Slowest "fast" food I've ever been to. Placed an order online in hopes that it would speed up the process, but no, I still spent 30 minutes waiting for food. The staff wasn't even at the front, not even busy. Just slow. I kept thinking they were going to forget about me. I would give 1 star but the food was great, well cooked, and hot.

I had a doordash order to pick up at KFC in Pendleton Oregon at around 3 pm all the workers were outside and when I walked in all the trash cans were overflowing on to the floor, tables were in dire need of cleaning and the place was just gross. After I picked up the order I sat for a couple of minutes in the parking lot and saw no effort to do anything about the disaster they call the dining room.

Wow, I am the first comment, the first picture, and the first quick tip. We came in when they were just about to close, I got an order of 20 piece chicken wings (they threw in 5 or 6 extra since they were closing) my husband got a meal deal of strips, cole slaw, mac n cheese, and biscuits. Everything was quite delicious, and the service was excellent and humorous :-)

Been going to KFC for several years but it seems that over the last year or so the quality has hit rock bottom for us. I believe in giving people a chance but the last 5 or 6 times we have been there, the chicken is so greasy that the grease ran down our fingers and even the dog won't eat any and she really likes chicken. We are tired of getting excuses on why the chicken is so greasy that we will find someplace else to buy our chicken from. To me it is false advertising because the chicken that we got doesn't look anything like the picture. read more

Bad service. They have open sign at 10:30am. I was at the door for 15 mins. It was two employees, saw me and ignored me. Rude.

The food was delicious, service very polite and the dining room clean. Strangely they ran out of soap so there wasn't any in the bathroom or any to replace it. Overheard they ran out of butter too. Maybe whoever orders the supplies needs a bit more practice. But seriously, the importance stuff were highlights: crispy chicken, soft and flaky biscuits, cheesy Mac, and amazing gravy for the potatoes. I would definitely stop here again. read more

Chicken was really good and fresh. They let us swap out for all dark meat, very quick also. I had Mac and cheese for a side and thought it was pretty good.We will definitely eat there again. read more

I would honestly give them no stars if I could. This isn't the first time I have to travel to this place & they say their closed? It's only 6:30p & you close at 9p! Might as well shut down if you don't want to work. read more

Tables were mostly all dirty not wiped down and they have no high chairs for our 11 month old baby! CLEAN YOUR TABLES PLEASE. Buy some high chairs! read more

Second time this week I'm working pendelton. I miss having a. KFC in hermiston so I stop here when I'm in town. Got kfc twice in the past two weeks. First week they gave me the wrong order and today I order a 5pc tender combo and two little chicken sandwiches for $12. What do I get this time??? Only 3 tenders. Thanks for ripping me off kfc Employee who can't count. Tenders were hard and cold same as biscuit. Cmon guys you just opened 15 minutes ago everything should be freshly made!!! My family stopped in Pendleton on our long drive home to Idaho, stopped in for some chicken to go. The staff were really busy and friendly, we didn't mind the wait. Was disappointed to see their manager was on his phone walking around not interested in helping his hard workers keep up, We waited patiently for the workers to get threw what seemed maybe a lunch rush at drive thru and they completed our order and gave us wonderful customer service. I wanted to give them a tip but didn't know if they could keep it so I'm writing this to give them credit. Was disappointed manager wasn't helping but those workers were what highlighted our visit. Hope the workers know how valuable they are and rare, hope someone is acknowledging their hardwork! read more

Okay, this has to be the best KFC in the U.S. We ordered order to go, when we got to the room we noticed that one of our mashed potatoes and gravy was missing. I called the manager and explained that we were already settled down in our motel and didn't want to drive back to the store to get the mashed potatoes and gravy. Not only did they deliver the mashed potatoes and gravy to my room but they also brought a complementary cake. They went out of their way to fix a problem and it was greatly appreciated. People make mistakes but to do what they did was outstanding thank you read more

I pulled off the freeway for lunch and was greeted by Gunnar. A very nice young man who could not have been more polite. Food was fast and delicious. Very impressed with how courteous all of the staff was to me, thanks from a weary traveler. read more

My wife and I were traveling, and we wanted KFC for lunch. Went out of our way to go to this location. Walked in to find Fox News talking heads on a loud TV. Didn't really want politics with our lunch, so asked if the sound could be turned off. Answer was No, so we took our $$$ elsewhere. I hope KFC corporate reads this. read more
