I ordered spicy chicken teriyaki and received what was essentially plain grilled chicken with almost no sauce--nothing resembling a proper teriyaki dish. We also attempted to order nigiri, but were told the server needed to check with the chef. No one ever came back to follow up, and we were never given the opportunity to order sushi at all. Throughout the meal, no one checked on us, asked how the food was, or tried to correct anything. The only acknowledgment we received was a brief apology when they brought the check, mentioning we weren't able to try any fish--which was exactly what we had been waiting for. The overall experience felt inattentive and poorly managed, and the lack of follow-through made it especially frustrating. Based on this visit, we won't be returning.
