that they missed my order and that the lady with the pink hair needs to stop being rude and needs to pay attention when taking orders. Now here is the two things that pissed me off. I asked why i didn't have my popcorn chicken and potato wedges. She said Im sorry were out of potato wedges and our manager isn't here and we are short staffed. I don't understand why you would sell a product knowing your out of one of the items, thats Fraud. They gave me the popcorn chicken but when I got home it was literally chicken batter. The people that work there do not care about consistency when it comes to representing KFC brand. For $29.49 All I got was wasted time, Attitude, food that was horrible, and fraudulent advertisement. I will definitely be coming back tomorrow to have a word with the manager. read more

The KFC I usually go to (on S. White Rd. & Aborn) is currently under construction but I was really craving it so I decided to go to the next nearest one to me which so happens to be this location. I was already sad because they ran out of hot wings which I was craving like crazy but I understand that this wasn't their fault and it's out of their control. But first of all, the guy on taking our order on the drive through doesn't even know how to take order. He kept getting our order wrong and we had to repeat it a million times. Second of all, the lady who was at the window had the most apathetic look on her face and talked with the most monotoned voice I have ever heard in my life. She literally looked high and like she couldn't care less about anything. They forgot to give us our drinks and on top of that we asked for honey, butter, and ranch but they didn't even give us the butter. How the hell am I supposed to have my honey butter biscuits without my damn butter? I understand if it was just like one mistake but it was a freakin disaster when I went here! We ordered a combo bowl meal that was supposed to include a chocolate chip cookie. It was delivered without the chocolate chip cookie. We also ordered a 3-pc meal with white meat. We got a meal with dark meat. I know KFC has been around for a long time but I honestly don't know how they stay in business because there are probably many more people like me who will not go there again. I've patronized other KFCs and have yet to find any of them decent. For whatever reason, they hire incompetent people which absolutely includes their managerial staff. I'm still not used to going into one place and finding to restaurants. It makes my decisions even harder to do. I've never had the guts to try and mix the two items. It seems a little kinky in a way to grab a thigh and bite into a taco. The place is kinda small and there are probably 4 tables that can seat 4, and tables for less, so it's no place to take a soccer team to for a victory party. I can't deny the grease though. I only come here for the KFC side. This place is alright. It's not the best one since they tend to get my order wrong 3 out of 5 times. It's something really simple too like not giving me a thigh, giving me grilled instead of crunchy, or even missing a side in my meal. I was short on time and had a craving for KFC, so with their in mail circular in hand I went to pick up a bucket of chicken for dinner. 12 pc for $24.99. Only problem is this particular location "didn't have the promotion in the computer yet. Instead that same 12 pc bucket cost $35 and change. This KFC / Taco Bell is not any better than any of the other restaurants that are just one or the other. i choose to go here though because it's the only KFC in the area with a drive thru and i admit there are days when i just wanna drive up grab food and drive back home. I have to comment on this particular establishment not so much for the food but rather the horrible management. In the last two months i have come and have witnessed two employees playing grab a@$ while i was waiting almost 30 minutes in line and the manager was there with them and did not reprimand them. I have also NEVER been to a fast food place that has run out of so many items that should NEVER run out if you have the proper leadership in place! In the last 4 visits they have been out of drink holders, KFC hot sauce packets, Macaroni and cheese for the entire evening and ranch dips! Been Going Here For Years!!!! My Hubby went here bout 2 weeks ago and used the drive thru to order he asked the lady taking the order if she speaks Spanish even though he speaks good English. I have never complained about this Taco Bell-KFC before. They always serve us with a smile and patience. The girl that was working the drive thru at 7:30 pm today (6/12/12) was very rude, disrespectful, and a smart aleck! For someone who got my order wrong, yes she apologized, but was sarcastic and kept talking back not wanting to admit she got my order wrong! Too bad she couldn't carry out the humility and cool her manager portrayed when he had to step up to recalculate my order. She needs to LISTEN CAREFULLY next time and not interrupt the customer while placing their order. Go back to Customer Service 101! I love this place and I've never had trouble with it until recently.
