KFC on Broadway keizer location is super slow and double charged my card. When asked to fix this charge the gal acted like she had no clue and gave me a phone number to call. Called the number and got a voice mail with the slowest slurred droopy dog voice. Did not give me any kind of faith that whoever owns this place has any kind of superior awareness or customer service. I did have to call my bank and dispute this extra charge. We went to drive thru and ordered one 3 PC meal, extra crispy and original mix with coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. Husband ordered chicken tenders meal. When we got home his ordered was fine. My order was not! I got 2 cole laws and all original chicken. Also we got no recipe. I called let them know they screwed up my order. The gal couldn't find the recipe and say I could come back and get a new order. By then I had changed into my pj's and wasn't going to change again. There's a slight mix-up on the order. But, hubby forgot to wash his hands, while inside. As I sit in the car waiting for him, I started to eat & realized: Where's MY COLESLAW. I texted him, so he can take care of it, while inside, but he didn't get my text. He went back, with the receipt. As I sat in the car, waiting for him, a worker (wearing one kitchen glove) came out from the side door. He went in his car (wasn't noticing, until he came back the same door), still wearing the same glove, opened the door WITH the SAME gloved-hand and went back inside! I have missed KFC so badly. The Keizer KFC franchise made me the last KFC meal I will most likely ever eat. I have eaten better chicken from highway truck stops at 3am. Be careful eating here. Food is good but at least one employee who is packing your food for you to take out during the lunch hour fails to follow the rules for wearing a mask. His respiratory droplets spread his apparent disrespect for his co workers near him and in OUR food that he is taken from the chicken tray to place in the box, and scoop your mashed potatoes, coleslaw, biscuit and more. Everytime I go there I get a 2 piece meal, they don't add my biscuit. They do make good biscuits. Grandma's biscuits. I don't check my box but if I go there anymore I'll check it. This KFC is literally elevated on a hill overlooking the intersection of Broadway and River Rd, making it the only KFC I've ever seen that (literally) far up. It stands to be the only business on the hill and one literally has to drive up / walk up to get to it. It makes for an interesting locale however, especially given the great view and the fact the only folks who come are bound to be KFC customers. Plus, the seclusion gives some folks the privacy of a make-out point when this KFC is KFClosed. The service there has always been pretty subpar, but the food is terrifically greasy and incredibly unhealthy. For some odd reason the menu items always seem to be slightly different from the other KFCs around the city, but I could be wrong. Best recommended for a social pigout scene. read more

Do not usually choose KFC but once in a while crave it. I especially carved KFC when I saw the new comercial on tv just a few days ago that the chicken Mac n cheese bowls were $5. So went through the drive through ordered it and the amount was $7.20 just for the bowl. I responded to the teller the comercial and the add on-line say it's $5.00. I even showed it to her and her manager on my phone when I got to the window and they said no that is wrong. I was hopping they would honor the price since it's been promoting on tv. I eat at KFC between 1-2 times every week either alone,generally the drive through or on Sunday with 2 others to take home. and 99 percent of the time at the Broadway one. I always order the #1 and no issues at all with it but it's become crazy, there's never any silverware, napkins or honey/ butter in the sack anymore. Went through the drive thru, paid, was told to park in front and they'd bring my food out. 30 minutes goes by and I've seen multiple workers coming in and out for smoke breaks but no food. I went inside and two other people were standing there waiting. There were probably 6-7 people "working" in the back yet somehow nothing was being accomplished. The cashier walks to the front and tells us "for everyone who ordered chicken, we're really sorry, but we're out of chicken. It will be about another 30 minutes." ????? I said I had already waited 30 minutes and asked if it would be another 30, and he shrugged and walked away. I continued to wait and observe the chaos in the kitchen and I realized I would rather walk out and lose $40 than eat anything coming out of there. I asked for a different side to my meal and she told me no that it only came with mashed potatoes and gravy. Ok whatever.
