No "wet" burritos. No queso. Nothing I actually paid for. To make it worse, my family also had issues with their food, so I had to drive there myself to get everything fixed after already spending money on delivery, and with a flat tire. Literally putting myself at risk because the staff can't follow a printed ticket.When I walked in, the night shift employees were on their phones, giggling with each other. The girl with bright red hair and the boy with light brown hair could not have looked more annoyed that a customer dared interrupt their hangout. The person who seemed to be the manager didn't greet me, didn't apologize, didn't try to help just stared at me.When I explained the situation, the employee acted confused and asked for the receipt, even though I clearly had the DoorDash ticket on the bag showing exactly what I ordered. They read it, rolled their eyes, and looked at their manager like they had no idea what to do. The manager's solution? "Well put queso on it." That's not leadership, and it's definitely not customer service.When they finally handed me the corrected food, they slapped on a fake smile and said, "Have a good night!!" Honestly? It was the worst service i've ever had from there. most likely will find somewhere else.

My youngest daughter and I decided on an early dinner and we decided on the old tried and true. She loves Chick Fil A. I got the sandwich combo with fries and Mae got the 8 piece with fries. My sandwich looked like it had been smashed. It tasted fine but it looked rough. The 8 piece actually turned out to be a 7 piece. While it may not seem to be a big deal, prices what they are should dictate quality and accuracy. So we paid 100% full price for 87.5% nuggets. Very irritating. We can use both hands folks and count to 8. And to boot, the nuggets were cold. The fries were an abomination. They were undercooked, saturated with grease and as limp as branches on a weeping willow tree. We ended up feed those to the ducks at a nearby pond. This was not the kind of food quality or order accuracy I have come to expect from Chick Fil A. I may give this particular location another chance. Bad days can happen. But it doesn't take a rocket scientist to count to 8, know how long nuggets have been sitting out or how to properly deep fry potatoes. One mistake on a single order is one thing. But three may be an indicator of bigger problems. 2 1/2 star avg for Chick Fil A? This location obviously has service issues. It may be passed time for the crew to be turned over or go back through training. This isn't how Chick Fil A's are suppose to be operated. Is management even reading Yelp?

I used the app to place my to-go order; the drive-thru was literally wrapped around the bldg, so I opted to just walk in and get it. Every other CFA location I have used the app for has a little shelf area for mobile orders...this place oddly did not just a little sign I guess you were supposed to stand under awkwardly until a staff person noticed you. It took a hot minute cuz there was also a small queue inside, but finally a girl behind the counter acknowledged me and asked if I had a mobile order. I told her I did and she went to get it. Got my drink and my order and headed out. I usually check my order before I leave but I was in a rush to beat 85 traffic, and since I had just ordered a simple chicken sandwich combo and saw the sandwich and fries + sauces in the bag, no reason to delve further. I go out to my car, unwrap my sandwich only to find my chicken sandwich was missing the most important part...the damn chicken filet!? Seriously!?! I was honestly so miffed cuz not only was it missing the filet but it was not made how I specified in my app order (it had things on it I had requested to not be) and I would have just taken them off, but to not have the actual chicken filet was like OMFG HOW THO?!...so I walk back in and there was yet another small queue for the counter, but I didn't care, I just walked right up and was like "umm yeah I was just in and ordered a chicken sandwich yet the CHICKEN was missing!?". I show the girl and she is like "um, k..." and then stood there like she didn't know what to do. So then she says something to one of the workers in the cooking area about the chicken part of the chicken sandwich missing and one of the guys is like "there's no way" I'm like "uh yeah my thoughts exactly". So then this guy comes out (btw the girl never even apologized she was just like "ok we'll get u a filet") until the guy came out and was like "wow sorry about that, we'll make you a new sandwich (like I think the girl was literally going to give me just a filet to put on the empty bun!?)" and he went back to apparently go make it. After a few mins passed I was so annoyed that 1) they didn't even offer to refund me, at least for the damn sandwich missing the part that makes it a chicken sandwich and 2) I could hear one of the workers be like "she must have just taken it out to get another sandwich"...yeah cuz all this nonsense it worth dealing w/for a damn chicken filet for a sandwich I paid for, right, that's my BIG scam! I could NOT roll my eyes hard enough! I finally told the girl I just wanted a refund and she's like "he's almost done" and then just stood there...so what should have been less than 5mins turned into more than dbl that cuz some incompetent twit in the assembly line didn't add the chicken to my chicken sandwich. Usually I'm NOT a Karen about this kinda stuff but this location failed at every possible turn. I go to CFAs enough that I have gotten multiple free meals through points alone and have never had issues w/quality or staff, but this spot gives Arby's vibes and that is not in line w/the CFA brand. It was absolutely NOT a pleasure at this location. Tho maybe it was a blessing the guy remade my sandwich cuz I don't know that the one I originally got wouldn't have been garbage. The other part that was enraging was this was supposed to be their "special" pretzel bun chicken sammie and the f-ing meal was $12...no sir, never again. This place put me off CFA for awhile!
