I was nearby for work and really was craving some fried chicken... the food was good but they clearly had some new staff who couldn't handle the moderate volume of buyers lining up for yummy chicken. Ended up waiting also 30 min on chicken that I saw fresh 15 min before they decided to box it for me. Food 5/5 service prob got a lot of improvement to go read more

I ordered 2 3 piece combo. After I paid for the order, I was asked to pull to the front because it would be 7 minutes before the chicken would be done. So I did. I waited about 15 minutes and the guy finally came to my car. He asked me if I ordered crispy and I said no. He went back in and came right back out with my order. When I got home, the biscuits weren't done, the 4 thighs were raw and bloody. The only thing that was done was the 2 drumsticks. I was furious!! And I'd like to have my money refunded to me because we were only able to eat 1 drumstick a piece. read more

The restaurant was clean and inviting. They have new cherry mini bites. They were excellent. I love their peach Mountain Dew. KFC is the only place that has that flavor of Mountain Dew. The employees were all very nice. This is a great place to get a quick chicken dinner. read more

Regarding the kfc on Damonte and S. Virginia. Hadn't had kfc in years. Got a craving and ordered two regular breasts to go. Found them to be nearly inedible.... It was as if they'd been under the heat lamp for a week. Threw them away. They were more like jerky. Soooooooooo dry. Disgusting. Super disappointed! Especially when the two cost over $10. Will never go back. Sales gal was delightful tho read more

Cheating , ordered 25.99 meal 6 pieces chicken and 6 pieces tender but only got 5 pieces chicken . + large fries but it old and cold fries..! Service was bad and all speak poor English ..! My boyfriend and I are in a tight spot right now. I'm 5 months pregnant with crazy cravings with little money. We ordered a four piece big box and they gave us 6 pieces not only that, but my boyfriend's sandwich was absolutely perfect! They have an excellent closing crew and I'm definitely coming back. It has been a long time since we've actually eaten at a KFC because there's so many other alternative in town, but we were in the neighborhood and everyone surprisingly agreed to have chicken for dinner; so, KFC it was. I love the newly renovated dining room; it looked really modern and fairly clean. The food was good and we especially liked that price was relatively inexpensive compared to most sit-down restaurants now-a-days. The cashier, she was super-nice and patient (Ana L. according to the receipt); she was really sweet. But best of all everyone got to select the food they wanted, we're quite content with our meal and left with full, happy tummies. read more

I won't recommend this location. manager and employees take their job way to serious and not friendly at all. They get mad at you for getting a cup of ice without paying for it and if you try to refill your drink without paying then they will come around the counter and get in your face. I got a combo and it was missing fries but they demanded that I pay for the fries when I told them about it. Fries come with the combo but they forgot them and I have to pay extra when it's not even my fault? Doesn't make sense at all. The only nice thing about this location is that it's clean!! read more

+1 for having a drive-through. Although, it does not have a screen showing you your order and total. Stopped by spontaneously while in the area and ordered their 2-piece thigh and drumstick $5 fill-up, which came with mashed potatoes, a drink, and a cookie. Pretty good deal for $5! You can an additional side for $1. The menu didn't say that the price was only for ONE side. I added three sides. Two were charged at their regular $2.49 price. In hindsight, it would have been cheaper to just get two $5 fill-ups and add one extra side to both for $1 The mashed potatoes and gravy reminded me of childhood lunches at KFC with my family. While the food is a constant and service is questionable tonight it was OK but I get it's 20 minutes before closing and they have to power wash the floors but why you're still serving food that water aerosolizes in the air along with the detergent that you're cleaning and you're cleaning and it kind of freaks me Is out that my food was being packed with the water spreading everywhere. read more

Never had a problem with the quality of the food, but!! if the people they contract can not deliver $60 worth of food to the correct residence then my business with this KFC and delivery is over with!!! DoorDash delivered the food to somebody else's residence and THEN DENIED the order ever took place!! I have the $60 charge in my bank account to PROVE that it took place!! So this is not necessarily directed at the KFC store but at the people responsible for delivering the food, DoorDash are CROOKS!!!!! Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!! It was just a horrible experience! This place needs to shut down ASAP. Bunch of illegals working there. Employees smoking in front of the restaurant and returning to work, not washing their hands. Employees on the clock and on there phones. It's dinner time and food is not ready. I just asked for my refund and given the run around. The manager I guess, walks in, and doesn't want to give me a receipt and her fat husband trying to harass me to my car. I should give it a negative 1 review. Mind you, I am Mexican myself. Sad to see my own people no longer trying to work hard or give the best experience. read more

I am so dissapointed with this store. I traveled 65 minutes to get here just because I was craving KFC sooo bad and the store near me was out of everything. I came through the drive through ordering a Nashville hot tenders meal, sub fries for a small Mac n cheese. Another Nashville hot tenders meal, sub fries for biscuits and gravy. Then I ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders meal. And finally another small side of Mac and cheese by itself. I got my food. Ran to the store and came OVER AN HOUR home. I walk through the door and open my food. I am missing almost everything! And the things I'm not missing are completley wrong. I got no biscuits (come with each meal) I was missing a small Mac n cheese and was given tiny individual sides for the two meals when they were supposed to be smalls. I was missing mashed potatoes AND the gravy. And then the chicken tenders meal I ordered to split with my kids, was not there. They instead gave me ONE chicken sandwich! I was so upset after driving that long and spending all that money. I nicely called the store to ask for half a refund. When I should get a full refund. I was told no by one of the employees who claimed to be the manager. They all, always want to claim to be the manager I then asked who was above him. He told me Ernesto. Ernesto also got on the phone claiming to be the manager and refusing me help. He clearly shows as the cashier on my receipt. The whole place is just a joke. I had to reach out to corporate who was SO incredibly polite and understanding. Refunded me the entire price. Please don't waste your time at this specific KFC, you will be disaapointed. read more

Went here to try their new beyond chicken - which was amazing! The service was so fast and the cashier was very friendly which is so refreshing! It was raining on my way to work and I thought hmmmmm... I take public transportation so I decided that KFC pot pie sounds like the way to go! I was so impressed with the customer service, this guy Andy took my order and I think it's probably the best smile and service I've seen in any fast food restaurant. Omg, I'll definitely be back. I see lots of different items on menu as I grew up with as a kid and family bringing home a bucket. That pot pie hit the spot on a rainy day. All I have to say is OMG for the service!!! To my fellow yelpers, check it out when you decide on a fast food meal! Thank you KFC for the wonderful service and food. That pot pie was fabulous on such a day we need comfort food! read more

where do i begin?! i wish i could give this dump of a place zero stars!!! the girl with the blue hair working at the window on march 9 2021 at approx 4:43pm was incredibly rude and seemed bothered when i asked for ranch. the container that my tenders are in are leaking so much oil. and i did not even receive any utensils to receive. lastly i did not receive any honey or butter for my biscuit. if i am giving a company my time and money i do not deserve that type of disrespect!! read more

I have called 22 times since my order was delivered today. 6 of which I was immediately hung up on! I will be contacting corporate. My son did not get his dinner tonight. My dinner was cold.! Went inside with my family to sit down and eat. I went into the restroom and when I came out the employee yelled at me that the restrooms were closed. I said I was sorry and I didn't know.. he yelled that I moved a barrier to enter and they were locked... I literally just walked into the restroom.. I didn't move anything or break in. I was insulted and embarrassed and I left without ordering food because I will never eat there again. Too bad they just lost out on lunch for a party of 6. read more

I was reluctant to order the chicken wings I was craving. Only because the last time I ordered a full bucket, the taste just wasn't the same. I went ahead and ordered, and they were great! no sauce like I wanted, hot, here in 35 minutes. They are pricey because they add tax, service fee, delivery fee and tip. 30$ something for 24 wings. Stopped on Aug.28 with my son. We ordered a combo bowl, box of tenders and two soft drinks. We ate at a table inside, and just dealt with the fact there was no air conditioning and it was 100 degrees outside. I got the bowl, but the chicken pieces in it were extremely dried out and about half were unchewable and had to be discarded. The mashed potatoes were another disappointment, as they were very watery and tasteless. My drink was a cup of Starry, because I can't have caffeine. At first sip, it was clear that the soda concentrate was empty, and my drink was just tasteless carbonated water. I poured it out and tried something I think was red punch. But that one also was empty of flavoring. At this point, we just wanted to get out of there. I don't think the workers behind the counter would have understood if we had complained anyway. Most of the people who came in seemed like very strange street people. I didn't realize that section of So. Virginia St. was so..."unique". Staying clear of this KFC. read more

This is my neighborhood KFC and it's usually a hit or miss. However last night was the worst. For $42 my family got cold bucket chicken that was saturated in grease, the macaroni and cheese was so cold it had no creaminess left, the biscuits were stale and we all were sick after the meal! we spent the night in each of the bathrooms so thanks KFC $42 for a terrible meal and food poisoning read more

I travel a lot across the country and I can say that this KFC is much better than most. Quick and easy drive through. Order was filled in about a minute. Chicken pieces were big and tasty with original recipe. Side dishes were standard but packed full. Biscuit was fresh. Everything positive! read more

KFC was giving away 1 piece of their new GRILLED chicken on Monday, I didn't make it in till Tuesday and I wasn't expecting it to be all that great - it is KFC, but I was surprised! The new grilled chicken is awesome! It has a smokey backyard grilled taste! I guess KFC took my advice and did something to reinvent themselves as I suggest in my other review! It was $11.00 for 2 - 2 piece grilled chicken, 2 sides, and 2 biscuits! Who knew two people could eat dinner for $11 bucks! Drive thru staff was super friendly. read more

Went through the drive up at 6:30 pm last night (Saturday). Ordered 12 pieces of original chicken. When I got home, I noticed they had only given me 8. When I checked the receipt, they had only charged me for 8 but did not tell me they had changed my order. The chicken was very over done and dry. (Under heat lamp too long?) Also, received 2 wings and 3 legs out of our 8 pieces. Popeyes next time. read more

I ordered the 16-piece combo ($30) with two sides, which allowed me to try four different flavors. I went with two of their more popular options--Soy Garlic and Sweet & Spicy--along with K-Soy and Galbi. I really enjoyed the two sides; I chose the potato salad and mandu (dumplings). I definitely want to go back to try their popcorn chicken, popcorn tofu, and the croffle dessert. They also have a cute self-serve station with water, wipes, and utensils, which was a nice touch.
